“I think I might be in love with you.”

That’s the third thing my new boss said to me, right after introducing himself and complimenting my name. I’ve worked in the corporate world long enough to know that’s not normal workplace behavior. Worse, I think I feel the same way.

I don’t believe in love at first sight, but this guy makes me feel like I’m walking on air.

LOUISA MASTERS started reading romance much earlier than her mother thought she should. While other teenagers were sneaking out of the house, Louisa was sneaking romance novels in and working out how to read them without being discovered. She’s spent most of her life feeling sorry for people who don’t read, convinced that books are the solution to every problem. As an adult, she feeds her addiction in every spare second, only occasionally tearing herself away to do things like answer the phone and pay bills. She spent years trying to build a “sensible” career, working in bookstores, recruitment, resource management, administration, and as a travel agent, before finally conceding defeat and devoting herself to the world of romance novels. Louisa has a long list of places first discovered in books that she wants to visit, and every so often she overcomes her loathing of jet lag and takes a trip that charges her imagination. She lives in Melbourne, Australia, where she whines about the weather for most of the year while secretly admitting she’ll probably never move.

I think this was my favourite so far!

Zephyr and Storm just made me laugh from start to finish, and I'm not normally a fan of love at first sight but it really worked for them.

I still would like the books to be longer because I feel like I'm not getting to know the characters all that well, but they are entertaining quick reads.

Looking forward to seeing who grumpy George ends up with.

This one was probably the novella that took the overall story the furthest as the gang sees Cory heading off to college (one of those time jumps I mentioned previously) and an aptly named bloke named Storm comes to take over the marketing.

Zephyr's head is so full of information the air brings him that he lets out the secret way before they've had time to let Storm get his feet under the table as it were.

There's also a funny secondary storyline involving a divorced couple that the wind keeps giving updates on which had me laughing a lot.

Storm is perfect for Zeph, he helps him quiet the incessant noise from the air around him and brings him an aura of calm.

Another really easy read which moves the story on without providing a plot specific narrative, this time round it's more a case of finding out how the publicity of conservation work the Elemental Men are doing is having a positive effect.

#ARC received from the author via The Author Agency, I am voluntarily leaving a review.

So far I think this is my favorite one (have I said that yet? lol) Zephyr is always distracted. I mean, how can you not when the air is bringing EVERYTHING to you for you to hear? Cody (Bran-the firefighter fated to Flame) is off to college so the Conservation Kings hire Storm to take over.

Storm LOVES gossip and Zeph is perfect for him in this respect (and in all respects) because the substory about Ted and Brenda had me rolling! (sidebar: I was reading another book at the same time that was literally about exs pretending to still be married so Ted and Brenda felt like an unintended Easter egg for me). I do hope we find out what happens with them.

Storm took the fated mates/Conservation Kings true identities news the best out of everyone so far and the way he's able to center Zeph to quiet all the voices down was sweet. This book starts with a big time jump from Flame's so it shows how things are progressing with the gang and the world. It moved the story along a bit.

George is the last one (which he's pissed about) and I can't wait to see what happens with him and with the world!

Thank you, Louisa Masters and The Author Agency for the ARC.

(ENG) I love the characters in this series more and more with each new novel. This one is about Zephyr and Storm, who fall in love at first sight and it's an hilarious story.
One thing I really like about this series is the pace the author sets. Everything happens so fast, but at no time do we feel a rush in the relationships.
The wind bringing all the gossip added a lot, and now I'm really curious about what happened to Ted and Brenda!

Awww Zephyr was such a freaking simp for his human. I loved it! Like with Aether, Zephyr knew his mate as soon as he saw, or rather heard, him. Unlike with Aether's relationship, Zephyr's mate Storm took it better than most. Though I think it was helped along with the fact that the air's behavior made it pretty convincing that there was something not quite normal going on.

It was cute how the air played with Storm. And it was even hotter in the bedroom. For once, Zephyr wasn't distracted. All his attention was on his mate. And the air adored him just as much.

Grumpy George is the last single Element left. He is, of course, quite grumpy over this fact. I can't wait to see what kind of Mate Masters has in store for him!

When I first heard about this series, my immediate thought that this was going to be a spicy take on Captain Planet. I was wrong about the Captain Planet (though I did enjoy the reference in book 4) but right about the spicy. These are adorable, funny, smexy reads that I would recommend bingeing back to back because they become addictive. Each book has a different couple but has an overarching theme of conservation and whether humanity can be saved. You'll have to read to the end to find out.

The only downside to this series is that I wish the novellas were longer because I really enjoyed the premise.

