This is a wonderful cookbook. The recipes are quick; the cooking times are accurate and there are photos for pretty much every recipe. I liked the soft egg bites for breakfast; lunch was a solid chapter, with the farro and tuna salad and chicken salad being my faves. For dinner, the shrimp/sun-dried tomato and artichoke sheet pan dinner was everything. I also like her caramel and mini-pretzel cookie, and the myer lemon pudding cake is one of those things that doesn't look like much, but when people start to eat it, they love it. The flavor is very bright.
So, the downsides? The book starts with some dressings and sauces - which are all good. But some of the recipes really need them, so it's an extra thing to cook (in most cases - in some you might be able to sub a store bought dressing). And there's no nutritional information.
If you cook for a group/family on a regular basis, you've got to check this out. The recipes are really fresh, a little different, and easy to put together.
