After years of inflammatory illness, a diagnosis of Endometriosis in 2007, and her brother’s traumatic brain injury in 2010, she began to pursue nutrition as a method for natural healing. Aimee attended The Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied to become a Holistic Health Coach. Graduating with expansive knowledge on diet theory and armed with the belief that food and a healthy lifestyle has the power to heal, she was able to find relief of pain and digestive illness, along helping her family to heal through food.
