everything was going great until the part where they talked about the future and decided they just wanted to make going to the cabin a once a year tradition but not actually be together. so they’re all single when they’re not at the cabin and can sleep with whoever they want. weird kind of arrangement to throw into a romance book, taboo or not.

I skim read this.

The cover. I expected more coz of the cover.

The smut was taboo hot. So if taboo is your forte, I'm guessing this was actually pretty mild for you.

The real world implication of making plans once a year, every year, a week dedicated to fucking your daddy and step daddy, was just disgusting.

0.5 ⭐Just to be clear: it's not because of the incest. I’m fine with taboo tropes. I like them. The issue is the absolute clownery of the writing.

So the main girl, her boyfriend, her dad, and her stepdad (aka dad’s ex-BFF) all somehow rented the same mountain cabin. Why? Don’t ask, no answer.

Then — boom, instant weather apocalypse™: flash floods, tornado warnings, heavy rain… in the mountains. Sure, makes total sense.

Meanwhile, the bf cheated a week earlier on the girl who “sacrificed” a whole six months to care for him (🙄).

And of course — both daddies are hot. Omg what ever shall she do.
One night, she’s busy with her bf while both dads are in their rooms jerking it, thinking: “I could do her better.”

Excuse me… WHAT???

And then, the last 100 pages = everyone just f*cking each other. That’s literally it. The end.

well... that was...wow.

I was told it was taboo and... yep... it was.

I was told it was fast paced... yep... it was.

I was told it was... um... yep.

let's put it this way. it delivered exactly what it promised. the author set out to write a taboo mfm and she absolutely did , hence the stars.

ultimately, it was a little predictable in terms of story...and there was minimal character development.

I'm glad they're all happy in their life, it's not my personal preference for lifestyle but I'm open minded enough to know the world needs all the colours.

be prepared for hot/heavy/spice... and when I say daddy issues...I mean the paternal kind.

meh I’m gonna be generous and give it a 3 star rating

honestly guys I’ve read some of the most taboo shit to exist, some of the darkest spiciest books on earth but this did in fact test my limits because it is in fact HER DAD. like her stepdad is fine, older hotter man? sign me up! but flesh and blood…it took a min to get used.

the idea isn’t bad, the author actually gives a plausible enough reason why the three are all at the same cabin. it’s the good ole snowed in vibe where you’ve got nothing to do but get to it yk. and at first I was vibing because who don’t love that? but as the book went on it became a tad boring and the spice wasn’t as spicy. like he’s going on a kink camp but actively uses ZERO of said kinks with the fmc? I’m gonna be straight honest I did come here for the spice, and not only wasn’t it that good, but there wasn’t as much as well.

BUUUUUT hell yeah we love men who can appreciate chubbier women and usually said men happen to be older so yk what? that’s what I’m looking for now, OLDER 😭

Me gusto la historia y el punto hot que tenia, pero lo que me mato fue que no intentaron estar juntos solo reunirse una vez al año y es obvio que juntos estarian bien porque no solo es excitacion también tienen sentimientos entre ellos.
Es obvio que el primer año después de la primera vez de estar juntos era imposible que pudieran estar, pero después ni lo intentaron, entonces como que queda de una forma que parece que ella no es muy importante para ellos solo para divertirse y que no tiene ningún sentimiento entre ellos, eso es lo único que no me gusto

Natalie Knight never disappoints. This was super taboo - MFM - Daughter, Dad and Stepdad. All three (plus the daughter - Poppy's loser boyfriend - a cheater) find themselves coincidentally at the same cabin for various reasons. Apparently a booking mistake...this is super spicy, but also has a pretty decent plot with all three of the characters lives interwoven. I am a sucker for any of Knight's taboo reads!

Wow that was HOT and DIRTY!! This is definitely one for the taboo lovers. Axel and Mason were definitely primal and HOT for Poppy. Once they started there was no stopping. I loved how Mason kept drugging Poppys jerk boyfriend so they could fuck her!!! And then Axel finally kicked him out and they could do WHATEVER they wanted. Im a little upset that they didn't have a relationship relationship just a meet up a year later... but it was DELICIOUS!!!

I was happy to read this story, Primal, by Natalie Knight. Nothing is better than a hot step story, but add in the the other elements, and whew 🥵🔥
A week away at a cabin sounds ideal and relaxing, but things get turned around and it becomes a lesson in sexuality.
Natalie writes these hot stories that always leave the reader sated and satisfied.

Quick read taboo but amazingly boring and predicable seriously, like the author waste her with this one here play writing erotica it is not going to true EROTICA that knocks off your shocks erotica. If one was to strip this book off its taboo nature and replace it with just MFF then it would be absolutely terrible and absolutely even more boring WTF wasted my damn time.

I agree with other reviewers. The ending definitely cheapened the entire book, not that it was that great to begin with.

For books like this, I really enjoy the forbidden element and Primal didn't have it at all. There was no pining, sneaking around, or any buildup to the romance.

more denial, more mental turmoil
but we got none of that and also didnt like the idea of them only getting together only once a year

Short story read. Was hoping for a different ending but the ending wasn't totally unsuspecting. Definitely recommend reading the authors trigger warnings before reading as the story line definitely is not for everyone.
