A once broken woman, striving to find her former self… A man in love, determined to heal her heart… An infinite universal force. When the one you want, is undeniably the one you need… put aside your fears and believe.
Ethan’s persistence nature forces Olivia to examine her feelings and face her fears. He too, faces major obstacles in his life and a troubled past full of secrets. Secrets that could destroy Olivia’s trust in him forever. Eccentric psychic, Eva Storm senses the energy around them. Watching over these disconnected souls, she wills the universe to steer them together. She knows that fate can change and destiny is not always an easy path. Sometimes the journey is full of twists and turns. But love is the only true magic, for only true love transcends all time.
Tricia Daniels lives in a small town in Southern Ontario, Canada, where she raised three kids as a single parent. Creativity and imagination is something there is never a short supply of in her home. Between her quick wit and wicked sense of humor she found that she has a passion for writing steamy romance novels. Her goal is simple, tell her story, warm a few hearts, shed a few tears, share a silent chuckle, and occasionally, make people blush. That's the official version. But the simple truth is... I'm just a normal woman, struggling to pay the bills and trying to raise my kids in a home where they feel empowered, supported and loved. I'd like to say that the story came to me with a gentle persuasion...but oh no! This story hit me like a full on tackle from behind and there were no foul flags thrown by the referee. Here's a little something unusual about me, well at least I think so... I'm not an author. My friends laugh when I say that. I have never aspired to write the next great love story or take the literary world by storm. I'm just a girl, who woke up from a dream with characters, scenes and a story in my head that was tied to such powerful emotions I couldn't settle until I wrote them down to get them out of my brain. This story would have never been shared with any of you if it wasn't for very good friends, who continue to try and convince me that I have a gift. Who knew? Definitely not me.
4.5 Stars From the moment I finished Intractable Souls I have been counting down to the time where I would get more Ethan O'Connell. The time has come and gone and now I'm, once again, left craving more Ethan O'Connell. In the continuation of Ethan and Olivia's story you'll find yourself pissed off at Ethan, swooning because of Ethan and flat out turned on and dripping with pure want for Ethan. He's controlling, sometimes manipulative and very stubborn but he's also sweet, honest with his emotions and willing to do anything to hold on to Olivia. I feel like Olivia has grown a lot since first meeting Ethan and is better to hold her own against him, while still accepting her feelings for him. The way that she deals with the situation with his ex is very mature and probably not the way I would be able to handle it. Unfortunately, even the strongest, most mature person in the world can only deal with so much, and all of the baggage that Ethan comes with, along with her own, may just be too much for poor Olivia. I thoroughly enjoyed the second installment of this series and frankly need more of it. Tricia Daniels did a great job of bringing out every emotion possible in me. If you loved the first book, you'll be stoked to read this one. If you haven't started the series...what the hell are you waiting for?
*I received an ARC from the author/publisher in exchange for an honest review
We finally get the next installment to this series, and I will admit when I reached the last page I repeatedly kept swiping the page. Yep I had a major blonde moment 'going why ain't it moving? Is it frozen?' So yeah I got to laugh at myself for that duh moment! And I'm sure Tricia and all of y'all are now laughing too! ;-)
Now here are my thoughts!
Olivia, I still want to ring her neck for the way she bounces around with her emotions. True, she embraces some of the feelings she denied in the last book but she also makes some situations more difficult then need be in the end. She also let's herself be easily distracted when talking to Ethan. She would ask him things point blank but he never would give her a answer instead he constantly changed the subject and/or distracted in some way or form. Its very frustrating in the end!
Ethan, I will admit that I'm on the fence on wither or not I still like him as much as I did in the previous book. He let's himself out more (so to say) in this book, but he keeps LOTS of secrets that he shouldn't! He also let's his career run his life very seldom does he actually take time to just relax and have fun. But when he does he focuses solely on Olivia!
Now for the ending! :-\ :-! :-[ :O :-$ ...yep that about su.... @#$%&@$#%& ...NOW that sums it up! That's right I'm not saying (or typing) as in ... Shhh...spoilers!
