The sound that escaped my body when the husband got caught cheating could probably be measured on the Richter scale.
Because EXCUSE ME?
You know those books where you're fifteen pages in and already planning a personal vendetta against a fictional character?
Yeah.
That was me.
Grace catches her husband cheating and suddenly her entire life folds up like a cheap camping chair. Poor woman wakes up thinking she's got marriage problems and then discovers she's actually starring in a disaster documentary. Every new revelation felt like another punch to the face and I was sitting there clutching my emotional support snacks thinking, "Girl, burn his entire wardrobe."
Not the house.
I'm trying to be mature.
Just the wardrobe.
The emotional devastation hit hard because Grace isn't just dealing with a cheating husband. She's dealing with pregnancy, divorce, shattered trust, and enough emotional damage to keep a therapist employed for years. At one point I was mentally drafting divorce papers for her and I'd barely met the woman. I spent half the book wanting to hug her and the other half wanting to hand her a baseball bat.
Then Sabre enters the chat.
And this man looked at Grace for approximately three seconds before deciding she belonged with him.
Sir.
Please take several deep breaths.
Meanwhile Sabre sees this struggling pregnant woman and decides she's his future. No hesitation. No discussion. No committee meeting. Nothing. The biker equivalent of adding something to your cart and selecting express shipping.
Now bestie, if possessive biker men who decide you're theirs after breathing the same air isn't your thing, this might not work for you.
For me?

The man had all the subtlety of a wrecking ball and absolutely none of the patience. I support women's rights but I also support women's wrongs because somehow this ridiculously possessive biker had me giggling and kicking my feet.
The logic?
Gone.
Vanished.
Evaporated.
What I really appreciated though was that Grace wasn't magically healed by romance. She had trust issues for very understandable reasons, and the story actually allowed her to work through them. Watching her slowly rebuild herself while navigating feelings she absolutely did not ask for made me root for her even harder.
The MC atmosphere added plenty of tension without swallowing the entire story, and I loved getting introduced to the Iron Shield world. By the end I was already eyeing future books like a feral little gremlin guarding treasure and side-eyeing certain characters because I just know they've got stories coming.
There were definitely moments where I wanted everyone to sit down and communicate like functioning adults.
Then I remembered we'd lose half the plot and approximately seventy percent of the drama.
And let's be honest.
We're here for the drama.
By the end I was invested, annoyed, entertained, emotional, sleep deprived, and still holding a personal grudge against the husband. The chemistry was intense, the emotions felt real, the biker vibes delivered, and Grace was exactly the kind of heroine I wanted to see win.
The husband, however, can step on Lego forever.

I was ok with it until about 35% then it started getting messy. It just wasn’t making sense and I didn’t love it enough to keep going. I never really connected with the characters at all. It’s probably a me thing. Also, I cannot deal with the “I am..”. Most people say I’m. It was just weird and kept sticking out to me.

Cheating = h's husband was found to be spit roasting the h's cousin along with the groom at the h's sister's wedding. No cheating between H and h.
OM drama = h's husband keeps popping up to harass/threaten the h and had the nefarious plot to take and giveaway the h's baby to pay off a debt to the cartel
OW drama = h's sister is a total B to the h and blames the h unfairly for just about everything that is wrong in the sister's life. The sister was a very unlikeable character.
MC = Heavily present and saturates a lot of the story which weighed it down and made it hard to get through at times
Overall, the h was a weak willed doormat. Yes, she finally left her husband, but it was more to support her B of a sister than for her own self preservation.
I almost DNF'ed, but I pushed through and finished with more of a skim read. Not a book I will go back to read.

September 8, 2025DNF 25% and that was after trying and reaching very hard. I read this book specifically because of the scene where h walka in on her husband cheating on her with her cousin, but I was so incredibly disappointed. The h was like a zombie, not just an ice queen. Supposedly they'd been together for 8 years and everything was fine, then she sees this and just...does NOTHING. She doesn't react at all, not like she's numb, but like the author has no idea about human emotions and is just writing words on page. I finally DNFed after the H has another girl give him a BJ while thinking about the h, eww! Also, the 2 MC's had all the chemistry of expired yeast and cold water. They had one tepid conversation and somehow they were both pining after each other and when he sees her again, after one conversation 2 months later, somehow they're both in random agreement that they are together, so together that he's calling her unborn child with her husband "his baby" and they hadn't even kissed yet. That was weird AF. Never touching this author again, I have my doubts if they're human with the way the character's emotions and actions lack any trace of natural human actions.

