short and succinct
As a Disney Adult, I love everything Disney. I have read a lot of different biographies and histories of Walt Disney and I just really enjoy learning about his life.
What I loved about this book is that Scott Matthews makes it easy to read. It doesn’t feel like you’re reading a textbook. It’s a short and easy read and you still get to know the major points in Walt Disney’s life.
I also loved the footnotes he places in the book. It was a nice touch because some of the foot notes I didn’t know.
I would recommend this to the newest of people interested in Walt’s life as well as those who have read so many books on Disney. It’s a nice take on his life.

I am absolutely loving these Scott mathews a brief history books, he has a ton so make sure to check them out.
This book about Walt tells a tale about his life from start to finish and how one man's dream turned into a reality that so many love today.
With walts imagination his brother was able to bring his dream to life and make it so much more than just a thought.
It's so nice to see the big picture come together from someone's thoughts and dreams and to see what truly believing really gets us.

I'm really enjoying the way Scott Matthews writes these brief history's of incredible people. This one on Walter Disney magnificently captures the essence of Walter and the importance of what he did that changed our lives. Yeh changed our lives! He brought magic to families as well as making magic come alive for adults too.. seeing is believing right!

I have always been interested in Disney's life. He was a fascinating individual! I've always wanted to know more about the rumors and conspiracies about him and SM did a great job satiating my curiosity! He was a complex fellow and I highly enjoyed learning more about his life. He accomplished so much and it wasn't always easy! He suffered many challenges but his persistence was inspiring. Equal parts entertaining and educational!

It was a nice brief history. But there were a lot of facts that were unnecessarily repeated.
