This book is a beautiful gift to the world. From the embossed cover and high quality craftsmanship of the book itself to the inspiring words and images contained within, it is gorgeous on so many levels. It's more than Flaco's story; it's the continuation of his profound effect on the world through collected photos, art and quotes. This one is straight from the heart, culled from the author's personal and emotional journey with the famed owl. It's hard to find the right words: Phenomenal? Inspirational? Delicious? This is definitely one for every New Yorker's collection, and beyond.

Give this beautiful book to everyone. Even people unfamiliar with Flaco will love his story, the gorgeous photos, and heartfelt text. For those of us who followed him from near and afar, this close up is the gift we didn't know we needed, timeless and inspiring.