Oh Lordy, where do I begin?
The overall tone of this book was bizarre - this took insta-love to the max, and then the story(which feels like a stretch of the term) just got incredibly bogged down. It felt like I was stuck at the 45-65% completion mark forever. I appreciate the author was laying the foundation for future books in the series, but it was just a hot mess to try and read. Plus, Grace, Meredith, and Aunt Elizabeth are just completely okay and go-with-the-flow with the new MC world that they’ve joined in a way that gave off “Mary Sue” vibes (like, I’m sorry, between Grace doing marketing for the cartel guy and being like, “oh, he was nice 🤷🏻♀️” and everything re: Aunt Elizabeth, it was just laughably ridiculous).
I’m also convinced that the author actually just hates Meredith. She’s the younger sibling who feels like she can’t live up to the real/perceived high standards modeled by Grace, and she had an unplanned, eventually unviable pregnancy that stemmed from a whirlwind romance. These are experiences readers can relate to and sympathize with, but the way all the other characters perceive her, Meredith is just a self-absorbed brat with no awareness of the world around her. There is no moment in this book where we really get to acknowledge these bits of vulnerability Meredith feels (if this was a choice by the author to explore in future books, it was a terrible choice). What I did find relatable, however, was being irritated by all the other characters, because it seemed like everyone (including Grace) was comparing Meredith to Grace. Even Grizz, who is supposedly madly in love with her, doesn’t actually seem to like her that much.
Finally, to echo other reviewers, the writing style and dialogue was, again, bizarre and unnatural. I’m convinced that at least 70% of the book could have been improved if someone - ANYONE - had just bothered to read it aloud during the editing process. That way we would’ve at least had more contractions in the dialogue, which would have made for more realistic, natural speech patterns.
Tl;dr: this was a painful read with an excessive of plot points, unenjoyable characters, uncanny-valley style dialogue, and start-and-stop plot pacing.

No. Absolutely not. Between the really mediocre to absolutely trash dialogue and the outrageously messy plot. I cannot.
- There is no chemistry between Grace and Sabre. Despite the insta-love/lust situation, they make no sense at all. They don't even speak like they're a couple. It was just bland
- The overuse of some of the dumbest words as well was just nails on a chalkboard for me. "Mama" as a pet name, especially coming from a blond-haired white guy was just stupid. Like immediate ick. Also "spit-roasted"? In the exact context you can imagine for a spicy romance. We can describe a threesome in any other way. This doesn't have to be the only word you use to call it what it is. And finally, "speed bump" is what Sabre called their stupid arguments. That's what he kept calling them.
-Grace is literally coming out of a, albeit not physically abusive, but certainly emotionally and financially abusive marriage so yeah, she's gonna want to be independent on what she does. Like who the fuck is this dude? She met him at a bar and talked with him for a few minutes and all of a sudden he has a say in how she lives her life? Fuck no.
-And the way Meredith acts made no sense at all. It didn't fit. The relationship between the sisters was so poorly written and then the way the characters treated Meredith was foul. No thanks.

Unveiled Desires is Book 1 of the Iron Shield MC series. It's a steamy with a slow-burn vibe, opposites-attract, single mom pregnancy, girl gets her hunky biker romantic suspense. Grace is 30 year old pregnant lady who just caught her husband, Matt, cheating with her cousin on her sister's wedding day. Sabre is a hunky biker who is the president of the Iron Shield MC. When her sister becomes a runaway bride, the girls of the wedding party go on a bit of a ride and end up at a biker bar where she meets Sabre. Sabre is immediately taken with the smart and sassy, pregnant beauty, but she is still married and acts not interested (but she is :). He gives her his number, but she doesn't expect to see him again.
Fast forward about 2 months, Sabre can't get Grace out of his head and keeps tabs on her. When she goes missing, he goes to find her and claim her. I loved this book so much!! The way that Sabre showed up for Grace and loved her was everything. I think I fell in love with him too, collecting another book boyfriend in the process.
Throw in a douch canoe of an ex, a drug cartel, attempted kidnappings, and a very bratty sister, and we had quite the drama. But at the end of the day, this was such a beautiful love story between Grace and Sabre. Seeing her regain her self-confidence back was the best. She had such a sharp tongue. I about died with the spit-roasting comment 😂🤣. I absolutely hated Meredith for most of the story, but I loved Grizz. I'm excited for their story and hope I like her more then. But I started to like her a little more towards the end.
I want to know what's going on with Aunt Em and the Cartel, so hopefully, we get some resolution there. Their chemistry was pure fire, and we did get a very happy ending for our couple. Be sure to read the trigger warnings as there are several. This was another fantastic read by J. Wine, she kept me guessing the entire time!!!!.

