It was okay. I think it would have been fine as a single volume story, but it had its cute moments.

don't think this really needed a 2nd volume cause of all the new characters that seemed like they were gonna be important or start up drama or something but did nothing impactful, but knowing there's still gonna be a 3rd volume after this one did make me go a bit easier on that. the dynamic between the main characters was sweet but the overall writing didn't feel as refined as it was in the 1st volume. the humor is pretty sitcom-y (said in a positive way) which is what i liked about the 1st volume, so it was still an enjoyable read.

Actually pretty close to five stars this time, which surprised me. The two slight deductions were mostly for the spicy scenes and the kind of unrealistic conversations between two "BL writer" guys in an actual real-life relationship. Like, are they really going to have a conversation about omegaverse and then go to a hotel for a "try to put a baby in me" scene? I guess it's just that I don't like omegaverse and actively skip it, so having a sliver of it in a series I'm enjoying is a little meh.
Other than that, though, this was a really funny installment with some seriously good relationship development. I like that there's no real drama in their actual relationship. They like each other, they're confident in each other's love, they're talking about moving in together, and it's really all about building their life together.
The only real stumbling block at this point is Shinobu's anxiety over simply not being at the same level as Raizo as an artist...he draws more slowly and struggles with his deadlines, which he's actively working on improving at, but he's also significantly poorer. Raizo throws money at problems without even thinking about it; he really does have a mindset from an entirely different world. It's not that it makes Shinobu feel inferior, but he wants to pull his own weight, and that's pretty difficult to do.
It does sound like family will finally be a part of the next volume, which I'm excited about. I'm perfectly fine with having more of the story and less of the bedroom scenes, since apparently there has to be a trade-off when the narrative goes that direction.
Raizo writing (a bdsm version of) their love story as an online manga is an interesting development that I initially didn't love, but it makes sense for him. At Shinobu's request, he's hiding that it's sort of auto-biographical, but even though their real life relationship is a lot softer and more thoughtfully consensual than the fictional stuff Raizo prefers writing, his impetus in publishing this is to make their love visible to all of the world.
Including, I think, to his sister. So I really do hope there's some solid stuff with him finally being able to resolve those relationship issues from his past and to truly be as out and proud as he's always wanted to be.
The neighbors were fun and a lot less dramatic than they seemed like they were going to be. The aggressive "take your trash out properly" notes were really funny; I laughed out loud at several points while reading this one. A pretty good balance of humor and genuine story.

this volume was a lot of fun, just like the first.
not a big fan of characters that get introduced solely to stir up drama but the developments in this made it funny and i might be biased but i like the kind of comedic tone present in this series so it wasn't hard for me to have a good time reading it.
seeing more of the romance progress was really nice too, and i laughed several times at their silly comparisons between their relationship and BL tropes. TOS really studied up Raizos manga for those pick-up lines!!
i find this series really easy to read and enjoy, so I'm excited for more and to see what new dumb situations these two will manage to get into.

The first volume of this series was seriously the most insane fever dream. This one is slightly more cohesive. (But ONLY slightly.)
It was really interesting to watch TOS develop as a character while still retaining plenty of his basement-dwelling qualities. I don’t think I have ever loved an uke more in my entire life.
Somehow, these two are still sweet together. TOS has gremlin energy, and Raizo is over there writing his super-dark romance while also being a golden ray of sunshine? I don’t know, man. It works. And it’s fucking hilarious.

Me leí los dos volumenes de seguido y me encantó.
Tal cual el prota leyó los comentarios, terminé queriendo apoyarlos y leer algo más de ellos. Quizás cuando se muden juntos o cuando se presenten a sus familias.
Es una historia muy linda que sí volvería a leer solo para sentir ese apretón en el corazón que me da cuando son tan sinceros e inocentes con sus sentimientos.

I liked this one more than the first for all the relationship moments. This does remind me of Tamon B side but BL and mature. Honestly I think this story does it better, he is hilarious. The new side characters seemed to be introduced for really no reason than causing half baked drama. The art, I liked more in this volume. 3.5

I liked this, but I went back and forth between having fun and being bored. I don't think the first one needed a sequel. I'll probably still pick up the third book though.

Reading this on Hoopla App. I giving this a 4 stars rate. It cute and a little funny to see they both jealous in their own way. I was fascinated and wonder who makes those letter Anonymous to TOS. Anyway the sec scene is cute.

The graphic art and plot could use some refinements but it is the nature of these manga to remain not too creative or deep but rather sensual and a bit silly as this one does faithfully.

Aside from the humour, what's great about this series is that every character is nuts in their own charming way. It's a lot of fun.

The chemistry between the leads in Comic Party Wonder Love, Volume 2 is everything—sweet, playful, and full of tension. I loved how their personalities clashed and complemented each other, making every scene feel real and heartfelt. The romance had me smiling the whole way through, and the art brought so much charm to their dynamic. Totally obsessed with these two!
