I enjoyed reading this book, and it kept me interested most of the time; however, I did not find it as interesting as some of Bob Rotella's other books.
Rotella continues to add to his recipe for becoming a greater golfer through the mind. He emphasizes that improvement requires a structured process that has a specific purpose. I am glad I read some of Rotella's other books because they provide a stronger foundation for improvement, and this book specifically helped me to structure my practice and how I can enhance my game through methods that aren't just what I think over the ball.
I would recommend this book to any athletes trying to refine their craft, but many of the stories would appeal more to golfers. Competitive players and those who feel "stuck" in their improvement would benefit the most from this read.