I had not heard of this author but I am now a fan. I loved this book so much, I did not want it to end. It has everything you want in this trope and the characters are amazing,

Hmmm! Mixed feelings!
This is the first in a four book series and it ends without a resolution. The next book is about another couple in the Iron Shield Motorcycle Club, so we possibly eventually discover where Sabre, Grace and JR’s life leads; however, the main body of the next story is about Zook and Emily.
IMHO the story is unrealistic. Sabre falls for Grace even though he knows she is pregnant with her (loathsome) husband’s child and when she eventually moves in with Sabre he wants her sexually but is reluctant to touch her despite her overtures. He waits six months, until after she has birthed the baby.
There is a side story that should have a book of its own - Grace’s neurotic, unstable sister, Meredith,and Sabre’s short tempered right hand man, Grizz, have a volatile and acrimonious relationship, which may or may not be resolved in another book in the series.
Towards the end of the book there are some extremely disturbing scenes, where Sabre is mutilating Grace’s husband and his men are standing around ribbing each other and joking about the life changing torture. Grace is unaware of this but the reader suspects it wouldn’t trouble her if she knew.
Strangely enjoyable book. Despite the very disappointing and gory last chapters, and an abrupt, unfulfilling ending I have given it 4 stars because it is well written. However, it is as if the writer can’t decide how to finish the book and just stops writing, leaving the reader bemused. I don’t think I’ll be reading any further books in the series.
My bad! There is a lovely added bonus offered free (reader needs to subscribe to newsletters) at the end of this book, which takes the reader 10 years into the future, featuring JR at 10 years old. He’s adorable and the story is warm, satisfying and a much more fitting ending.

Overall, I really enjoyed the story. It was fast paced and had lots of action. I enjoyed both of the main characters and was happy to see them get their happily ever after together. I did feel like the relationship pacing was a little bit different, and found the many perspectives a little different as well. I'm assuming there is going to be a book about her sister, which should be interesting since she was really annoying in this book, lol. I’m just going to leave this review on all the book from this series I’ve read.
It wasn’t a horrible MC romance. But imo it wasn’t hype worthy. I think they had potential if given the opportunity. But it was a decent book that helped the day at work go by better.