This is the second book in the Bound 4 Ireland series so if you have not read Intractable Souls please do so first. It is only .99 right now and you can grab it at this link - http://tinyurl.com/triciadanielsIS I promise you will not regret this decision. I loved this book right until the very last page.
Souls ReAligned picks up where Intractable Souls left off. Ethan and Olivia's love life is like a crazy roller coaster - fun, exciting, and you never know what will happen next. I can guarantee it is a ride you will love. There are twists and turns in this book that had me staying up late and leaving me seriously sleep deprived. Near the end Olivia faces decisions that will affect both their future but I'm a no spoils reviewer so you will just have to read the book to find out more.
Now even though I can tell you the steamy parts in this book are off the charts, I'm a reader that is patiently waiting for a book on Carter. I'm his number one FAN. SO PLEASE take pity on me Tricia.
Since having read book 1 in this series, when I was asked to read book 2, the answer was immediately a yes! Just when you thought Intractable Souls was hot and steamy, Tricia Daniels comes up with this smouldering gem! The story continues with Ethan (the sexy Irish Alpha) and Olivia. Many twists and unseen turns in book 2. Kept me on the edge of my seat. I won't give away details in my short review but this is A MUST READ!!!!! Tricia Daniels, job well done!! 5*****
Do events happen between two people because the universe knows all hell will break loose if they get together or because it wants too test the strength of their devotion to each other? Souls ReAligned explores the possibility of two souls that can never quite come together as a whole. Tricia Daniels takes this timeworn story of star-crossed lovers and runs with it. Ethan is a literal hell on wheels, a dominant man doing as he pleases and leaving destruction in his wake. The quintessentially charming, smooth-talking Irishman, he gets whatever and whoever he wants with almost no problem at all. That luck finally comes to an end when an ex makes up a story that causes him to leave his home and probably mess up any chances for a relationship in the future. But knowing all that doesn't stop him when he meets Olivia. His autocratic nature could really get him into trouble, though, because Olivia is a woman recovering from her abusive ex-boyfriend and is leery of getting involved with the dominating Ethan. Little do both of them know that the universe is conspiring against them and pushing them together, as their souls were always meant to be. What is testament to me liking this story is, despite the whiplash I get from the swiftly changing points of view from all the characters in this book, I still want to get to the conclusion and find out exactly how all of this ends. This classic tale of star-crossed lovers is actually quite well thought out, with both their past and present lives meshing, complementing, and affirming what happens. I do love the juxtaposition of before and now, with it bleeding into each other at certain points in the story. Trust, never ending love, truth. This is the real magic in life, no matter where or who you are. But can they survive what people claim are the realities of life? Let's see in the conclusion of the Bound for Ireland series what Tricia Daniels thinks.
“Oh I think you’re everybody’s type, Ireland. If I were you, I wouldn’t bend over in the shower to pick up the soap.”
“Yes… Home. Wherever you’re going to be tonight is where I’m going to sleep. My house, your house, under the stars… it doesn’t matter to me. From now on, home for me will always be wherever you are.”
“I suppose I’m lucky that he didn’t mark his territory by lifting his leg and peeing on me.”
My Review:
Arg! I read both books - 898 steamy pages - to complete this review and it ended in a cliffhanger, I despise those with the heat of a thousand suns! I enjoyed Souls ReAligned considerably more than I did the first in the series - Intractable Souls. Throughout the first and part of the second book, I found the lead female character to be so damaged and broken that she was malfunctioning, tiresome, and tedious. As she became stronger during the second installment, she became more interesting and playful. The story line was interesting and crossed into the paranormal a bit with a psychic, old souls, and past lives, so the genre is a bit of a hybrid adult contemporary/paranormal/erotic romance. The books are hella long but smoking hawt. But take out the sex, and the tale is rather high schoolish drama, as the characters’ behaviors and antics were immature, petulant, and insecure. There was considerable angst, melodrama, and a constant push/pull dynamic between the two leads that is admittedly just not really my cup of tea. However, I find that I am now fully invested and already curious as to what will happen to this ill-fated couple, who just can’t seem to get it right in any of their repeated lives.
