About the author

Although I qualified as an environmental scientist, specialising in marine biology, range land ecology and freshwater limnology, fate took me into the world of business, working for major corporations.

My creative journey began while living in London, designing a fantasy board game titled the Middle Kingdom of Mu. In quiet moments, often travelling overseas, I had fun writing the lore and inventing the different realms. Why a board game? Back then, I thought digital games would deprive our two sons of social interaction and limit their development. How the world has since changed.

Being time-poor, I never thought about creative writing; let alone whether I had the aptitude. On holiday travelling to Bali, I discovered through my new Kindle emerging novelists writing great fantasy and sci-fi, and this encouraged me to have a crack.

So, after an extensive business career, I can explore my creative side and give chase to wondrous ideas and storytelling that I never knew existed in me. Yep, it's a bit self-revealing but a lot of fun.

I now live in sunny Sydney, Australia, helping business owners develop and grow their businesses (which I greatly enjoy), and with the rest of my time, I pursue the wondrous.

Slithmen Armada: Book Six is a treasure for fantasy fans, and as a fan of this genre, I must say that this book has left me completely fascinated. In this sixth installment of the Saga of the Six Realms, the author transports us to a dazzling world full of adventures and unexpected turns. What really took my breath away was the stunning world the author has created. Every character and every setting is meticulously constructed, making for a hypnotic read. Despite being a long book, I devoured it in a single weekend. The immersive plot and unique characters make it impossible to put down.


I recommend "Slithmen Armada" with my eyes closed to any fantasy lover. This book is definitely a must-have addition to any epic fantasy collection because it not only fulfills but exceeds all expectations.

A fascinating epic fantasy novel
“Slithmen Armada” is an enthralling epic fantasy penned by Jason Beverige. It’s the 6th book in the series that has captivated so many fantasy lovers, I include myself- the moment I started reading I was immersed in a world of fantasy and dark mysteries.
The story revolves around Prince Henry and Yarlil’s travels and adventures along the mysterious Dark Elf world of Daakal Forest. Being there, they will encounter unexpected dangers, strange people and mysteries that will keep them close.
In this adventure, anything can happen. Thanks to the writer’s description of the dark places and dangerous creatures, you can feel inside the story. It’s a mesmerising tale with well-portrayed and complex characters. I definitely recommend it for those who love epic stories.

amazing continuation!

This book is a continuation of the Six Kingdoms saga, taking readers into a world of intrigue, power struggles, and fantastical creatures. As the sixth installment, it takes advantage of the story that has been built and makes us part of it. It also brings out the complex character dynamics that have become a hallmark of the series. The battle scenes are particularly well-crafted and provide a different sense of the chaos and risks involved in the fight for control of the kingdoms. This book has a perfect mix of action and character development. For fans of the series, this book is a satisfying and exciting continuation, fulfilling the promise of an epic fantasy saga.

I really liked this book. I don't read many adventure books because I think many fall into the error of always telling the same story with different characters, but I loved this book. I really liked the author's narrative, he managed to keep me completely immersed in the reading, wanting to know what was going to happen at the end. It is a book of fantasy and adventure, where in the war you will discover a unique story of friendship and with a lot of strength. Each of the characters contribute a lot to the story and I really fell in love with how Leo's friendship with the dragon develops. It is very touching and at the same time, it is a relationship that will make you live many exciting moments.

a great fantasy war novel

I do love a good fantasy novel and this one did not disappoint. The author was able to take me into a world where a place called Mu exists. I really enjoyed the authors writing style and storytelling. This book is well developed and each character is unique and has their own particular personalities.
Not only do our main characters face trials and possible life-threatening times as a war is fast approaching; they also face moments of growth and personal change that will make the reader love them!
The book is made up of twelve chapters and I highly recommend it as they will capture the attention of all those readers who love fantasy novels. Definitely, a must read!

This book has as much potential as the others in the series and I really got caught up in the story. It is essential to clarify that it is not feasible to read this installment alone, because the characters and events are consistent with the previous ones. For this reason, my recommendation is to enjoy them all because they are really catchy and so agile to read that it is easy to fall into the author's net.
The author knew how to exploit the fantasy and mystery to the fullest, weaving in a development that fulfilled all my expectations. As I said, this title is a great addition to a series that I couldn't stop reading.

This is a very passionate story with great characters. The pacing is relatively fast, so you won't get bored or think about putting the book down. The author has vividly written this story so that it comes to life, even adding parts like a character's raspy voice or facial expressions, which enhances the reader's experience. The dialogue is very well written, adds texture to each character in the book, and helps the readers understand the reasons why they act or do certain things. The setting works well with the mood of every scene, so it's more immersive. Being a medieval fantasy novel, Young adults will surely enjoy reading this series. I cannot wait to read the rest of the series.

"Slithmen Armada" is a fantasy book written by author Beveridge. The author transports us to the Dark Elf world of the Daakal Forest. Prince Daares bravely sets out in Krakenlore on an ill-fated "one-way" mission to find the "rift in the world." Will he be successful in his journey?
This book is very good, and without a doubt, it transports the reader to a world where fantasy is the protagonist. The characters are very well described and the world building created by this author is fantastic. I can't wait to read the entire saga. I recommend this book to all those who like fantasy readings.
