God Never Gives Up on You isn’t about perfect people, it’s about a perfect God who refuses to walk away from imperfect people. Jacob messed up, ran, lied, wrestled with fear, and still… God stayed. Whew. If that doesn’t give you hope, I don’t know what will.
Sometimes we think one bad decision, one detour, or one season of silence means God packed His bags. But this book reminds you that while we may wander, God never does. He’s patient enough to meet us where we are and loving enough to keep calling us forward.
The verse that stayed with me is:
“I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go… I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.” — Genesis 28:15
That promise wasn’t just for Jacob. It’s a reminder for all of us. God doesn’t ghost His children. He doesn’t quit on you because life gets messy. He stays. He keeps working. He keeps loving.
If you’ve ever wondered whether God is still with you after all you’ve been through, read this book. You’ll close the final chapter knowing one thing for sure:
God never left. He never gave up. And He’s not about to start now.