I think that I have fallen in love all over again for Ethan. *swoon*
When I read Intractable Souls I was blown away. The creative writing and the little twists and turns and then the cliffhanger. This book was no different. The little twists and turns had me on the edge of my sanity. Even though there were things I needed to do, I sat with my eyes glued to my ereader until I was done. When I got to the last page I still couldn't believe it. I kept trying to turn the page, but it kept getting stuck.
I feel like Ethan and Olivia have come a long way and still have a little more to go. I was on the precipice of destruction because the story ends at a very pivotal moment for Ethan and Olivia's relationship if there is one left. I am still so torn up about it. All throughout my reading I felt so many emotions. I was cheering on Olivia in some moments, cheering on Ethan in the next, panting when the sex was steamy, smiling during the sweet moments, and then teary eyed at the insightful moments. It is beautiful and I want more.
I would gladly add so much more about the story, but I would much rather speak about my feelings because thats where you truly feel and understand a story.
Olivia James has never been able to trust the men in her life not to hurt her. She cares for Ethan O'Connell but the intensity of her feelings scare her. Ethan isn't willing to let her go and he will go to any length to convinced Olivia that they are meant to be together. Secrets are revealed as the past clashes with the future. In one move Ethan could lose everything he holds dear as everything unravels.
OMG! I love this series so much. Ethan is the ultimate Alpha Male with Irish charm thrown in the mix. Olivia is a woman who is stronger than she thinks and fights Ethan every step of the way. It is interesting to see who will win their battles. I have to say that this series is the first I have read from Tricia Daniels but it will not be the last. She surprised me with her humor and charm that she laces throughout her story. The weaving of love, romance, heat and danger just make me want more from her. I cannot wait to read the next book. I highly recommend this book. I would suggest that the series be read in order otherwise you are going to miss a lot.
Tricia Daniels Delivered once again a phenomenal story that takes you on an emotional roller coaster ride. I laughed, cursed and cried!!! Ethan and Olivia continue on their path to happiness, but it isn't all rainbows and unicorns. Fate has brought them together once again and finally things start to look up. Past demons continue to threaten to rip them apart as it happened so many times and lifetimes before. Ethan can't deny his dominant side just as Olivia can't deny her submissive side no matter how much she wants to. The back story to Sould ReAligned will tear at your heart strings and make you yearn for more!!!!! Definitely a must read. Bring on the next installment.....
I received this for an honest review. I have to say that I have been waiting for more in this series and to say that this author delivered would not be saying enough. I absolutely love Ethan and Olivia's story.. This book has everything that you need. Love, Betrayal, angst and everything you need and want in a series book..I think I fell in love with Ethan (even though i wanted to smack him at times) again... I just am in absolute love with this story and I cant wait for the next installment of this book...
Souls ReAligned is the second in the bound for Ireland series and Tricia just keeps you interested all the way through. Couldn't put it down 4:06am and I am laying here after reading the last words in this book and now I am going to be thinking about what happens next till Tricia puts out the third book in this series. This is a love story that is so connected through their souls that they can feel each other's dreams, steamy, fun and well written, Tricia I am a true fan, thank you for taking me away from my life and enjoying your imagination, Cheers
When I started reading this book, I was like wow.. I fell in love with Ethan and Olivia all over again. The book has many twist and turns, ups and downs it kept my emotions high the whole time. When I finished I was like wow....THIS IS A MUST READ BOOK!!! Thank you Tricia for such a wonderful book.
Excellent series! Everything you want in a romance and more! Could not put it down...had to read the complete series! Excellent addition to this genre! A must read!
This is one of the books I picked up at the Rose City Romance Conference and it was such a pleasure meeting Tricia and chatting with her about her books. Can't wait to dive in!
What’s better than a hot alpha male? A hot alpha male with an Irish accent that’s what ;) Ethan O’Connell, sexy, dominant man who can melt your panties with a single look or a roughish smile.
