Back in Scotland, Kit Adams returns to her new life alongside Detective Grey West, to work and live with her while their relationship continues to grow. Deciding to accept the offer of work at the police station where Grey works, Kit decides to assign herself to a section where she knows she can help-the cold cases.
Gifted with psychic insight, Kit is overwhelmed with knowledge as she starts to consider all the old files which linger unsolved in the depths of the police station. Immersed in an array of cold cases which have been long abandoned, Kit looks for answers in the information she reads-and immediately becomes taken with one particular case which resonates with Kit for a specific reason. Kit’s colleague and friend-Tommy Matthews is connected to it, since his childhood friend Rosalie had been kidnapped in plain sight. Tommy’s decision to join the police force had been because of the effect the disappearance of Rosalie Mayson had had on him. After speaking to him about her abduction at the age of thirteen, Kit realises a shocking truth that no-one knows or is expecting to hear-the woman is still alive fourteen years later, and still being held captive.
With the knowledge that Rosalie Mayson is still out there, Kit and the team begin working tirelessly to find her. When Kit’s psychic ability senses a connection between the discovery of a dead girl and Rosalie Mayson, she realises that not only has Rosalie endured a lifetime in captivity but that she has also born children and raised them in horrific, squalid conditions. Determined to avenge the death of Livvy, Kit works alongside Rosalie’s family to find the link between the child she had once been and the adult who had taken her freedom so callously. As they rush to save her and the children she protects, will they manage to get there in time? Find out in…Cold.

Cold Cases

Grey and Kit are back in Scotland and Kit has decided she should work on the department’s cod cases. Right away a little girl, Llive, starts appearing and tells her about her Mama and siblings. A frantic search begins for the women and children imprisoned by a sadistic man. Good author.

The only thing I can say, other than I love your writing is, watch out for errors in spelling an
d missing dialogue. I have read all your works and enjoy them immensely. Please keep up this journey you're on.
