This Mafia Murder Mystery Romance is something totally new for Katy Kaylee but she totally rocked it! This new book of her's has it all and then some! You'll stay engrossed in this story to the last page of the satisfying epilogue!
Beth comes to the city searching for her missing sister Leah, who was working undercover on a big story. All she has to go on is a voicemail she received the night Leah went missing and some photos she was sent. One night she meets up with Aiden Diorno, Mafia Boss, who she met and fell in love with in college 10 years earlier but he ghosted on her. She has no idea what he does or how he is involved with her sister's disappearance. All she knows is she still has feelings for him and vice versa. It doesn't take long before they are doing the horizontal tango and she is staying in his home. She enlists his help.
But there is danger afoot as they try to uncover the murderer. No one is safe, and Aiden realizes he can't live without Beth. The twists and turns will spin you around. A couple of times I wanted to shout at Beth to just sit tight and not run off like a loose cannon! But hey, it wouldn't be half as entertaining if she didn't. So Aiden spends a lot of time rescuing her and trying to keep her safe. While telling her only part of the story. Yeah, that doesn't work out too well.
The ending was surprising. The epilogue great! I loved this new genre and if you are a fan of Mafia mystery romance, you will love this book like I did!

Beth is trying to find her sister and ends up running into the guy she fell for years ago and then disappeared. Aiden is the head of his familia and nothing is more important than that until he sees Beth again. Will he be able to keep her safe? Fast-paced read with plenty of drama, emotion and steam. I really liked it.

I am a huge fan of Ms. Katy Kaylee and her writing style. With her latest release, Saving Beth, I don't know what was more impressive... her diversity in crafting a book so out of her 'norm' or the actual all encompassing consuming storyline itself. I was completely addicted from the very beginning of this publication.
I try immensely hard never to give away any part of the plot so that I do not ruin it for other reader's. That being said, here it goes...
This is a Mafia romance that center's around Aiden and Beth. She has come looking for her Sister, Leah. Leah is missing and this strong-willed woman wants answers. Unexpected, Beth meets none other than Aiden Diorno. As it happens, Aiden is an actual Mafia Boss, that she already has a history with. College was over ten years ago and the feelings and chemistry is definitely still there between them. Beth never had closure with him, she was left picking up the pieces and pulling herself back together. But neither have truly moved on. Ms. Kaylee has delivered us a story that just keeps picking up speed and keeps you glued throughout this sexy, yet dramatic and intriguing read. You're going to want to read this one. Honestly.

Her sister Leah is a journalist who is on her way to the biggest story about the Diorno family. That is before her informant doesn't show one night instead another man does and it is her last. Beth is determined to find out what happened to her sister. After Aiden goes to check out what possibly could have sent his men from their posts one night he finds the one woman who can bring him to his knees. Beth is looking for her sister and thinks he has something to do with it. He doesn't know what is going on here but is determined to not only protect the woman he thinks of as his but get to the bottom of this mystery. Can these two find their HEA or will the person who has taken people from them both be after them next?
This is another amazing story by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you on the edge of your seat from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Beth is trying to find her little sister who is working on a story that she said would make her career. When some pictures her sister Leah sends her shows her ex Aiden in them she wonders if he might have some answers for her about her sister. Just as a lead takes her in one direction she lands right in front of Aiden. Aiden is stunned when he sees Elizabeth and he knows that he'll do whatever he needs to in order to keep her safe. He left her behind once in order to protect her but now she's in the middle of everything so he has to keep her with him. When he learns from Beth that and old foe is alive and that her sister was investigating him Aiden fears that her sister is dead but agrees to help Beth find her answers no matter where they lead. What neither knows is that there is a enemy close by that will kill to keep secrets buried at all costs. will Aiden be able to keep them safe? Is Leah still alive?
This is an amazing story that will have you on the edge of you seat from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is electrifyingly hot. This is a well written and very entertaining. I would recommend this book to any book lover

WOW! I loved this book. I would definitely give it many more than 5 stars if I could. I often struggle to read longer books, but I just couldn’t put this one down. I was absolutely hooked from the first chapter until the end of the book. “Saving Beth” tells the story of Beth and Aiden. Beth is a young scientist who studies the universe. Her sister, Leah, has gone missing and Beth is determined to find her. Aiden is the head of the Diorno family, The Mafia. Beth and Adien were in a relationship 10 years earlier, but Aiden left without any explanation. The story is fast-paced, action-packed, and full mystery, intrigue, danger, love and hot, steamy moments. I’ve become a big fan of Katy Kaylee and this book is definitely up to the high standard that I’ve come to expect from her. I quickly became invested with the characters. I could empathise with their pain, anger, frustration, fear and love. Honestly, you really should read this wonderful book. I promise you’ll love it as much as I did.