In book two, we have Ethan and Olivia struggling to find a balance in their relationship. Olivia is still guarded and wanting to protect her heart. Ethan wants to prove to her that he loves her and her alone. Despite their reservations, the two of them are bound and a force outside of them is pulling them closer together. There are some incredible moments. Sweet and tender. One of the sweetest ones is this:
Lifting her hand to his heart, she places her palm over it. “What makes me happy is what’s in HERE.” She presses her hand against it firmly. “Everything I need … is here,“ she says, feeling it beat harder and faster, pounding heavily in his chest.
Awww!
And some moments are hot: A moment longer and he would have had her out of her panties with her dress hiked up over her hips. Folding her over his desk, he’d have his wicked Irish way with her, fast and hard.
And trust me, there are even hotter moments ;)
Like every relationship, the two of them struggle with balance and have arguments. But with Ethan, it’s hard to stay angry with him, especially with that adorable accent. Poor Olivia doesn’t stand a chance! My favourite quote has to be from Ethan when he takes her to Ireland:
“Welcome to Ireland,” he whispers. “You’ll want to come again, soon. And … I can personally guarantee, Miss James, that you’re going to come often.”
*wipes brow* You know exactly what he means when he says that ;)
Poor Ethan does struggle with the repercussions of an ex that is determined to make his life hell. Olivia is so understanding and will stand by him no matter the outcome.
Both Olivia and Ethan have secrets, secrets that they both want to keep hidden. What will happen when the secrets come to light? Will they bring the two of them closer or drive them apart? Tension, drama, cute and sweet moments, hot sex, Tricia has everything in her story. She has created incredible characters that you love and some you hate. Carter, John and Shannon are some of my favourites. Ethan of course is number one ;) And the ending … We are left on the edge of our seats! So many questions left to be answered. What does the future hold for Olivia and Ethan? I look forward to finding out what Tricia has in store for us. This is definitely a favourite series of mine.
This book is just as emotional as the first one. Expect more danger, romance, love, heart break, and more. Ethan is still hiding the reason he came to Canada from Olivia. Afraid that he tells he will lose her all together. After the disastrous plan that Rachel supported and even encouraged Ethan to do he may lose her anyway for a whole different reason. Ethan has to break down Olivia’s walls all over again. He manages to do it however no he is worried even more about how she will react to his secret. She has finally given and isn’t going to fight him anymore or runaway. She wonders why she ever bothered to in the first place. More dreams of the past and things they know about each other that they can’t explain happen in the book. Ethan refuses to do the things he had told her about when they first started their arrangement because he is afraid that it would push her too far and he would lose her. He learns that Olivia is interested in those same things and they begin exploring more of his dominant tastes. There are so many things he would love to do with her and to her and they are just starting to dive into those things. Olivia is learning that she isn’t attracted to dominant men she needs it from this particular man, Ethan. Giving in and realizing this is what she needs and wants opens up her world. She still has insecurities but she is trying to overcome them with the help of Ethan. She is slowly realizing he will always do what is right for her and protect her. Don’t get me wrong he still does things that annoy the shit out her but she can never stay mad at him. How will she react to Ethan’s secret? Will Ethan tell her or will she find out some other way and not give him a chance to explain? Again both Olivia and Ethan squeeze my heart. I am pulling for them so bad. They are my new favorite book couple. That being said I wish sometimes that Olivia would just believe him and/or give him a chance to explain. This type of relationship is new for Ethan and he loves her so much. He may not always go about doing things the right way but it is always with her best interest and his love for her in mind. I feel like Olivia is struggling with giving to Ethan fully and losing part of herself. She is always waiting for the other shoe to drop in some way. Instead of talking to him about things that bother she pushes him away. This book ends on a cliff hanger as well and has me impatiently awaiting the next one. I was pulled into this one the same as the first. I truly love this series. I look forward to reading more books by Tricia Daniels. I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.
