I dying to see Bentley and Roxy get their HEA, but knowing they complete each other is epic. Bentley loosening up and giving a look into him as a person and not just a cop is such a turn-on. When Bentley meets our smart mouthed Roxy sparks fly and shells melt as icy hearts warm up till it's smoking hot. They complete each other, and the ending is simply perfect for us, giving us the lovely ending to this amazing love story. I highly recommend this book.

Roxanna just got disappointed by her stepbrother again. He just dropped her off on the side of the road so she has a little walk back to the clubhouse. And she mad he treated her like a whore. But now things are going to go really bad a police cruiser just pulled up next to her. Bentley can’t believe what he just watch some rich person in a limousine just dropped the girl off in the middle of nowhere. What the heck! But he’s going to find out but what he hears just doesn’t fit so he’s going to get answers out of her. And boy he really wants to know all about her. He has a instant attraction to her and he knows she attracted to him but she very stubborn and seam to have been hurt in the past. Roxy doesn’t want to trust him but he’s not giving up. So enjoy another good read!!

This story is about Roxy and Bentley, a dirty talking cop. When Bentley first sees Roxy, he knows he has met the most beautiful woman in the world and he has to have her. She's gorgeous, sassy mouthed, and also coming out of a toxic relationship. Bentley is not scared of her past relationship baggage and is determined to win her over with his relentless dirty talk and good looks. But Roxy is hiding a secret from Bentley and fears it may cost her the relationship if it comes out. I really loved this story. It is very spicy and does not disappoint. I have enjoyed all the Savage Knight MC stories and this one may be my favorite.

🥵🔥 As always, this novella was short but super hot! I love that there’s no slow burn in Landry’s books, and you don’t have to wait long for the good stuff! But she never slacks on the plot. Always the right balance! I also love that she’s merged the Savage MC world with her Dirty Cops world! Seeing so many familiar faces in the story makes me feel like coming back to a place I know and love!

Relenting was just what I needed! I have been dying for Officer Bentley to get his own book and Landry Hill delivered BIG with it! It was perfect for him.

Officer Bentley has been obsessed with his job as an officer of the law and taking care of his baby sister. But when she marries one of the MC brothers, he has time to focus on himself some. One night on patrol, he meets Roxanna and from that first meeting he knows there’s something about this girl. Roxanna is all messed up from a loveless upbringing and a step brother that plays with her heart. She is so wrapped up in her shame she can’t see how great she is. Officer Bentley won’t back down and shows her.

This has to be one of my favorite Landry Hill books! Her writing of Bentley as an alpha male with a heart of gold and soft spot for only one woman was so fitting. Roxanna was a bold woman who just got a little mixed up on her self worth but figures out how to stand on her own real fast. Her heroines are never weak. She brought in characters from a few of her other series which makes me cozy as a reader.

My only complaint is I want more! More of this world of men who ckaim their women and give them whatever they need to shine. More people finding the hope and love they needed in new ways. More filthy talk. More bedroom tension. More fun activities. Just more. 😁

I really liked this book! I’ve been really enjoying the author’s Savage Knights MC series, do I was so excited to read Bentley and Roxy’s story. It was definitely worth the wait! Roxy is a favorite sweetbutt among the guys, but no matter how they try, they cannot break through the wall she has built up around her heart. Bentley had to grow up fast to take care of his sister, managing a home, bills and working on his career. He has not had the time or energy to worry about having a girlfriend or even a fling. The electricity that sparks between these two when they meet is everything. The spice that happens is incredibly hot. I cannot get over Officer Bentley’s FILTHY mouth! It’s delicious in every way! Roxy is way stronger than me, I would have caved almost immediately. I’m really loving this world and I hope there’s going to more! I was fortunate enough to receive this book as an arc. This review is my own personal opinion.

I liked this book way better than the previous one in the series “resisting” (where the MMC hooks up with the mom first eek)

I thought Bentley was a great MMC.
I would have loved to see the stepbrother get more karma than just a divorce.