In this great story, Beth is an astrophysicist with a journalist sister, Leah, who disappeared while investigating a story. Aiden is a mafia boss (he and Beth loved each other when they met in college ten years before and it seems they are still in love even ten years later when they reunite). Ian Redman is a contract killer who may have caused Leah's disappearance. Exciting events occur when Beth starts to search for her missing sister. She finds herself in danger and Aiden has to rescue her. But Beth continues to investigate and puts herself in even more danger. She finds some good clues so the suspense builds, and it seems there is a traitor in the mafia organization who causes yet even more danger to Beth. Can Aiden keep rescuing her? What DID happen to Beth's sister? Can there possibly be an HEA for Beth and Aiden in the midst of these dangers? There are even more good questions and lots of very surprising answers! There are a number of typos that still need to be corrected, yet I highly recommend this book already for all the action and adventure!

Aiden Diornio is the head of his familia. He’s a weapons runner and ten years ago, when he was nineteen, he met and fell for Elizabeth during his mob gap year. He was going to ask her to marry him, until his father was taken out.
Now, she’s sleeping with the enemy, has no idea who or what Aiden really is. Thankfully, this book is different than previous books. Some elements remain the same, they had a fling when they were teenagers, he ghosted on her. Thankfully, he may actually change a diaper eventually.
A mob suspense, who dunnit with plenty of steam. Aiden apparently has more experience in the ten years, since he always has a prophylactic but yep, that doesn’t work.

Saving Beth by Katy Kaylee was a well written story, a suspenseful and dangerous storyline, it is intriguing and definitely sexy. This was a story that hooked me right away I couldn’t read it fast enough, the characters are strong, they have a loyalty for family and there is some really great chemistry.
Aiden is the head of the Diorno Family and family definitely comes first, and no one and nothing else matters until the girl who got away comes back into his life. Elizabeth “Beth” knows family is everything, she is searching for her younger sister who has disappeared. Beth is determined to find any information about her sisters whereabout even if it brings her face to face with Aiden the man from her past. These two have history and this is where the story really gets interesting. This is in my opinion a great story that is a must read, one book you won’t want to pass up. What a great read! I love reading this author's stories, there is only so much one can do when writing a romance book but these ones are there own pieces of artwork. The way that this author writes, uses their words, the personality that the characters bring through and the visualization that you get as a reader, in my opinion, wraps these particular stories up in such a neat little package, they are just amazing. This book is no different as we meet Aiden and Beth. Aiden is given a second chance to make Beth his, its been ten years so is she interested? Is she available? All this and more waiting to unfold and suck you into the story from page one. There is obviously a lot of events that play out in the book and influence the characters along the way. Its all about the journey to HEA and this journey is nothing short of fantastic!

I’m so surprised by this book, it had it all murder, shootings, kidnapping, Mafia but most of all it had love and I love that never died even after 10yrs of separation and that’s how Aiden Diorno and Elizabeth (Beth)Bell found each other again because Beth’s sister Leah went missing while working a story as a reporter, on Leah’s phone was a recording of her last words to Beth and then a gunshot and then nothing, then the photos arrived and that’s where it all starts with Beth looking into her sister disappearance at the docks and is caught by none other than her old boyfriend Aiden and now together the fight to get the answers they both need to move forward. Will they be together or does Aiden world keep them apart. Read this great gripping story with its twists and turns to find out, it was amazing.

This is a very good read. Elizabeth and Aiden haven’t seen each other in years. She is looking for her sister after receiving pictures from her and not being able to get a hold of her. Aiden see Elizabeth sneaking around the docks and finds out what is going on. The last time they saw each other was in college and then he disappeared. Beth has no idea where he went, and when she finds out Aiden may have something to do with her sister’s disappearance, she sets out to find the truth. Beth ends up asking Aiden for help and when he discovers a man who is supposed to be dead actually alive, he will do whatever it takes to keep Beth safe. This is full of suspense, truths revealed, questions answered and twists and turns I didn’t see coming. The attraction between Aiden and Beth is still there, just like in college. Their chemistry is off the charts and undeniably hot. This was a good story with some great characters.

A fantastic mafia second chance romance which would have been brilliant if the grammatical errors weren't there and the annoying and distracting changes from first person to third person and back.
Seven books and a box set later you wouldn't expect the author to publish a book that hasn't been edited.
When it comes to the story line i have to say it was ..amazing!!! ..
Following clues that Beth's sister left after her disappearance leads her to the world of the mafia and straight to the head of the Diorno Family.....a man that rules the family with an iron fist and many men respect or fear.....and she has him wrapped around her little finger as Aiden has never forgotten the only woman that made him want to walk away from the family and his responsibilities 10 years ago....

Starts with Leah who is on a big break in her career down at the docks meeting someone, where she gets blindsided. Luckily she sent her backup photos to her sister.
Beth is on a mission to find her sister that leads her to a former lover Aiden. Aiden is a boss now...a mob boss!!
Katy made sure to keep all the elements that we love about her books (past loves then he splits) but the suspense makes a great addition in which you have the who done it with the mysterious "devil" on the docks.
I was completely satisfied with the story, loved the characters and when Katy writes more suspenseful romance, I'll be there with reader in hand to enjoy it. I received an arc for an honest and voluntary review.