Oh for heavens sakes you can't end it like that! This book had all the ups and downs and sweetness and craziness. I wanted to punch some characters. But I am hurting for both of them. Now I need to jump into book 3.
I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. Well after a year we have the next installment in this series be forewarned this book also ends on a cliffhanger. I thought when I started reading this series again that with all the characters in this story that maybe the main characters would be wrapped up in this story and we would move on to others that however is not the case. Ethan is still having issues balancing his dominant self with the need to protect Olivia knowing her history. Olivia is coming to terms with the idea of being with a soul mate due to her past she is not sure that she doesn't see that term like a fairy tale. She knows that no one has made her feel the things she feels like Ethan does and there is a part of her that wants only him but there is still that other side of her that doesn't feel like this is real and that he will leave her at anytime for someone better.
In this book we find out that Ethan has to return to Ireland the question is will he go alone or will he convince Olivia that she should be by his side. We also see the true dynamic of Ethan's family and what it will take to help heal some of that rift.
I am anxious for the next book in this series I also wish I knew how many books this series will be. I think that is because I keep looking for an ending for their story with the new books and am not getting one. The reason I rated this book like this though is because it is an amazing story that will keep you hooked from the first word to the very end and for that I would give it 5 stars but due to the cliff hanger, the length of time between books and the fact that you are not sure how many book are in this series which leads to disappointment at the ending, I rated this book 4 stars. I would recommend this book it is not meant as a stand alone but part of a series and needs to be read in order.
I consider myself fortunate to read and review Souls ReAligned by Tricia Daniels, book 2 in the Bound4Ireland series. (I would highly recommend book 1 Intractable Souls first though). H-E-L-L-O H-O-L-Y hotness that is Ethan O’Connell. Book 2 picks up right where book 1 left off. Olivia James is afraid of the feelings that she is developing for hot, demanding, determined Ethan O’Connell. Ethan is due to return to Ireland for some business; Olivia thinks that this time apart will do them good. She will have time to rebuild the walls around her heart that Ethan has presently been chipping away at. Little does Olivia know that Ethan had a way for her to go with him-through her job.
After reaching Ireland, Olivia is introduced to both Ethan’s family and in his business as she will assisting in his company on coding. This trip unfortunately is not all business. Ethan must deal with figuring out if his ex-girlfriend’s baby is really his, his father’s distance since gaining controlling shares of the family company, and secrets from his past.
There are so many developments in the book BUT I unfortunately can’t tell you what they are…you have to read it for yourself. This book is beautifully written with a lot of spicy romance and suspense. The story line will leave the reader wanting for more; there is a cliffhanger at the end of the book. If you don’t like cliffhangers, wait until the 3rd book comes out but definitely read this series. You will not be disappointed. I am absolutely in love with hot-tempered, alpha who is Ethan O’Connell.
This is the second book in the new Bound4Ireland series. This book is not a standalone.
I really enjoyed this book. I loved book one and when I thought it couldn't be better, the author totally topped that and blew me out of the water. This book was sexy, sexual naughty, suspenseful, and full of twists and turns with a side of an emotional roller coaster. Oh yes, this book took me on a ride that had me all over the place and by the end, begging for more.
This is the continuation of Olivia and Ethan's story. These two are trying to work everything out and move forward together. And as these two continue to grow closer and closer, you will see moments of confidence and moments of total angst. But when the world seems to be working against them, Olivia and Ethan will have to decide if their love is worth fighting for.
Olivia and Ethan are soul mates. They are destined to be together. No, it is not easy but true love that lasts never is and is totally worth fighting for. The chemistry between Olivia and Ethan is magnetic. They are so passionate together and the tension between them just rolls off of the pages. These two really went through the ringer in this book and I cannot wait for the final installment in this series. The author is sure to do it big for these two.
I waited a long time for book 2, so decided I wasn't going rush it, I was going go take my time and savour the book, but when it came to it I needed to find out what happened and I wasnt disappointed.
