Wow, this book was a total game-changer! From the get-go, I was hooked and couldn’t put it down. Princess Adrielle is such a standout FMC!
Then there’s Keiran, the brooding prince with a dark curse of his own. He and Adrielle start off as total enemies, and the way they slowly turn into lovers is done so well. Their chemistry is through the roof, and the tension between them is electric. The book is packed with twists and keeps you hooked the whole time. If you love dark fantasy with a strong heroine, a mysterious shadow daddy MMC, and a plot full of surprises, this one’s definitely worth a read!

This book was soooo good! It had me hooked and there were so many twists that I really didn’t expect that I need more answers! It is a slow burn for sure, but the explicit scenes that were offered were top tier, the chemistry between the two were tense and captivating, and the world building was done well. Poisoned princesses for power- my heart goes out to both the main characters who were born in circumstances that were beyond their control! I am ready for book 2!

This book was a whirlwind!! I loved every minute of it and even though fantasy isn’t really my go to genre, I adored this book! A dark fantasy romance novel written so beautifully! Thank you so much for this opportunity E G Trickey! If you haven’t read this yet, go do it!