I received an eARC and because its freaking cold despite being almost halfway through October (really not enjoying climate change) I have left an honest review

Zephyr ARC Review:

Awh, Storm and Zephyr were just too dang sweet! Storm having the impact on Zephyr he did was so well done hilariously, as I’ve come to expect from these stories, and so adorably cute! I loved the hint at the last novella, and the building of this team more! The whole gang is wacky and precious, filled with funny moments that make the story cohesive. Another winner from this one!

5 Stars!

Zephyr is the third novella in the Elemental Men series, and you need to read the first three first since it has a continuing storyline, even if each book focuses on a new couple.

Zephyr is the embodiment of Air, and he's always distracted, although he has a good reason for it that the other elements aren't aware of, at least not until Storm comes into the picture. The Air keeps bringing Zephyr all kinds of gossip and information. It isn't until Zephyr meets Storm, their new social media specialist and Zephyr's mate, that the Air settles and allows him to focus on Storm.

Storm is perfect for Zephyr and if you thought the other books were instalove, this one takes it to the extreme. It's great for them, though, and I adored them together.

This story is mostly seeing Storm and Zephyr bond, and the Air bringing Zephyr little tidbits of gossip regarding a divorced couple—Ted and Brenda—and by the end, I was as invested in their story as I was about the other guys. LOL

I'm thoroughly enjoying this series and each new book just cements this fact. It's such a fun, captivating read that I highly recommend!

So it's a wrap on Zephyr by Louisa Masters!

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is an MxM Romance Novella!

This book was short and easy to read.

This book touches upon the topic of Climate change brought upon by Humans on Earth 🌍 and how Mother Nature is running it's course by having natural disasters and calamities.

To prevent those natural disasters and calamities from destroying humanity, the five elements are born or incarnated. This book is about Zephyr which is the Air Element!

He is Air. He is in control of Air. He can create cyclones and controls it. He has knowledge of everything the air touches. He hears everyones voices in his head and is usually distracted to keep track of all the secrets.

He is mated to Storm, the new social media manager, Cody which is Bran's brother has hired because he is moving to LA for college. That's how they meet. This is the start of their romance.

They are literally fated to be together and it's beautiful. This story is quick, interesting and very eye opening!

I was lucky to receive the ARC of this book so thanks Louisa, I truly grateful and this books was worth it!!

I hope you guys love reading this book as well!

Happy Reading!!

I luckily received a free copy of this book in a complete collection of all five books from the author and am voluntarily leaving a review. That being said, some of this review may be repeated in parts of my reviews of the other books.

The stories are fairly short but still give you a sense of completeness with a central overarching subplot… kind of. I’m probably not making much sense but if you know Louisa’s writing you’ll more than likely love the books and want to binge read them all. Then you’ll see what I was talking about… or maybe I’m just talking out of my squirrel brain and it only makes sense to me. 🤔 🤷‍♀️

Loved reading about Zephyr and Storm… and all the tea on Ted and Brenda… which I hope we get to find out the outcome of that in the next book. Some of the things these “guys” do is just hilarious.

With how short the stories are, I think this will definitely go on my reread list.

Highly recommend the whole series. Definitely best read in order. Each book follows the ones before it with time period jumps in between ranging from weeks to years.

🌶️🌶️

Zypher and Storm are my favs so far. Zypher constantly has the wind whispering information to him and he gets VERY easily distracted with all of that going on. It’s annoying to all those around him when they try to have a conversation and he just gaps right out.

Storm is more than qualified to take the reins from Cody and take over control of the social media and PR for this amazing not for profit conservationists. They have a decent following but it can certainly be increased.

First day on the job and you find out that your boss is practically a superhero and he’s gorgeous and he’s your soulmate. It’s a lot to take in. Storm handles it amazingly though. He just goes along with his gut feeling and leans into his brand new instarelationship with Zypher.

I loved that Storm also just rambles and has a chaotic thought process like Zypher. They are perfect together.

Now, what is going to happen to our fav grump George? He’s our final element and I can’t wait to see George get his happy ever after.

Here is Louisa Master's "Zephyr." It's the fourth book in her Elemental Men series.

["“I think I might be in love with you.”

That’s the third thing my new boss said to me, right after introducing himself and complimenting my name. I’ve worked in the corporate world long enough to know that’s not normal workplace behavior. Worse, I think I feel the same way.

I don’t believe in love at first sight, but this guy makes me feel like I’m walking on air."]

Zephyr reminds me a lot of Aqua...then again, he does get all of the good gossip from the wind so of course he’s never paying attention. And first paragraph into Storm’s POV? “I’m a gossip king!” Match made.

