Lydia Veronica Simms is an African-American author writing books with characters that relate to the youth of today. Her books strive to create connections between various ethnicities and cultures by writing books about real social issues. Some of her books are inspired by other people's real-life experiences, while others are inspired by her own creative mind. She has always been a writer throughout her childhood, starting from the young age of six. And now, after so many years of hard work, she's a self-published author at Amazon KDP, looking to gain a teenage audience that can relate to her stories.

My first solo novel ever. Thank you so much for purchasing and reading this book as it means the world to me whenever anyone supports me in any way. I started writing this at the beginning of February 2024, finished at the beginning of March, and then began nitpicking every detail and doing extensive editing throughout April, May, and the first few days of June. Once I was done, I was satisfied with my work and published it confidently, sure it would do a better job on the market than my previous books, Broken & Betrayed I: A Shocking Heartbreak and Broken & Betrayed II: Chaos.

I worked so hard on this entire process and I'm so happy to see people purchasing my book just days after publication. As of right now, I have over 100 readers, and I'm delighted to see that I'm gaining traction.

This book is a gem to me. Your honest ratings and reviews and your purchases mean the world to me. I'm ever so grateful for your support, and I'm eager to publish more books and continue my journey to success.

I tried but gave up half way

This book has, not a lot going for it. Along with the obviously AI cover, it feels like it was also written by chat gpt.

There were syntax errors and issues with run on sentences which made keeping track hard.

And why was every page a yellow on black background, this was a poor choice and made my eyes hurt.

Obviously the context and and everything mentioned is important but for the price of $25 you can get better books

This is a very good book it tells the story of black women struggles and the important issues with pregnancies with women of color. The Author uses great characters in the story for this book. Good Read