Ethan is all alpha and a dom at heart and has not pushed that side of their relationship due to things that have happened to Olivia in the past, but Olivia decides she wants to explore a little ..... One thing is for sure she may submit to him in the bedroom but she'll never elsewhere, she's a strong opionated woman and I love that. Ethan calls her a brat at one point and all I can say to that is Ethan she never said she was a sub, so be grateful for what she does submit to, I'm not 100% he was serious though as he knows full well what's she's like.
The story interweaves through two countries it has twists here and there to keep us on our toes, the hot sexy moments are hot, no other word needed. Ethan really has a tender side and it's wonderful, he is very controlling too which at certain points I'd have said enough but I'm pretty sure he'd talk you round or take you to bed....
I suddenly realised near the end we wasnt going to get our hea in this book *sighs* but I'm consoling myself that the hea is coming and we just get more of Ethan and Olivia ♡
4.5 Vampy And Racey stars
●I was gifted a copy of this book for an honest opinion●
An emotional rollercoaster you never want to get off of!!! And yet another AMAZING book...the continuation of Ethn & Olivia's story. Two extremely stubborn characters who just can't get enough of eachother.Refusing to let Olivia walk away from him, he begs for her forgiveness and understanding. He realizes that no matter how hard she tries to fight him that their souls are bound by cosmic energy. They are meant to simply be together!!!Olivia struggles between what her heart & her brain are telling her.She realizes she can't walk away from him any longer because she belongs to him-body and soul! She is meant to be protected in his arms...he is her home.Only when they are together does she feel free from the demons haunting her. Their souls are aligned together-marked for eachother-incomplete without one anothers presence.Ethan soothes her soul...what they feel is something magical...one soul will save the other.Trying to prove their worthiness is something both are struggling to work at...their past lives will bring them closer and closer. Feisty characters, situations in which you laugh and then break down in tears,an emotional rollercoaster you never want to get off of!!!Tricia Daniels...what have you done to me woman? How am I suppose to survive until the final book of this series?Oh Yeah...this book is so getting the 5 stars it deserves!!!
After tearing through Intractable Souls, I jumped right into this book. It picks right up where the first book left off; with a broken-hearted Olivia and a distraught Ethan. Luckily, since my heart couldn't stand the angst, things get resolved rather quickly. That is not to say that they don't continue to test and push each other throughout the book.
I really enjoyed the progression of Ethan and Olivia's relationship in the story. They were both finally able to overcome some of, not all, of their fears and move forward in their relationship. They started communicating freely and openly with each other about many things, and even opened up about their dreams which only solidified their connection. Olivia is still the calm to Ethan's fiery Irish temper (though she is the cause of it a lot of the time). And Ethan is the balm for her anxiety and fear, bringing out her confident side. Together, they faced some rather tough situations in this book and found a way to overcome them. Until the end...I was holing my breath, thinking to myself please no, don't do it! And I still don't know for sure what did or didn't happen.
In true Tricia Daniels form, there was a tremendous build up that lead right up to the brilliant cliffhanger! Gah! I am keeping all of my fingers crossed that I won't have to wait too long for more of this series, I don't think my heart could take it.
Olivia James and Ethan O’Connell love story continues once again.
After Olivia tells Ethan to go in the end of the book one, we watch him win her back but they still have their trust issues and her need to be in control at times while he does what he wants without giving her a choice.
As they try to struggle with control issues, Ethan will do anything to win her heart for the love of his life. He gets jealous when she is around other men and tries to control his temper. It is a temper that scares her at times when it reminds of her abusive ex.
Needing to go back to Ireland to deal with his own ex who is pregnant and carrying his baby, he finds away to take Olivia with him despite her objections fearing for her safety from her ex. Along the way, Olivia finds away for him and his over censored father to come to peace. Being back brings out the secrets, he has been hiding from Olivia and when they come out could break them a part once again.
But Olivia might be the one to fully destroy their chance for happily ever after for these two estranged soul mates. Can they make things work out this time around?
