I have terrible social anxiety and this book gives great strategies to help combat it. I love how the author reiterates so much how "I don't care" can be life changing. I wasn't able to have that attitude until I got older. It has taken so much pressure off. I also liked and agree 100% with "Fear gains power whenever we allow it to convince us not to act." In this book we learn how to handle that fear and stop missing out on life. The conversation starters are so helpful, I've tried some out already. I am not a master yet but with the help of this book I'm taking baby steps. The author writes with ease and wit. I laughed out loud more than once.

I recommend this for anyone who suffers from small talkitis, social anxiety or those that want to brush up their already super skills.

Like many books of this ilk, it comes with access to a plethora of other "free gifts". For ease the author has organised it into 3 separate sections; it introduces the concept of how to change from an introvert with social anxieties, through the practical applications to mastery. Recommended reading and it's an easy read.
