Violations is an erotic monster collection with transgressive themes. The characters are sexy and dangerous. These stories were previously available on Medium and finally coming to Amazon.
Ranch took my two favorite genres- horror & erotica - and wove together a chilling tale unlike anything you've ever read!
Because Ranch wrote it, I read it.
Which means I didn't bother to read the blurb for this book before I dove in headfirst. The first chapter took me by surprise. Then by chapter two I was invested, and by chapter three I had a better feel for the stories unfolding before my very eyes.
Combining erotica and horror is no easy feat. It is a balancing act of two very powerful genres, but Ranch did that. The gore was gross enough to have me second guessing my choice for lunch while the erotica had me steeping outside to cool off.
If you are in the mood to be turned on and freaked out, Violations is the book for you!
There are many things that can be said of this story. I read it in one sitting. Wanting the story to deliver my curiosity. Almost as if the story owed me something even though it never did.
Once the last word of the story left my mind, my lips, without any hesitation I can say my curiosity was quenched and then some.
The characters are memorable. The story has lines written that give you peak emotions, a connection to every moment that the story takes you to.
Add this book to your reading list and I suggest making it to the top of your list. This is a 2025 must read.
I came across this title after reading Feral Funerals, which I loved! At only 62 pages and boasting horror PLUS erotica I had to read it. I was a little confused with the layout of the first chapter, I thought ok where is this going? And then from out of nowhere Violations grabbed me and didn’t let go until the last page. Once I finished it all came together perfectly. I can honestly say the erotic scenes are 5/5 spicy. I’m a dark romance girly so it takes quite a bit to get me 🥵, Ranch Hand nailed it! Violations is well written, captivating and I loved his Re- imagination of a classic story.
