A brilliant read made all the better by the fact it was written exactly how a person actually speaks.
Yes there were plenty of facts and figures, psychology stated and academic studies referenced, but at no point was it stuffy, full of jargon or dull.
Kirsty managed to keep her personality threaded throughout the book which just made the learnings all the more easier.
Highly recommend!
