This is truly the 'essential Ronald Reagan'. He had an extremely full life and this book packs a lot into a small space without being dry and overwhelming. This is a step by step of what happened in his life and the things he did. This book does an amazing job of describing and telling the reader about the essence and person Ronald Reagan was, as well as the life gaud, actor, activist, father, husband, politician, and President he was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
