Loki and Bea. A second chance romance. The LA guys just can't catch a break. Everybody that can want them annihilated. But they are true alphas. And with Haven by their side, who can stop them. The Rojas cartel has been obliterated. The head has been cut off the snake. Or has it? The usual drama, betrayal, violence, and romance like only KE can bring. Enjoy

Suspicious is book four in the L.A. Defiance MC Series. This is a friends to lovers, second chance, grumpy/sunshine, best friends sister, forbidden MC romance. This story focuses on Loki and Bea.
Loki is the Vice President for L.A. Defiance. He's also their tech guy so he's pretty important in the club. He's known to be moody, hard, and sometimes aggressive. He is also extremely loyal and hard working. He's battling internal demons from the past that he never truly had closure for.
Bea is the sister of Loki's best friend but she was also friends with Loki since they all grew up together. She was optimistic, caring, empathetic. She's often was considered sunshiney and upbeat but sometimes that was a front and she was putting up an act for what she thought people expected from her. I think she let guilt from the past consume her.
There was plenty of drama, action, angst, redemption, banter, spice, and plot twists. Overall an enjoyable read. Defiance books are always full of entertainment so I can always expect a fast paced vibe. Looking forward to the next book and the drama that's sure to come.

What can be said about Suspicious?
I’ve always wanted to read more about Loki since being introduced to him in the first LA Defiance novel and was super excited to find out that book four was going to be his book!
I loved the fact that Loki and Bea had a past that they needed to work through before finally coming back together.
KE Osborn fills the book with plenty of handsome bikers, danger, romance, laughter and family in this book; and I expect nothing less of her!
I love the Defiance men and getting stories for the different chapters. I cannot wait to see what comes next from her mind!

I can honestly say that I have never read a book by this author that I haven’t loved. With each new release, I am excited to dive into the literary goodness that is one of Ms. Osborn’s books. Suspicious, book four in the LA Defiance MC series is exactly as I expected—filled with lots of drama and action with a side of sizzling romance.
Bea and Loki were and are meant to be together. Their relationship started when they were young, but it ended due to a situation caused by miscommunication. This second chance for them both is not smooth sailing, but it is entertaining.
Suspicious continues from where Rebellious ended, and we find out what happens to Atlas—oh boy, do we find out! The threat to Bea’s app leads Loki, Bea, and others on an unexpected journey. (Well, it certainly was surprising for me!) The surprises continue throughout the story, and although I did correctly guess one aspect of the mystery element, I never, in my wildest dreams, would have thought it could have ended the way it did for that member! 😳 Mind you, as much as it was horrific, it was also in context with the story, characters, and setting.
I can’t adequately express how entertaining this book is. Its plot appears simple but is anything but simple! The danger, the sheer brilliance of the solution, and the impressive characters all make for one sensational story.

What a ride!
KE Osborn has another hit on her hands in this latest book in the LA Defiance series. Loki takes center stage in this one with his longtime love Bea. They grew up together and as they aged they grew into love. But circumstances kept them apart for 13 years. They reconnect when Bea's app is hacked and client information has been stolen. She goes to Loki for help and isn't long before they are back in each other's arms. Trying to track down who hacked her app leads them all, including Haven especially, on an adventure. One of the things KE is great is writing steamy scenes and this book contains the best. There is angst and a threat against the club.
I feel the need to mention that in this book one of the characters suffers from mental health issues. This was handled honestly and realistically.