. The writing is terrible, Grace is a doormat all her life, her sister is just horrid. Ridiculous plots that don’t make any sense, & her sister has her own chapters!!! 😡😡😡
I actually went back and finished it. Wished I hadn’t. Oh boy! I don’t even know where to start with this one. It’s a shame as at times it had a charm to it but the plots are all over and ridiculous and I can’t cope with the writing. How is it sexy that Sabre calls Grace ‘Mamma?’ He started calling her it way before he knew she was pregnant. On the day of Grace’s younger sisters wedding, Grace finds her husband and the groom in a threesome with her cousin. She somehow manages to film them so she can divorce him, but then just goes back to living with him!!!! Meanwhile her sister who is a spoilt manipulative horrible person, calls of her wedding as she can’t face being married to him. So Grace DOESN’T TELL HER WHAT SHE SAW AS HER SISTER WILL BLAME HER!! HOW??? Her sister finds out later and ACTUALLY DOES blame Grace. When the bridesmaids, Grace and her sister end up in a biker bar, her sister is soon ensnared with Griff, and Grace has attracted Sabre the presidents attention.
Sabre and Grace don’t see each other for two months or speak to each other, but Sabre is calling the baby his! For some bizarre reason. Eventually they do get together and straight away he’s calling her and the baby his. It’s weird. While this is going on, there’s a stupid plot with a cartel and Grace’s ex. I know I’m still laid up with the flu but I was seriously getting confused by the plot. Meanwhile her horrid sister has decided that she can’t be with Griff as Grace is with Sabre and she hates her sister. 😡 WHY???? Why does she hate her sister??? It doesn’t make sense.
I’d already decided that I’m not reading book three which is the sisters book, so the author forces me to read chapters of her story!!!! Why??? I’m not interested in her story. She’s horrid!!! She wanted a relationship with Griff until Grace got with Sabre. Then she decides that she’s not telling him she’s pregnant. 😡😡😡😡😡
The plot near the end is just so incredibly over the top, I couldn’t read it anymore. There’s so many unanswered questions the main one I want to know is about Grace’s auntie. Is she the sister to their mother? I’m assuming she is but it never explains it.
I actually did feel a bit sorry for the horrid sister in the end. Telling someone who has had an ectopic pregnancy that ‘She can try again’ is beyond callous!
I actually went back and finished it. Wished I hadn’t. Oh boy! I don’t even know where to start with this one. It’s a shame as at times it had a charm to it but the plots are all over and ridiculous and I can’t cope with the writing. How is it sexy that Sabre calls Grace ‘Mamma?’ He started calling her it way before he knew she was pregnant. On the day of Grace’s younger sisters wedding, Grace finds her husband and the groom in a threesome with her cousin. She somehow manages to film them so she can divorce him, but then just goes back to living with him!!!! Meanwhile her sister who is a spoilt manipulative horrible person, calls of her wedding as she can’t face being married to him. So Grace DOESN’T TELL HER WHAT SHE SAW AS HER SISTER WILL BLAME HER!! HOW??? Her sister finds out later and ACTUALLY DOES blame Grace. When the bridesmaids, Grace and her sister end up in a biker bar, her sister is soon ensnared with Griff, and Grace has attracted Sabre the presidents attention.
Sabre and Grace don’t see each other for two months or speak to each other, but Sabre is calling the baby his! For some bizarre reason. Eventually they do get together and straight away he’s calling her and the baby his. It’s weird. While this is going on, there’s a stupid plot with a cartel and Grace’s ex. Great story!!
This is the first book in a new series and this is Sabre and Grace's story.
This is a well written action , story, with family , friendships, emotions, danger, suspense, intrigue, secrets, heartbreak, challenges, tension, uniable chemistry, touch her and die vibes, and love which leads to an entertaining, twisted, revelation, and love which leads to an entertaining, and twisted and unpredictable addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

I read almost exclusively MC books so was excited about finding a potential new author to enjoy. Sadly, this book was a dnf and I rarely dnf books but here’s why:
1. Insta love by MC Pres after a 2 minute conversation about nothing deeper than the weather. He decided she and her unborn baby were his based on her looks alone. So, there was zero chemistry between mmc & fmc so their interactions were awkward since they had no chemistry and absolutely nothing in common.
2. Book is VERY MC lite - within the first 2 chapters the VP is exclusively dating a civilian girl and his MC brothers are going to hang out with him and his civilian girlfriend, including her family dinner - I lost all interest in the MC at this point. They were made out to be a weekend riding club, not a 1% club which is my preference to read about
Also, MC Pres admits he doesn’t even miss his club when he’s traveling 4 hours away every single weekend for months to see fmc. He doesn’t seem to even like being in an MC much less being Pres
3. Girl breaks off her wedding on a Friday and by the following week she’s in an exclusive relationship again with a guy she met drunk in a bar in her wedding dress. And the MC VP is dating her. MC members notoriously don’t date. I can suspend reality as much as anyone but come on, this was ridiculous in an MC book.
4. MC Pres declares the fmc is his old lady and acknowledges everyone has to vote her in but won’t bring her to club events so no one actually meets her. He only does when the other members beg him to bring her. Not how a MC Pres ever behaves.
5. Fmc finds out her cheating husband had sex with her obgyn during an appointment. After she leaves the husband, she still keeps seeing the same OB. WTF? In what universe does this make sense?
6. Fmc leaves her husband and gets with MC Pres right away but stays living in her old town where MC Prez has to travel 4 hours each way to see her every weekend. Why?? She could move where he lives, start fresh, get a new ob (that hadn’t slept with her ex husband) AND the Pres wouldn’t have to travel 8 hours per weekend just to see her. She has no ties to where she lives since she works remotely and only has one relative there. As a result the story is boring because the characters are either together but not with the MC or apart and not doing anything more exciting than watching paint dry.
This was all 30% in. I can’t imagine what other nonsense would have happened later in the book, and I didn’t care enough to find out. The writing itself was good, great grammar - but the story was not good enough for the good grammar to matter.

