Excellent distillation of the important characteristics and purpose, and proper usage and training of our vital body, the etheric matrix of our physical body.
Because all spiritual progress begins with the vital body, every single person should have this book so that they may better and consciously build the soul body--the philosopher's stone, the Golden Wedding Garment, etc.
