There are ups and downs, some twists and turns. Love, heartbreak, men’s stupidity lol, drama and spice !!

great series

Forest heights is all about how they are a family that sticks together. They have each others backs.


Daddy biker bear

Rhett was a shifter and Zoey was a young 18 year old living a prefect life for her family. She needed to be free before she went to college. She went to visit her aunt for a summer and met Rhett or Grizz as he was known as. He was big and sexy and fell for her. They met a at a party and saw each other every night but it was getting close to the time she was leaving for college and she got pregnant with Grizz’s baby which can’t really happen since she was human but it did and he didn’t believe her. He broke her heart and she left. She came back to take care of her aunt 9 years later and runs into Rhett but a simple run in with a man that stole your heart isn’t easy. Then comes another gang wanting your territory and will do anything to get it and that includes taking your son and girl from you. Will Rhett get the family he wants or will he not believe her and destroy her all over again?


Protector bear

Kim is a strong lady who doesn’t need a man. She has gone through a lot with her Ex being emotionally abused. She was kept from everyone till Zoey helped her leave. Shes with Zoey living and working and also protected by the hangman that is the shifters if she needs it. Hutch has seen her before but a lot has changed. She more beautiful and reserved and hates when men tell her what to do. So when Hutch becomes her protector over her she doesn’t take it lightly but then the feelings begin and things start to be more scary. Will Hutch be able to protect Kim for the bad man or will he never forgive himself if things happen?

Fake biker bear

Sting was just managing a bar when he over heard Alexia being bullied by an ex. He stepped in and pretended to be a boyfriend. Sting and Alex began as a fake relationship but soon saw they both wanted more but Lex never has had anyone really in her corner. So she’s use to being pushed aside and looked as nothing. That is until Sting/ Reece. He sees her and believes she can be so much more and sees she’s kind and sweet and caring and wants love. Until he sees her sister and her ex want nothing to belittle her and with her mom they knock her down again and again. Will it ever stop?

Biker bear best friend

Rogue and Misty have been friends since they were 11 or 12 years old. At school Rogue was there to stick up for her and they have a connection that was un breakable. Rogue was a very much not into a commit commitment type of a man. He would bounce from one chick to another. Misty has been in love with Rogue since about 12 years old but he never saw her like that. When she finally realizes it’s never gonna be, she starts to heal, but rogue starts to feel weird and not understand what the feelings are. When another shifter comes and hits on her he becomes territorial and also protective of her from her ex who has a list of women that he’s hurt in the past. Will these two ever be on the same page?

Biker bear redemption

Trey and Polly are young and a bit shy. They meet right before Trey leaves for school. He moves away but the first 6 months haven’t been easy. He wants to be home with his family and Polly of course. When an ex takes a crazy turn and gets a bit nuts. Trey is there for Polly. He also made a mistake that might push her away but they slowly learn that it’s good to be together.

Five Shifter Romances

These five shifter romance stories are very good and well written.
The first is about Zoey and Grizz. They had met when she was visiting her aunt the summer before college. He did not believe he could have gotten her pregnant. She returns nine years later with his son. He has a lot to makeup and is the Alpha of the clan.
Next story is about Kim and Hutch. Kim is running from her ex husband. Hutch is Grizz’s brother and second in command in the clan.
Then we meet Alexas and Sting. Sting has saved and invested to open a high end Lounge. He is ready but Alexa’s is surprised about his two very different lives.
Misty and Rogue have known each other since they were eleven. Both had troubled families. Misty has opened her own book/coffee shop. Rogue is a computer genius. She has loved him forever but he thought they were best friends. He still has problems even when he realizes she is his mate. There is another shifter interested and a dangerous ex to protect her from.
The last story is about Polly and Trey. He is the youngest of the Allen brothers and has a problematic history, he is trying to overcome.
This is a book worth the read.

This is is the complete Forest Heights series

This is all the books of the Bears of Forest Heights. With the new covert art, I did not recognize that I had read the first book already. No matter though because it had been a while and getting to read the entire series at once was great. The whole Allen brothers (Grizz, Hutch, and Trey) are finding human mates. Even Rogue, from the automotive shop, had a book and found his mate. Each book features a couple with the men being bears and human females. Although in this world, the shifters must keep to themselves, by the end you could see growth with addition of human female mates, and new baby discoveries. There is an overarching storyline with an evil person that verbally and physically abuses female women, so pay attention for triggers. All the books were good to read and find out more about the clan and their community. A plus was that most of the women were more than intelligent and had businesses, degrees, career paths, etc. and the men were supportive of them from day one. Read On!

Sexy bikers who are also bears,my god who can resist!

Meet Grizz Allen the alpha of The Forest Heights clan and his two brothers Hunter and Trey Allen, and Rogue and Sting all members of the Mc Club. These big gruff shifter bears meet their true mates, and lets just say, These ladies blow up the biker bears lives up! So get ready to meet Zoe and her friends Kim,Misty,Alexis{Lex} , and last but not least , Polly.
True love just doesn't run a straight course. Luckily for these women ,once a bear shifter finds his mate, his need to protect his other half is extremely strong.
Roxy Ray is definitely a really good writer. one of the best shifter series I've ever read. and i read on average 9 books a week. This set of books work seamlessly into each other.
But it can also be read as standalones. Great romances ,exciting not just the typical shifter stories.Become part of the clan,and follow these bears into love, with a bit of spice thrown in just right.