That meet-cute!!!???!!! I expected it to be cringe, but it was the most adorable thing ever!! Even if most of the rest of the family disagreed.

I love how this series and this family has evolved so far. It’s beautiful and encouraging and inspiring.

Zephyr is a little distracted. Okay he's distracted a lot. What the others don't know is that the air (his element) keeps bringing all the juicy gossip to his ear. It's only when he meets Storm that someone truly understands his distraction.

Storm has the perfect calming influence on Zephyr. This effect allows their relationship to form and flourish pretty fast. Think insta love. He is also tech savvy enabling him to help the guys in their cause.

The guys are coming to see a way to save the planet. Things are falling nicely into place.

I really liked this novella. I definitely wanted it to go on longer. I'm loving the idea of the series and the couples getting together to save the planet. I think Zephyr and Storm make a great couple. Their chemistry felt authentic. Definitely recommend this series for some quick, fun reads.

I might be a little bias with this one. As a air sign and a lover of the wind. This moved a lot quicker than the others. Not having to sit and explain the whole background helps. I love our little space cadet Zephyr. He's half zoned out most of the time. Until he ran across Storm. Even the air loves him. Keeps the chatter to a minimum so he could spend time with him and his brothers. I love that the one person who brings him peace is Storm.

These guys are such cheeseballs. But it's part of their charm. I wouldn't be able to resist the adorableness myself. I love love love that this series brings environmental issues to the world. It's true, environmental issues need to be spoken about more. As does ways to help improve it. I wish I saw more of this. Combining Saving the world and a good book series? Sold. So good.

story of Zephyr and Storm

This is a soul mates romance, featuring Zephyr and Storm, and is book four in the Elemental Men series. This book is a novella.

Zephyr is so flipping cute, his head is off in the clouds until he meets Storm, their new social media manager. Storm and Zephyr fall for each other instantly, so swoon and sweet.

I am absolutely loving this series and cannot recommend it enough. The writing is so good and I love that each book is a novella so they are quick reads in their own. The final book is coming out this week and I cannot wait.

If you haven’t read any of these books yet, what are you waiting for - jump in.

Things to expect in this MM romance are:
4th book in series
MM Novella
Element x Manager
Both loves gossip
Insta-love
Soul mates
Joining the team
Found family
Moving fast

A super cute and very short MM instalove workplace romance novella (just 79pp) that is part of the Elemental Men series. These otherworldly heroes have been reincarnated on Earth to save humans from the destruction of climate change. Zephyr's specialist subject is storms and in particular the wind - he can soothe hurricanes and manipulate tornadoes to limit damage and impact on humans. But he also hears everything the wind brings him from important missives to local gossip so he's constantly distracted. Until Storm arrives for his first day of work and calms all the voices, turning Zephyr's head and kickstarting the sweetest little romance.

And in an added bonus: Zephyr is the breeze equivalent of a shadow daddy - a breeze daddy if you will, he can manipulate the air to become extensions of his body!

I didn't know how I would feel about this one since we haven't gotten a lot of time with Zephyr, and when we do, he's been shown as more of an "airhead." And I know this is a very cliche and ridiculous novella series, but did they have to make the love interest in this one named "Storm?" It's a little on the nose. That being said, it was pretty cute. We get more climate related content and advocacy, which I think is the main point of this series. I do think the way Storm just easily accepted everything, including being soul mates with Zephyr, was a bit of a cop out. I think we're all very concerned about what's happening with George at this point. I think he's already met his mate and the guy is either already with someone else or he hates rocks. We'll see soon enough.

Zephyr is another wonderful continuation of the Elemental Men series. Seeing the guys (quirks and all) from previous stories made me smile as they added color and context to this piece.
Storm is a fitting addition to this group and the perfect fated mate for Zephyr. His tech and social media knowledge moves their cause forward while his calming influence on Zephyr allows their relationship to flourish and their purpose to grow.
Zephyr is my favorite element so far. And that’s saying something since I’ve loved each one that came before. He is gentle and at ease with himself, and not afraid to accept his shortcomings.
Storm and Zephyr together give me the warm fuzzies, and I am so happy with their HEA.
I’m ready for George to get his now.
I look forward to more from this author.

premise: 5 really hot men who look like humans but have "dyed" hair and strange names like Aether, Aqua, Zephyr, Flame, and ... George. But they are, in fact, the 4 elements (fire, air, water, earth) + life, and they show up on earth when things are out of balance. This series follows all 5 men as they fight to preserve the earth and stop the damage that is being done by humans. Along the way, they all find their human soulmate who balances them out.