Wow! This book was amazing, and I couldn’t put this down. There was suspense, intrigue that will suck you in from the start. Leah is onto something and gets herself into trouble and reaches out to her sister Beth and send her photos of what she’s been working on just before she disappears. Now Beth is on a mission to find her sister which leads her to Aiden her old high school sweetheart and brings up so many memories. His life has changed and his position in the Mafia gives him access to give the help needed, but will Beth take it? The chemistry between them is off the charts smoldering hot and explosive and now Beth needs to figure out what to do about it. Loved this book, highly recommend it.

Beth is searching for her missing sister when she comes face to face with the man she loved 10 years ago. She has no idea that he left her to become the head of his mafia family. But sparks fly immediately and it’s not long before Aiden’s protective instincts kick in.
If you can get past the numerous grammatical errors, this is an enjoyable read. There’s suspense, intrigue and steamy chemistry between Beth and Aiden. It was a little longer than I thought it needed to be. Kind of dragging on with leads that didn’t go anywhere and Aiden dragging his feet a lot. He’s a mob boss...he should be able to accomplish almost anything.
I did laugh and I did cry. I gave it 4 stars.

This story was page turning the adrenaline of it never went away. For Aiden everything is about running his empire and if anybody crosses it they get taken care of.
Beth has a sister and she is looking for her. She has seemed to disappear off the face of the earth after finding out something’s about one particular family.
And come to find out her and Aiden know each other and they work together to find out why her sister disappeared and in the process they possibly fall again for each other.

An absolutely fantastic fast-pace and engaging page turner! The storyline is well-developed, gritty, emotionally deep, well written, and relatable. There are many twists and turns, suspense, danger, betrayal, murder, witty banter, humour, and heart-racing adventure that will keep you on the edge of your seat. This book took me on one wild ride and kept me captivated until the end. Amazing and strong characters with off the charts, intense, and potent chemistry. A lot happened in this book and it is definitely worth the read.

Beth is determined to find out what happened to her sister, even if it means facing the head of the mafia. The more Beth searches, the more danger she finds herself in. When Aiden finds Beth again and realizes the danger she is putting herself in, he steps in. He promises to help Beth get the answers she looking for and to keep her safe but he can't promise to let Beth go now that he has her with him again.....This was a really entertaining read. The story is well written with plenty of suspense. Loved it!

OMD I absolutely loved this book. Wow what a great story. The storyline was intriguing and captivating and had a good dose of everything you expect to read in a mafia read. I loved the characters Aiden and Beth, and the secondary characters. I don’t want to give anything away but the epilogue was halarious. It had me chuckling more than a few times, Matteo was halarious. So overall I loved everything about this book, however 4 stars were given as there were a lot of spelling and grammatical errors. But I pushed past those and I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I’m hoping to maybe read about some of the other characters from the story.

This is the story of Beth and Aiden. I am a huge fan of Ms Kaylee's books. This book totally took me me by surprise. This is not the normal genre (murder mystery) for this author, but she has outdone herself with this story. The storyline is brilliant. It is very well written and the chemistry between them is sizzling. It is full of danger, unexpected little twists and turns which makes for a very quick and easy read. It has lots of emotion that keeps you nailed to the story. Very definitely recommend this book.

Beth is looking for her missing sister Leah, a journalist investigating people selling drugs and more. She knows it is dangerous but she has to know if her sister is alive. She meets Aiden her high school sweetheart and the chemistry between the two of them is still strong. Aiden will do everything to keep her safe and help her. But he is now a mafia boss can she trust him and will she find the truth about her sister. This book was fantastic from the beginning till the end. So exciting and so well written. It just had it all and I loved every single minute of it

Aiden and Beth met as teenagers and feel in love, but Aiden left because of family responsibilities. They meet again, but there are many obstacles including Beth’s sister’s disappearance, threats, violence, kidnapping, murder, and disloyalty in their quest for a HEA. This book had a very good story with nonstop action, many twists and turns, and several surprises at the end. The characters were vivid and memorable. Very good read!

This is a tension-filled story between Beth and her ex Aiden. Beth is on a mission to find her missing sister Leah, a journalist who turned up missing while working a case. Aiden and Beth cross paths after ten years and now he's the Mafia boss. When he offers her help find her sister will she accept it or will she try it on her own? Loved the chemistry and connection Beth and Aiden have together. The writing is great, the characters are believable and the story is filled with suspense, drama, danger, heat, and twists that pulled me into the story. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Now the fun begins in a dangerous scary way. Their chemistry is off the charts but they also have to fight for their lives against a serial killer...or is he. Full of drama, danger, passion, laughter and so much more. Great read.
