I was pushed into homeschooling after my daughter was assaulted at school by the assistant principal, and the system failed to protect her. It was overwhelming at first, especially with all three of my kids on IEPs. This book reminded me that learning at home doesn’t need to look like a traditional classroom to be successful. My kids are thriving now, happier and safer — and this book helped calm the anxiety that comes with such a huge change.

Good inspiration for first-gen homeschooling moms! It’s a scary journey to undertake when it’s something new and different and this book gave me some peace of mind in decision making because it can be very overwhelming.
