As I have stated in previous reviews I’m not a huge fan of the villainess gets reincarnated and has to start over trope but this story has been the exception. Despite some lows there were way more highs to balance it out. I do feel that this final volume dragged on a bit in places and that yes it was contrived that everything ended up being just fine thanks to a miracle lake with miracle water but the ending made me smile. Those final lines from Aria really got me. They made me feel good and that’s more than I can ask for from a series. It’s why I read to feel. To think. I’m so glad I gave this series a chance and maybe at some point I’ll try another series with this trope and if I do it’ll be because of the villainess turns the hourglass.

The book was good except, that the ending was quite random with their kids appearing so that it seemed like the author just wanted to make the book longer…

But I really liked it that you could see that Aria was actually a good Villainess who planed well for revenge and fulfilled it as well. (which was really satisfying)

The connected between Ash and Aria was written good as well and I liked their scenes together that sometimes I’d just reread their scenes :)

can i just say that this was extremely satisfying? aria stayed true to herself with this life, finally executing her revenge with perfection and grace, and had a badass asher beside her all this time? yes!! the art is beautiful too. enjoyed it so much.

Zur Zeit lese ich jeden Villainess Manhnwa/Manga/Webtoon/etc. den ich in die Finger bekomme, natürlich musste ich da auch "Aria und die goldene Sanduhr" lesen, insbesondere da es diesen ja sogar auf Deutsch zu kaufen gibt.
Mitten in der Story ist mir dann aber aufgefallen, dass ich diese Reihe bereits schon einmal angefangen hatte und im letzten Band wurde mir klar, dass ich die Reihe sogar fast beendet hatte und sie über die Zeit nur absolut vergessen hatte.
Trotz dessen hab ich in Erinnerung, mich schon damals über die selben Dinge aufgeregt oder gefreut zu haben.

Toll am Mahnwa ist, dass wir hier wirklich eine Villainess bekommen, die tatsächlich Rache nehmen will. Und auch die Beziehung zwischen Aria und Ash gefällt mir sehr gut, auch wenn ich mich über noch ein paar mehr liebevolle Momente zwischen den Zweien gefreut hätte.

Persönlich lief mir manches in der Story zu glatt und auch der Plot des letzten Bandes war nicht hundertprozentig meins, vor allem weil es mich gestört hat, dass Ash wieder was vor ihr geheim hielt.

Insgesamt aber eine gute Villainess story, die ich gerne gelesen habe.

It seems fate is still working in rather mysterious ways, though for the better given the way things play out. Blissy isn't the only visitor, but it seems the girl's arrivals are the trigger to changing things for the better. Asher remains as devoted as ever and determined to give them the happy ending they all deserve. Thankfully, Asher and Aria have been a rather formidable team since they first joined forces, and that hasn't changed now in the least. With Ruby's fate changing as well, Aria has some of the best people around her and seems to be prepared for just about anything. Could see the possibility for a side series focusing on the empire and this new revival story as potential, but it's also a decent ending overall - still some hope for future ideas and tales that readers can dream of on their own, but a good ending point with just enough of a hint of finality to end out Aria's tale that started this story.

Eh, I don't know, the ending to this felt...weak? And I'm also not sure I understand what that last bit means...what is Aria doing with the hourglass? Nothing? Is she turning it to re-do things and live another life? I doubt she'd want to do that, since she's VERY dedicated to protecting the people she does care about, and if things went differently, she might not be able to protect them the way she has before.

I also have some complaints about the art...or rather, the page layouts. There are lots of pages where a full-page piece of whatever's going on would be impactful, but we didn't get many of those. It started to feel like the story was being crammed into smaller and smaller boxes over time--I'll have to go back and re-read some of the first volumes, because I didn't feel like that before, but maybe I just missed it.

Anyway...I'm glad Aria and Asher got their happy ending, so at least there's that.

Історія її перемоги. Те, що залишалась злодійкою до кінця настільки ж прекрасно, як дивує поведінка Міелле, яка ні разочку не задумалась над своїми вчинками та поведінкою. Вона ну дуже обмежена, але все ж таки якийсь розум має бути в тій голові? Втім, ні.
Мені сподобалась все ж таки леді Ісіс. Вона залишалась леді до самого кінця, вона була вірна собі, розумна, стримана. Я б почитала продовження про неї та короля Кроа. Ось це була б неймовірна парочка! Цікава історія, більш схожа на історія про типову лиходійку, яка хоче жити мирним життям.
Дівчатка у головної пари прекрасні, а Ашер ще той підкаблучник. Мені до душі те, як вони закохані в один одного, і що ділять всім, і що Арія не нашкодить Ашеру, але все одно вона залишається при своєму розумі і не тупіє при погляді на нього, може взяти себе в руки і менше піддаватися почуттям.
Прекрасне закінчення гарної історії

Finalmente concluí esta historia.
Siento que tenía las expectativas demasiado altas... la historia no es como me la imaginaba, pero de todos modos estuvo bien.
Me encantaron las ilustraciaciones, y una cosa que para mi destacó un montón eran los vestidos de Aria, estaban hermosos.
Asher también me gusto bastante, pero la verdad es que, aunque podía ver el afecto que se tenían con Aria, no lo sentí en absoluto (es decir, no me llegó).
Me pareció bastante llamativo como continuaron la trama luego de que la venganza ya se haya llevado a cabo. Fue algo agradable e interesante de ver.

I liked the series overall and I'm glad about the ending, but I wasn't the biggest fan of book 7+8's last storyline ARC. Got a little wonky for me and I ended up skimming quite a few pages in this vol.

The art is always fantastic though 💜💜💜 Her dresses are divine.