Ummm HELLOOO this book is freaking fireeee🔥🔥🔥
Loki and Bea are the cutest mcs when it comes to romantic and punch in the feels stuff.
This whole world with the biker club is so good and I’m in love with all of them!
The plot was amazing! Second chance, “friend to lovers to enemies to friends to lovers” and it really was like this and I loved it 🥰
The spice was so hot I had to change my hoodie to a shirt cause damn
Also the “f*ck it!” Moment was glorious
The drama and the problems were well written and perfectly executed and left a trail of crumbs, so that you can’t but wait for the next book and I can’t freaking wait

It is hard to believe we are already on the fourth book of the LA Defiance series! We start this story with Bea and Loki. How do they know one another or meet? Who is Theo, and when does Bea see him? Oh, the tension! What happens with LA Defiance and Atlas? Oh, my, what does Alpha have to do to try to pay off his transgressions? What is up with the Trojan Horse? Oh my... I did not expect what happened. Things got intense and caused a ton of action in this story! Finding out who was behind Bea's panic over her work was surprising. I cannot wait to see more in the next book. Oh, boy, I hope you enjoy the read!

"Sometimes you just have to support them in their needs."
The theme of this story for me is acceptance, and numerous characters in this story had to learn that it is better to accept people for who they are rather than trying to pigeon hole them into what you want them to be. This is one of Osborn's heavier stories that comes with many emotional moments that she always handles with grace. Osborn has written several characters that have mental health conditions and other medical diagnosis, and I am always impressed with the way she portrays their characters with dignity and grace. All that being said, Bea and Loki cut me like a knife. The emotional upheaval is impressive. In all the heavy moments there is also humor and light. Osborn has the amazing ability to balance darkness and light in all her stories. Poppy's character is the perfect example of that balance and people having to learn that acceptance.

Wow. What a book. This book has you guessing what and who. I couldn't put book down once I started.
I loved Loki and Bea together, they have a past, and not seen each other in years. But when Bea is in trouble Loki and Defiance are all who she thinks can help her. Loki has been through a lot in life but never forgot his first love. They find their way back to each other.
I can't wait for more.

I wasn't expecting this kind of story for Loki & Bea, but I really liked it and I loved every moment of their past and present together: I really liked the way K.E. Osborn incorporated the flashbacks in this book, I loved that the book itself started in a different way than the others in this universe, all the twists in the story took me by surprise and I really liked that the author showed us more of the other characters in this book too.
Bea is a peculiar character: a girl who has been in love with her older brother's best friend forever, hasn't seen him for 13 years and seeks his help when things with her business aren't going well, and from that moment on everything changes in Bea's life because she's forced to confront her past with Loki, her actions and her feelings for him. This heroine was lovely, with a big heart and a beautiful & painful reason for wanting to help people, I loved reading her personality, but what I loved the most were those moments when I could read everything she was thinking while she was with Alex and remembered her past.
Loki is the Vice President of LA Defiance a man with a complicated past and a broken heart since Bea left when he needed her the most, his story broke my heart, especially because I didn't expect the whole plot with Jason, his younger brother, and all the pain that was to come, but I also have to say that it was one of the things I liked the most about Suspicious and it helped me see a completely different side of Alex. Also, I think it was really nice to see Loki's relationship with Alpha and his role as VP in the MC.
Bea & Loki have a great story behind them: they have the sweetest & most tender moments that we can read in the flashbacks, they also lived through the tragedy that led them to separate and I love that the author gives us such moments so real and typical of their age at that time, even though it broke my heart in the process, plus I really liked the way K.E. developed the reunion of Bea & Loki, how things worked out between them, the complicated conversations they shared and how they handled the difficulties of their relationship, although I think the issue with Theo was resolved too quickly, especially considering how worried both main characters were about that reason.

