While I have written and published two memoirs, I am researching the process for writing and publishing children's books. This book is a great resource for informing the reader of the process from planning and writing the book all the way to publishing and marketing the book. Even though I have already published books, I learned new things, such as a website where I can generate a free barcode for my future books. No more paying for barcodes! She includes a wonderful list of resources at the end. This book is an excellent resource for the first-time author as well as authors like me who are wanting to try their hand at writing a children's book. I highly recommend it!