Aww the romance is back! This one was fluffy sweet with insta-soulmates who were so ridiculously cute together, and I was here for it. I loved how Storm just rolled with everything; he was the most accepting human so far. It was also good to finally figure out why Zephyr tuned out all the time. Overall, I enjoyed this one so much.

It's so good to add Zephyr's story to this series, and finally get to know the man who seems quite absent a lot of the time. As he meets Storm, their new social media and brand manager, things quieten for the first time ever and, I'm sure, Storm has never had a first day at work quite like this one!
It's a sweet, low angst romance that sees two men meet who are fated to be together. Storm quite literally brings the calm to Zephyr's world and it's also good to see how the group is moving things along in their bid to save the world.
Another quick and entertaining read. I'm so invested in how Pebble's story is going to go but especially in how this series is going to wrap up with it being based on such a serious issue.
I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.

Zephyr’s story is a low spice, low angst one with two very sweet MCs. The wind tells Zephyr things and the constant flow of information often has him distracted when the other elements are trying to talk to him about serious things. When his fated mate, Storm, comes on the scene he has a calming effect on Zephyr.

Poor Pebble/George is feeling left out and he doesn’t have much of a role in this story. I am really looking forward to him finally getting his mate and HEA. I can’t wait to see how this entertaining series wraps up.

I desperately want more but never want this series to end!

Zephyr and Storm were completely adorable! Insta-love doesn’t always work but somehow it was written so well that anything else wouldn’t have worked for these two. The plot is plotting nicely (Cody is off to college!?!) and that’s how we see Storm come into Zephyr’s life. I loved that a guy called Storm was the one able to quiet and calm Zephyr’s mind (it just tickled me). As is usual for a book by Louisa there are lots of laughs as well as awww moments. I’m super excited for poor old George’s book but honestly I’m also kind of dreading it because I never want this series to end!

"Zephyr" received FOUR stars.

Zephyr is my favorite character. I would’ve loved to spend more time in his head.

The novel gained *stars* for these items:

* gained for: "The book caught my interest in the first five pages."

* gained for: "I thought about the book when I was forced to set it down and re-enter society."

* gained for: "There were no info dumps, poor writing, or copy edit mistakes that jerked me out of the story."

* gained for: "I was sad when the book ended. I wanted more!"

The novel failed to gain stars for this item:

NO STAR gained for: "That's it. I'm hooked on this author. I will automatically try anything she/he/they writes."

"What the fuck?” The words burst from me involuntarily, and I want to check that nobody was close enough to hear, but I can’t take my eyes off the man standing on the roof. Shirtless. Hair floating in the breeze. Flying a kite.

This fourth installment follows a similar format to the previous books, in which an unwitting human stumbles across the gang and finds his mate! I liked Storm, the human MC - he seemed like a nice match for Zephyr, who was a bit true to his name.

I am starting to wonder what kind of series conclusion we might get from the final book Pebble! It seems like the series is coming to a close far too soon to know if the guys will achieve their goal.

Zephyr and Storm were a match made in heaven. They’re perfect for each other and complete each other so beautifully.
I liked the sass, the gossip, the revelation, and their first encounter.
Their chemistry is off the charts, and I liked how they aim to be better, their role in the events that follow, and the progress they make along the way.
I was super excited to see them getting over all the hurdles and the way they got their happiness.
Can’t wait to see the last match and all the shenanigans that will follow.

This was so freaking good. I honestly didn’t think I would enjoy Zephyr’s book the way I did.
Now, if Airhead was a person, that would totally be Zephyr 😹😹😹.

I love, Zephyr’s love for gossip, he was so cute listening on to all those people. Also loved the insta love aspect of this and the fact that we got a little more character depth.

I was not a fan of the occasional time jumps, because I honestly think this would make such a good full length novel. Overall, I enjoyed every bit of this and Storm was a cute human delight.🥰

I think this is the fluffiest, lowest angst of them all. Zeph, the embodiment of air and the teams new marketing/socials manager, Storm.... with the insta-love/fated mates sweetness. Storm takes the whole 'we're the elements and here to save humankind' super well! Almost disturbingly well. But the joy and lightness that Zeph and Storm share is very sweet. Spice is light in this one and there's some good set up for George. Plus some great scenes with Cody in!

“he’s an expert on ✨storm✨ activity” 😂

Zeph is me. If I hear a convo and it’s something good that gets my attention, I’m nosy & will eavesdrop to get all the information, which I love how Louisa started it in the beginning and then gave us the rest at the end. It was perfect! 🤌🏻
Zephyr & Storm are adorable. Their first meeting 🥹
Storm was
in a wild ride from day one -but oh was it a fun one! Storm definitely fits in well with this group!

I think Zeph is my favorite out of this series. I just love him so much!