Bea es un personaje peculiar: una chica que ha estado enamorada del mejor amigo de su hermano mayor desde siempre, no lo ha visto por 13 años y busca su ayuda cuando las cosas con su trabajo no van bien, y desde ese momento todo cambia en la vida de Bea porque se ve forzada a confrontar su pasado con Loki, sus acciones y sus sentimientos por él. Esta heroína fue encantadora, con un gran corazón y una razón hermosa & dolorosa para querer ayudar a las personas, me encantó leer su personalidad, pero lo que más amé fueron esos momentos en los que podía leer todo lo que pensaba mientras estaba con Alex y recordaba su pasado.
Loki es el Vicepresidente de LA Defiance un hombre con un pasado complicado y el corazón roto desde que Bea se fue cuando él más la necesitaba, su historia rompió mi corazón, especialmente porque no me esperaba toda la trama con Jason, su hermano menor, y todo el dolor que estaba por venir, pero también tengo que decir que fue una de las cosas que más me gustó de Suspicious y me ayudó a ver un lado completamente diferente de Alex. Además, creo que fue muy bueno ver la relación de Loki con Alpha y su papel como VP en el MC.
Bea & Loki tienen una gran historia detrás de ellos: tienen los momentos más dulces & tiernos que podemos leer en los flashbacks, también vivieron la tragedia que los llevó a separarse y me encanta que la autora nos de momentos tan reales y típicos de su edad en ese momento, aún cuando me rompió el corazón en el proceso, además me gustó mucho la manera en la que K.E. desarrolló el reencuentro de Bea & Loki, como se fueron dando las cosas entre ambos, las conversaciones complicadas que compartieron y como manejaron las dificultades de su relación, aunque creo que el asunto con Theo se solucionó demasiado rápido, especialmente teniendo en cuenta lo preocupados que ambos personajes principales estaban por ese motivo.

OMG when I tell you that K. E. Osborn continues to be one of my FAVORITE authors I’m not kidding. I knew when I finished reading Rebellious that Loki and Bea’s story was going to be crazy.
Growing up it was always Jason, Theo, Bea and Alex. Not only were they best friends but Bea and Alex found themselves madly in love with each other but Theo let it be known that he wanted Alex to keep his hands to himself or else. So, Bea and Alex kept their relationship a secret with the hope that they could go public. But, when tragedy struck everything changed in their relationship.
It’s thirteen years later and they have only communicated through emails. But, when Bea’s health and wellness app was hacked and she was being blackmailed she calls the one person that she knows can help her.
It’s been thirteen years since Alex has been near or spoken to Bea in person other than just going back and forth over emails. Alex has joined the Defiance MC and he’s their VP and he’s their tech guy and he goes by Loki. Him and Theo went in on Bea’s app and he will find out who hacked into it and is blackmailing her. But, Loki is still in love with her and yet he’s so mad at her for leaving him when he needed her the most.
Bea has put so much into her health and wellness app and it helps people and she’d be devastated if it got out to the public that it was hacked. Loki, Alpha, Haven and everyone else keep telling her that she is part of Defiance and that they will figure out who is behind it and why. They were all completely shocked when they found out who was behind it and why.
These two absolutely belonged together!!! Anyone that was around them could see how much they loved each other and how much they craved each other with the exception of Theo. They were SOOO hot but they also had so much baggage that they had to sort through until they could get to a good place and it wasn’t an easy task.
And, you have to think about everything else that Defiance has going on with The Rojas Cartel, The Steel Serpent MC, The Nest, and everything that is going on with the Prospects and with their very own mental health issues and it boils down to being a lot of things going on and I’m living for it!!!
Once I started this book I did NOT put it down until it was finished. Just like it is with every single book that K. E. Osborn writes.
I was hoping to get Wes’s story ever since he was introduced as Sadie’s brother and he was in The Steel Serpent MC and then he was brought in to be Defiance’s prospect. I have wanted to get inside his head so I’m very happy that his story is next.

They were all completely shocked when they found out who was behind it and why.
These two absolutely belonged together!!! Anyone that was around them could see how much they loved each other and how much they craved each other with the exception of Theo. They were SOOO hot but they also had so much baggage that they had to sort through until they could get to a good place and it wasn’t an easy task.
And, you have to think about everything else that Defiance has going on with The Rojas Cartel, The Steel Serpent MC, The Nest, and everything that is going on with the Prospects and with their very own mental health issues and it boils down to being a lot of things going on and I’m living for it!!!
Once I started this book I did NOT put it down until it was finished. Just like it is with every single book that K. E. Osborn writes.
I was hoping to get Wes’s story ever since he was introduced as Sadie’s brother and he was in The Steel Serpent MC and then he was brought in to be Defiance’s prospect. I have wanted to get inside his head so I’m very happy that his story is next.

