There are so many great characters in this volume. I really like the relationship between Raicho and Renri, and how they’re matched with the Summer twins. Fugeki was also an interesting character, caught in an endless cycle and just trying to find light in that never ending sacrifice he must make as the Archer of Twilight. His backstory is quite saddening, but his gentle interactions with Tsukihi were lovely. Doyen Turtle and Rabbit Maverick are still silly names for such threatening entities, but their presence in the story and how they drive the plot forward is interesting.

My favorite part of this book was the yearning between Sakura and Itecho. It was done just right, not too angsty, but just melancholic enough to hit right. This volume also had a lot more movement than part one, and it’s nice to see all the Seasons come together to support each other. The author did a very good job of juggling all of the separate storylines and locations well, and I never felt confused about who was where and their purpose being there. Of course the conclusion leaves with a touch of cliffhanger, and I’m eager to see where the story goes from here.

I got so many new favorites while reading the fourth volume… Raicho, Kaguya, and of course…. Zansetsu… 😭😭 my pathetic boy Itecho stays pathetic no matter how the volume progresses… loving the battle part as always!!! Can’t wait to read next volume!!

By far the best installment so far. The translation still feels unnatural at times, but with the trauma dumping regarding spring toned down, this made for the best reading experience thus far. I'll keep carrying on with this one.

I hope the anime gets season 2! Volumes 1 and 2 of Dance of Summer needs to be animated!

รวม ๆ คือ ทั้งซีรีส์นี้ชอบเล่มดีสุด อาจจะไม่สุดมากแต่ดีกว่าเล่นก่อน ๆ ในหลาย ๆ ด้านมาก