I have loved reading this the second book in this series and the reason being is because of the magnificence that is Ethan O'Connell. I felt as though Olivia has made a huge leap forward in this story, she was dealing with her issues and better equipped or should I say prepared to handle her relationship with Ethan., up until a point because everyone has a breaking point and I am concerned that Olivia may be hurtling towards hers! Although how exactly you handle a man like Ethan I have no idea, he is just so Ahhhh!!! He is so loving yet so demanding, he is so completely committed to Olivia that it is enough to break your heart but he is so alpha at times you will want to slap him upside the head! I loved the confusion that he brought to me, the fact that he not only kept me guessing but that he actually made my heart swoon, cocky sod! He was everything you want in a gentleman with a little bit of bad guy thrown into the mix, just to show you that what you want and what you need are not always the same. A fantastic follow up in the series and a definite no brainer when it comes to one-clicking book 3 which I hope is due really soon!!!
The story has laughs, betrayal, secrets, pain, and heartbreak. I was pulled right into this story.
If you have not read the below I recommend reading that book first: Intractable Souls (Bound4Ireland, #1)
This is Olivia and Ethan’s story. Olivia and Ethan are trying to be together but with all the outer forces working against them will they ever be able to make a relationship work? Olivia comes out of her comfort zone a little more but will her issues with Noah push her back into her shell? What happens when she thinks it’s the end for her and Ethan? Will she sacrifice herself but also apart of him also? Will they ever be able to come back from the pain they have both caused each other?
I loved these characters and also the side characters. There are some tear filled moments and some anger filled moments in this story. But all in all I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next installment of this story.
This sequel was pretty good. I'm glad Olivia got her head out of her a$$. I like the idea of reincarnation incorporated as the theme of this book. For me, it makes it that much more romantic. The idea that Ethan and Olivia's love is predestined is endearingly sweet. Eerie, especially when they share dreams, but sweet nonetheless.
Ethan's temper and controlling nature sure get him into a lot of trouble but surprisingly they highlight his vulnerability and make me like him even more. As in the first book, he finds himself in some shady situations with other women, but I'm glad that he remained true to Olivia. He just really needs to learn to stop behaving suspiciously and keeping secrets in order to 'protect' Olivia. I get it but these secrets always bite him in the a$$ lol.
And how on Earth does he have a friend like Griff?! Dude was not his friend!
The cliffy at the end was frustrating as heck. I just bought the third book. I hope it's the last book and that these lovers can finally get their HEA.
I was provided this book in exchange for an honest review.
Book two of the Bound4Ireland series picks up where book 1 leaves off. This definitely is a series you have to read from the beginning.
This book brings the couple to Ireland, and explores the idea of the soul mates a little further.
I got frustrated at times by Olivia's wishy washy behaviors. She loves him, but she gets angry at him for random things. He doesn't know why she is upset, and she won't tell him, which seems like a recipe for disaster. She does get more of a backbone throughout the book, though. You can definitely see her developing in the books.
Ethan has his own troubles, and has been keeping secrets from Olivia. His strong temper also flares up from time to time, which has Olivia trying to figure out if she can handle it.
I'd give this story 4 stars. The cliffhanger had me stunned. I tried turning the page a couple of times before I realized that it was the last page. Now, on to the next book in the series. I can't wait to see where this story goes!
OMG...Not again Tricia...Please, give me a hint...just a little one...
Ethan and Olivia, John and Shannon, Rachel and Scott...They're all back in Souls Realigned. And even though I gave Intractable Souls 4.5 Stars and thought it was good...Souls is OMG, just freaking awesome! There is SO much angst, anxiety and craziness..and this one is SO much more sexy..ooh, Olivia and Ethan getting all crazy sexy!!! The ANGST is really what makes this so absolutely super. Here is the culmination of secrets, remember...Ethan is keeping Jessica's full tale from Olivia..yeah, she knows about the possibility of the baby, but that's it..she doesn't know about the abuse charges. I can't say too much without telling you all about the book, which I don't want to do, since I really think you need to read it! Just make sure to expect the Cliffy of all CLIFFHANGERS....UGH.