Another fantastic book by this author. This series is so good. This author kept me on the edge of my seat the entire book, from page one till the end. I am so glad that Loki and Bea got their second chance because their first time around was filled with turmoil in having to keep their love for one another secret. When Bea gets in trouble Loki is the first person she goes to, and boy is she in trouble. This book is full of twists and turns and full of surprises. This story was so intense with a lot of action. Also I got to say I freaking love Haven, she is the bomb. Wow that ending blew my mind and definitely didn't see it coming. I highly recommend this book as well as the series.

Loki and Bea’s story was touch and beautiful. They way they stayed in touch after such a tragedy. How Bea seemingly broke Loki’s heart, but she had her own reasons. Loki will always help, even when he’s heartbroken. He did everything in his power to protect her.
I loved their chemistry and passion. They were made for each other. Overall I loved this book very much. If you’re looking for a best friend’s little sister, MC, second chance romance then you’re going to love it.

As the past gets drudged up and hashed out, Bea and Loki mend old wounds and come together again. This story has some heavy moments where you will definitely cry but you will also laugh, get mad, and smile all throughout the story. It’s a wild ride but it’s so worth it. I can’t wait to see what’s next for Defiance.

Excellent - Different Plots, Lovable and Interesting Characters
This is excellent - the plots are different and change with each book. I have to say I never figured out some of the plots, which makes them intriguing. My only issue is there needs to be a full ending, which isn’t the case. Each book takes a higher plot from the previous book. I’d rather see the author take characters from the previous books and change the continuous plot/theme. Her characters are amazing, funny, and lovable.

I loved this second chance romance for Loki and Bea. The LA Defiance MC men are like no other because this author knows how to give me MC men who love like no other.

If I could rate this book more I would. From the beginning I got sucked in. Loki and Bea have unfinished business but Theo is in the way….. then once everything seems to come together there is another issue and then Defiance seem to deal with that and something else comes along - the big issue is these ‘inconveniences’ keep getting bigger and bigger. Life is never dull for this family and what a great family they are - always sticking together!

I haven’t read any other books in this series so when I saw this could be read as a stand alone I figured why not. SO glad I decided to dive into this!!! Bea & Loki’s teenage romance came to an end (or so they thought) until Bea shows back up one night in a drunken state looking for Loki’s help. Perfect storyline to keep you hooked, the suspense and buildup was so enjoyable for me! I loved the mix between following the progression of the two’s relationship but also having Loki’s duties with the club. Definitely could be read as a stand alone but be ready to dive into the rest of them because that’s exactly what I’ll be doing now, I’m hooked!!

Exciting 4th book in this LA chapter of Defiance MC. This second chance romance between Loki and Bea surely gives you the feels as the tension and chemistry between them mounts. Apart from our love interests there's plenty of other action going on that keeps the MC storyline fresh and active. That cliffhanger at the end, I'ma going to be sweating for the next book in the spring.

Another 5 star book! Great writing and I could not put it down. I can’t say enough about this series. I would suggest reading the series from the beginning. You will fall in love with all of the characters. It’s show you brotherhood, family, friends and lovers. You will see that there is nothing these people won’t do for the ones they love

I love this series, we started in Chicago and now we are in LA. I know that we are in for a bumpy ride when it comes to Defiance. I'm glad Loki got his HEA, and we get Phoenix. And who does love the down fall of a shady politician. I can't wait to see what comes next. On to the next adventure!💙💚😉

This series just keeps getting better with each book. Loved Loki and Bea. They definitely were made for each other. It took them 13 years and a hacked app to find each other again but they did. The adventures, I'll call them, that this club gets up to are ones for the books. There are so many twists and turns in this book, you will feel like your head is on a swivel. Bea and Loki aren't the only ones in this book, all the LA Defiance Brothers make an appearance.
