The store of Acheron and Styxx just rips my heart to pieces. I love the characters so much and the suffering and misery they must endure it absolutely overwhelming. Having read the original novels, I know the ending but getting there is an immense journey of betrayal and pain. Keep reading, I promise it gets better.

The writing is top notch and the author gives us incredibly complex characters except for Apollo. He is just a piece of shit. Period. But every story needs its villain.