4 stars for the biker romance I didn't know I needed.
I picked up Unveiled Desires from by TBR without any expectations—not in a condescending way, jsut trying to keep an open mind—and I ended up genuinely enjoying it. This was my first dive into an MC (motorcycle club) romance, and while I had to look up some of the lingo (turns out "bender" isn't just a wild night out), I appreciated the chance to stretch my reading comfort zone. What I imagined would be heavy on machismo and clichés actually delivered a layered, chemistry-driven story that kept me hooked.
Grace and Sabre were the heart of this book, and their chemistry was undeniable. Their dynamic struck a great balance between tension, vulnerability, and heat. Sabre, especially, felt like a well-developed character—not just a tattooed alpha but someone with depth and inner conflict. I'm not usually a fan of the pregnancy trope, but surprisingly, it worked here. It added emotional weight without taking over the plot, and it felt like a natural part of Grace and Sabre's journey.
On the flip side, not everything landed. I absolutely loathed Matt—but in a good way. He was a proper villain, manipulative and repulsive, and his arc wrapped up in a way that genuinly surprised me. It subverted some of my expectations about how MC club stories might typically go, and I loved that. What didn't work as well were the side characters—specifically Grace's father, Gerry, and her sister, Meredith. They felt more like plot tools than fully developed people. Their presence helped move the story along, but I found myself wishing they had more personality and nuance.
I didn't highlight any quotes this time around. It's not that the writing wasn't strong—it just didn't let itself to the kind of standout lines that beg to be underlined. still, the storytelling flowed smoothly, and I was never tempted to skim or put the book down, mind you, I read it in about a day.
This is the first book in a series, but I won't be continuing it. not because I didn't enjoy the ride—I did—but because the ending wrapped up well enough for me, and I don't feel the pull to revisit this world again.
If you're looking for something steamy, gritty, and just a little out of your usual reading lane, Unveiled Desires is worth the ride. Just don't expect a quote wall—expect a fast-paced formance with heart, heat, and a villain you'll want to slap across the face.

A little torn on reviewing this one as I’m not sure how I feel about it lol. Settling on 3.25 ⭐️ A super sweet green flag romance with a down bad biker and sweet pregnant FMC going through a divorce.
The good:
- love me a devoted down bad MMC with no shame in his feelings and Sabre delivered. It was almost too quick, but more on that later. He was all in and never wavered.
- Grace was likable and sweet.
- Their banter and chemistry was really good, and I found myself chuckling at their back and forth
- found family with the MC club was good and I loved that the side characters had a deeper role in the story and we got to know them pretty well
What needed work:
- the beginning was a hot mess express. The characters felt cheesy and campy, their reactions making no sense. Grace records her husband having a theeesome with her cousin and future bro-in-law, but then walks around like she’s fine? It was honestly bizarre. I get she was processing and maybe realized her marriage hadn’t been good maybe ever, but she was like weirdly blasé about it. It felt odd and not genuine.
- not telling Mer about her fiancé cheating was also an odd choice. In general I felt the characters made odd choices or had odd reactions to things throughout. Grace tended to take blame for Mer’s feelings/reactions when it had nothing to do with her. I get it to some extent but it was overdone and didn’t seem realistic.
- the connection between Sabre and Grace happened way too out of the blue. This whole story would have bumped up a star if the author had them talk all night at the bar, and like really connect. I wanted that scene of them discovering they are soul mates at the bar. But they literally exchange a handful of words, a tiny flirt (if it can be called that) and then she bolts. It felt weird when Sabre was like “she and the baby are mine!” It felt like it came out of nowhere.
- the villains and such were also a bit campy. Matt was a true villain but also seemed too dramatic. The whole thing felt a tad overdone.
- a bit too much going on in the plot. It became hard to keep it straight with the cartel and all the connections.
All in all a decent read with a cute romance. I loved how Sabre claimed Grace and baby JR, it was refreshing. I loved the MC family dynamics and want to know more about other brothers. The writing just needed tightening up.
Safety: slight OW stuff (barely) - Sabre gets a blowie from a club girl after meeting Grace but before they’re together. He feels terrible about it even though they haven’t spoken in a couple months and she’s still married. Grace learns of it later and it’s not an issue.

