Sasha was a fashion model and Roshan David was a fashion designer. Roshan made Sasha a supermodel but he also wanted physical favour from Sasha. But she did not want to do it at any cost. She fought for that but she was acid attacked. Still she did not stop. She achieved the goal of becoming supermodel even after acid attack.
Ankita Desai was an IPS officer. She was also attacked with acid earlier before she was selected as an IPS officer. Her classmate Mahesh has done an acid attack on her because she loved another boy of her class – Prashant.
Rajia was another girl, who was acid attacked because she did child birth of three girls.She was acid attacked by none other than but Akram, who was her husband.
All of them fought back and became supermodel through ramp walk in London Fashion Week. It was a big achievement that acid attack victims were able to ramp walk in London Fashion Week.
Roshan David a very famous fashion designer became guilty of his deeds, later on of his life. But he was murdered by someone.
It was a big mystery of who killed Roshan David?

This book is so sad. Yet, shines light on the harsh reality we girls have to face in India. Acid attacks can happen due to so many reasons and is a scary experience. Several parts of the story broke my heart, but I felt so proud of how they overcame their past. 10/10 recommend.