The Bears of Forest Heights series is one of those guilty-pleasure reads you don’t feel all that guilty about because it’s just so fun. Roxie Ray nails that sweet spot between steamy shifter romance and small-town charm—you get all the sizzling chemistry, protective bear shifters, and fated mate tension, but also the warmth of family bonds and community vibes.
Each book has its own couple to root for, and I love how the characters feel connected while still giving you a fresh romance every time. The heroines are strong in their own ways, and the bear shifters? Equal parts growly, alpha, and unexpectedly tender. It’s got that addictive “just one more chapter” feel that makes you stay up way too late.
If you like shifter romances that balance spice with heart (and plenty of protective, loyal heroes), Bears of Forest Heights is a cozy, bingeable series you’ll definitely want on your shelf.

Love is always worth the risk

This boxset of paranormal stories was something that I really enjoyed. Love never comes easy to any of these bear shifters, and it doesn't always come when it's expected. These shifters show that family doesn't have to be by blood, it's who you choose to have in your life. These bears will do anything to protect their loved ones. I loved getting to know each and every one of these characters, and following their journeys to love and happiness. Very often finding that life can get in the way of what means the most to them. They will fight for what they believe is right. At the end of the day, is their love strong enough to make it through? These were well-written characters who were so easy to love, and to hope that they end up where they were meant to be, and with who fate wanted them to be with. You can't fight your inner bear. I look forward to more amazing stories to come! 🐻

Bears of Forest Heights

This is hard to give a review for. I read the whole series to give it a chance and seen if it got better.
The story plot concepts are great in most of the books, except Rogue and Misty's feel quite flat. The writing and editing were terrible. Way to much inappropriate use of past-tense conjugation, wayyyyy too many commas where they aren't needed, incorrect use of words and punctuation. Also, I understand that authors like to write with slang, but even many parts of this was so grammatically wrong it was hard to read through. If the editing of all these books could be cleaned up, and the plot and factual errors fixed, this could then be a really great series. The ending of most of the books was also very underwhelming and disappointing.

This was five books continuing the story of bear shifters. My first time reading this type of book and I enjoyed it. The last book was my least fav story. Even though it brought full circle of all families which was awesome. Why have an imaginary thought sex scene in each book (at least thru book 4)? Little competitive and I skipped over those pages. Why didn’t Rogue tell Misty he learned he was half human in book four? I deducted a star because the author used the Lord’s name in vain a lot! Not my liking. Otherwise, it was a great read.

Love the series

Each book dealt with each bear shifter and their mates within the series. The theme of family, abuse (all forms) were explored through each couple. This is why it’s for mature readers. I would have love a novella on some of the secondary characters. I like this series because at the end of the day it’s about family whether it’s the one you’re born with or who you consider family.

O the inconsistencies....

The storyline was great. It had all the emotions... happiness, sadness, envy, anger, jealousy. It had the right amount of violence, romance, and "brown chixken-brown cow."
Some of the story was funny? It made me wonder about the author and her sense of humor.
Dax was my favorite character in this book, and having the chaos clan reappear makes me wonder (hope) that they have a series!?.
Wow, what a ride....

You can read different parts of a family in this series

You can read each and every story In part of this series of shifters. The characters were well written and well rounded. You felt like you really got to know this family the good the bad the ugly and the crazy part. Each story was separate while Each story was separate while they did Segway into each other I'm glad I was able to get the set because I would have been interested more in the rest of the story so to speak.

Great read.

I loved having the complete series in one book, so easy to binge read! Such a great set of stories too, I loved all the bear shifters and their ladies, such a diverse bunch!
I think my favourite story was Trey and Polly's, he started out the series as a very loose cannon but he grew up and turned his life around and then along came Polly. She had been through some tough times too but was still a loving, caring person and willing to give Trey a chance.

Loved all the stories in the Bears of Forest Heights series.

Finding their true mates and claiming them changed these shifters by being strong and independent women. Even with the chaos that each couple faced, their love and their bear knew exactly who they wanted. Trey made great accomplishments in changing his life from crime and recklessness. Each story had a happy ever after. I recommend reading this series if you like a good paranormal story.

Very well written

Was really surprised with how well this bundle was wrapped up at the end! Nice job author, my only thing to add is I would've liked to have a little more description of the characters and their looks. Like some things were touched on but just a *finger pinch* more would've helped me picture the characters in more detail. But a great read with fantastic spice and great resolution to the issues.

DNF at page 50. While the premise of the first story could have developed into an interesting read it ended up being so eyeroll-y that I can’t stand to continue because I feel like I’ll never get those hours of my life back. Everyone in this book seems like a complete & utter lackwit & the writing is so completely juvenile that I’m pretty sure I could have written something equivalent in the seventh grade. Hard pass.

Another DNF for me. When the MFC pulls up at the garage for an oil change it states she pulls up in her black Camaro. The next time she pulls up it states she pulls up in her Mustang….which she doesn’t even have. The characters weren’t even very likable IMO. No chemistry and the conversations had no depth. Just a NO book for me.

This is only the second time I have read a bear shifter novel and I absolutely loved every book in this series. From strong take no prisoners, motercyle club, alpha type males to strong and beautiful women who love their men and their chosen family. This series suck ed me in almost right away and I wish it hadn’t ended

Amazing series

I don’t normally enjoy having to read a number of books to get the whole story, and I no they were stand alone books, but I was hooked once I had read Grizz’s story and wanted to learn more about the rest ! Not sure what I am going to read next. Will miss all those guys!!!

The Allen brothers and two of their friends each have a story in this box set. From denial to acceptance, being oblivious to finally getting it, and lots of in-betweens, they each battle feelings, exes, enemies, suspense, and danger for their mates. The character and world building are detailed and thorough. Great stories!

I have never seen a more set of emotional shifters. I loved how sensitive Grizz and his brothers were, how they weren't afraid to show their emotions. I really enjoyed this box set and would definitely recommend reading.