Mixed Emotions…
This book was so frustrating. Started off with a typical OTT MC and strong FMC, but fell apart for me in too many places.
Grace catches her husband and her sister’s fiancé in a compromising situation with her cousin, and as her sister calls off the wedding, Grace agrees and they flee the city. They wind up in a biker bar, where Sabre approaches her and it is obsession at first sight. There is a lot if back and forth, as Grace is pregnant with her husbands baby, but that doesn’t stop Sabre from claiming her and helping her escape her marriage, along with some shady cartel business that her husband is involved in.
Beware that this book has multiple POVs, not just from the main characters.. which is annoying and a waste of time. (Put them in a different book!!!!!!)
There is spice, but nothing crazy. Sabre wants to wait, which is sweet, but we needed more action! 😅 Also, when spice would hit it was sort of choppy and wouldn’t go into detail like some books do.

I also thought we get this madly in love at first sight but then it goes away when the cartel stuff happens… which came out of nowhere it felt like.
I know Sabre was technically a free man, but the scene with Kelly made me mad.
I also felt like so much of their time was spent at the hospital!!!! I know it might have been important in some parts, but I wanted to see Grace immersed in the club life! I wanted to see her reign like the FLOTUS she was!
I also was shocked at the violence that Sabre showed to Matt… he definitely deserved it, but it just didn’t feel like Sabre would be so cold because we don’t see that in the rest of the book.

Unveiled Desires did NOT disappoint I couldn't put the book down and finished it in less than 24 hours. I really enjoyed how J Wine developed all the characters throughout the book and I look forward to Grizz and Meredith's story. Unveiled Desires was well-written, I was hooked from the beginning to the end of the book. I thought Unveiled Desires to be both suspenseful and a page turner. I enjoyed all the side characters, well, except for Grace's sister, Meredith, who really needs a kick in the pants and a book to tell her story (hopefully she ends up more likeable!). I highly would recommend anyone to give Unveiled Desires a read, I'm sure you will enjoy the story just as much as I did. I'm looking forward to the following stories from this series.

WARNING- there are a couple of descriptively gory parts because it's not a totally wholesome MC, but just a couple. And they are all basically good people.
On the day of Grace's sisters' wedding Grace discovers her husband has been unfaithful for a long time. In her shock, when her sister decides to call off her wedding (unknowing of ALL the infidelities), Grace and the bridesmaids end up in a biker bar. Sabre saves the situation so that the women are safe and in his mind claims his "mama", Grace. Long story, short, he does save her from horrible and dangerous circumstances and they end up together. Grace does try to be a sane adult and handle everything herself but it gets scary. She also surprises me when she ends up being smarter than she's originally written. I loved their romance but- I couldn't stand her sister Meridith!
Meridith acted like a total ungrateful spoiled brat instead of a young adult and half the time I had trouble understanding her thinking, and the other half I wanted to scream at her! Griff doesn't deserve her. I feel sorry for him.
Four stars for the romantic plot, and a strong, protective, and possessive alpha male, Sabre. Make sure to download the Bonus at the end. So endearing. I wished I could hug them all. I hope there's more about them in future books.

Unveiled Desires: Iron Shield MC Book 1 by J. Wine delivers a gripping and emotional journey into the world of motorcycle clubs, family drama, and second chances. As a fan of the genre, I was quickly drawn in by the complex cast of characters—especially Grace (the strong and resilient FMC) and Sabre (the no-nonsense, fiercely loyal club president). The supporting cast, from the memorable club brothers to complicated exes and family members, added layers of tension and heart to the story.
The novel opens with an unforgettable scene that immediately raises the stakes, and the plot is packed with betrayals, shifting loyalties, and high-octane action. The author does a great job balancing the gritty elements of MC life with genuine moments of tenderness and humor. Sabre’s unwavering support for Grace, the brotherly banter among the club, and the dynamic family relationships kept me invested from start to finish.
While I enjoyed the fast pace and unexpected twists, there were a few moments where the story felt a bit overstuffed—some false endings and new complications popping up just as things seemed to be settling down. However, that did keep the tension high and the pages turning!
Overall, Unveiled Desires is a strong series starter with well-developed characters, engaging romance, and plenty of drama. If you like MC romances with a mix of action, found family, and emotional stakes, this is definitely worth a read.

FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!!!!!!
J Wine where have you been all my life?! Unveiled Desires did not disappoint I couldn’t put the book down and finished it in less than 24 hours. I read the Villa series and the book is so much better, I’m only mad I have to wait for the next one. I hate giving spoilers about the book but the story line here was amazing! Sabre and Grace were amazing characters to follow and the spice was amazing. The way Sabre treats Grace in the story was heart-warming and he definitely had stamina. I don’t think I have read an MC book where the MMC was like him, they are all usually extremely sweet to the FMC but he took it to a new level. I may have my husband read it to get some pointers haha. It was such a good story and it was fast paced enough that I didn’t get bored, I’m going to read it again. I really enjoyed how J Wine developed all the characters throughout the book and I look forward to Grizz and Meredith’s story. I know Kelly was a kind of minor character in this book but I also hope she gets a book. I will say I stayed mad at Meredith until the end I am even still kind of mad at her she is such a Jan Brady, Marsha Marsha Marsha but she is all like Grace Grace Grace. At some point siblings need to stop playing the victim and get a therapist. I also really loved Scrub the good doctor! I definitely cannot wait for what comes next out of J Wine I’ll be counting the days for the next books. Impatiently waiting :)

This was very different than I expected... in a good way. Pregnant Grace wanders into a biker bar with her runaway bride sister. She knows her own marriage is over but she hasn't found the courage to confront it yet. She meets Sabre who is instantly drawn to her and not put off by her pregnancy. They have conversation and chemistry but nothing more. He let her know he would be there for her and keeps tabs on her from afar until he thinks she in trouble and he rushes back and claims her. He makes it known that he is all in, she and the baby are his. They still have to figure out how to disentangle her ex from her life and it gets more complicated when the exes issues cross paths with the MC. It is really well written and while it has a complicated and layered subplot, it doesn't take away from the relationship of the MMC and FMC, it gives them a chance to bond and work together. This is really a love story with some spicy parts, not the other way around. The character development is good, you really get a sense of the characters including the supporting ones who will certainly show up in the future series. There is not an epilogue, but a bonus chapter if you sign up for the newsletter and it is worth it.

Grace is pregnant and hours before her sisters wedding finds her husband cheating with the groomsman and her cousin. Not sure what to do when her sister decides to call the wedding off, Grace ends up taking her to a bar hours away and filled with bikers. Grace can hold her own but ends up engaging in banter with Sabre who quickly nicknames her Mama. Back to reality called her life, Grace makes a decision about her marriage. She plans to be strong and although she thinks of Sabre and his promise, she can't wrap around his wanting to be involved with a pregnant lady. She couldn't be more wrong though and Sabre goes out of his way to prove it everyday they are together. Not everything is smooth sailing though and when Sabre begins to uncover the extent of Grace's ex's misdeeds he knows he will need his club brothers to help navigate the rough waters in their path.
I liked everything about this book but was not a fan of Grace's sister. I thought over time she would warm up but just never got there for me. Sabre is a gem and Grace is a strong heroine who could have been a hot mess but was anything but. Can't wait for more in this series and to see what other books this author writes.

Loved this book!
Unveiled Desires was well written, I was hooked and read it in one go - I had to know what was going on, there was depth to the plot / issues, steam (though a slow burn, for reasons...), danger, secrets and a great MC family.
Grace has just learned something about her husband, who is not a nice guy, when she meets Sabre. Sabre instantly knows that Grace is the one for him and he sets out to prove it to her. He is super sweet (but still a tough MC Prez) and claims Grace's unborn child as his, without question, and he will do whatever he needs to in order to keep them safe.
I enjoyed all the side characters, well, except Grace's sister, Meredith, who really needs a kick in the pants and a book to tell her story (and hopefully she ends up more likeable!).
I highly recommend signing up to get the bonus chapter from the newsletter, it was the perfect "epilogue" and nearly had some tears from me.
I will be impatiently looking forward to the stories of the other characters we met in Unveiled Desires.

Just wow! This is my first book by J. Wine and it does not disappoint. Sabre and Grace meet after she happens to walk into a biker bar after helping her sister flee her wedding. Grace isn’t in a good head space after catching her husband cheating before helping her sister avoid the same fate of being in an unhappy marriage. Sabre regrets not following her after they leave the bar but finds a way to keep tabs on her and her baby. In Sabre’s mind, he’s claimed her and her baby. Things aren’t easy for them and they hit what Sabre calls speed bumps but he definitely loves her hard that they make it through each speed bump a long the way. Their story is amazingly written and you connect with the characters from the very beginning. I loved their journey, the banter between Sabre’s brother Pretty and pretty much every character he could banter with, the connection that you feel not only for FMC and MMC but also with the side characters, and it’s just a story that will touch you deep to you soul and live there rent free. I couldn’t put this down and if it weren’t for having to life I totally would have finished this book in one sitting. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.
