Smile. Keep your head down. Be a good girl.

All the things my father shoves down my throat on a regular basis.

Be good for the Alpha who decides you’re worthy of him.

My insides churn at the thought of spending the rest of my life with an Alpha I don’t love but Betas don’t have the luxury of choice. We mean nothing to the hierarchy of biological designation.

Until one night, I attend a friend’s birthday party across the street at The Temple, the hottest club in town. It’s full of debauchery and chaos, everything my father would disapprove of.

It offers me a world I’ve never thought about, tempting me into the darkness that threatens to consume me. I’m terrified and out of my comfort zone until I meet the pack that owns the club.

They’re willing to open my eyes and broaden my horizons.

All I have to do is say yes. My answer?

Corrupt Me.

Loved the characters, loved the plot. So so spicy.
It was great seeing Camila come out of her shell and explore her feelings and sexuality. All her mates have distinct personalities and all shower her with adoration. I loved the way they were a protective unit and worked together in every situation, even to confront her ex and father.
The steamy scenes are so intense and passionate, and explore the Omegaverse style pack dynamics and mate bonds so well.

To be honest, I am normally not one to read omegaverse but this honestly might’ve changed my mind. There was a ton of explanation of the universe which was super helpful for a reader like me who isn’t familiar with it already. It felt like a natural explanation and not dry or boring in the slightest. I loved the modern setting and especially the club Temple. I think it was a fantastic contrast between the two worlds Camila is stuck between. I only wish that we got a little more insight regarding the church and their general vibe. It didn’t hurt the story in any way, just my own preference!

The spice is outstanding. I now 100% understand the hype over this type of book. I had to take more than one break while reading because… WOW. It was incredibly well done, everything felt natural and super intimate, even with the crowd (which let’s be honest, makes it 200% better). I loved that consent and open communication were highlighted so well. The sweet and spicy mix of this entire book is definitely my favorite thing.

The character development is outstanding!!! For a small one-shot novel I felt like it was a world of difference from start to finish which truly impressed me. And it wasn’t just Camila either, I saw a massive change in all the characters which made me even more impressed. I think you’ll find the revenge given in this book is so, so, so very sweet.

The best part about Corrupt Me is that we aren’t finished this universe yet. I know I am more than ready for the next installment already.

Corrupt Me was a fun, fast-paced, and exciting introduction to the omegaverse that left me wanting more.

We follow Camila as she challenges the expectations placed on her by both her father and a society determined to define who she should be. Her journey is about discovering her own identity, embracing her power, and refusing to accept the limitations others try to impose on her.

Along the way, she finds support from three men who protect her, challenge her, and care for her in their own unique ways. The dynamic between the characters was engaging, and I enjoyed seeing Camila navigate a world built around rules she refuses to follow.

The audiobook was absolutely phenomenal. The narrators delivered outstanding performances, bringing each character to life with distinct voices, personalities, and emotional depth. The differences between the characters were clear through their tone, inflection, and the way they interacted with their love interest. You could immediately recognize who was speaking and understand their personality just from the performance.

As someone new to the omegaverse, this was a fantastic introduction to the genre. It was entertaining, immersive, and full of energy. Whether you’re new to omegaverse or already a fan, this audiobook deserves a spot on your list, it is truly an unforgettable listening experience.

Corrupt Me is the second book in the Beta Accepted series. This can be read as a standalone, but it's interconnected.

You have:
*MF/MM/MMMF
*Omegaverse
*Fast Burn
*Hurt/Comfort
*🌶 🌶 🌶 🌶
*🪢🪢🪢
*some trigger/content-warnings
*HEA

I just started this series, with this book but it was soooo good. It was real easy to follow and fall in love with Camila, Sasha, Amir, and Kolsen. The characters development and passion between them was absolutely fantastic. I’ve been on an Omegaverse kick lately and this was literally feeding it. Some of it was a bit predictable but it was still such an enjoyable read.

I knew that this book would touch on some themes of religious trauma but what I did not expect was my own personal brand of trauma reflected in the book down to cutting out my dad. Being the kid of a pastor is it's own special hell and this book captures some of the less talked about aspects like being expected to just accept that your place is not to be happy but to be a happy servant even if the person they're trying to set you up with is abusive.

Camila finding herself and her happiness was incredibly healing. I thought I had unpacked it all but this book showed me I had not and actually helped me work through some of those left over pieces I never realized needed to be worked on.

This is a story about finding love, love for oneself, and learning to love the pieces of you that you have been told you entire life are bad. If you're a traumatized PK, you should pick this one up, if not for the love story and super hot smut, for the healing you may find inside.

Another incredible omegaverse! These characters are perfect together and will keep on the edge of your seat! They will have you laughing one minute and then fanning yourself in the next from all the spice! I love that this world and these characters are all entwined in one way or another and you get to see little peeks of them throughout the continuation of the series! If you love omegaverses don’t pass this one up!

I'm obsessed with this series!!! I never dove into the Omegaverse until I found N. Slater. Now I'm completely hooked. Her version is just fantastic and this book is yet another one I'll forever love. The way her characters grip you and have you rooting for them is just shocking. I loved Sasha cause of how outspoken and crass he could be. He had me giggling at times that maybe I shouldn't have. Camila just makes me wish I could have the strength to speak out for what I want when I want it. I'm so excited for the next parts of this series.

I liked the characters and the plot. I enjoyed reading an Omegaverse (Betaverse) story centers a main character that's a Beta. Betas are often overlooked within Omegaverse stories, and I liked how well developed the relationship dynamics were within the pack.
The romance is a fast burn, and very
🌶🌶🌶🌶. It was nice to see Camila grow out of her shyness and learn to be more comfortable with her desires for life and her sexuality. There is some very light suspense, and the story touches upon themes such as (past) partner abuse, parental abuse, and purity culture.
Despite that, this is a very feelgood MMMF story due to the manner in which these topics are handled by the characters in this story. The story felt like a hug for people who went through trauma at the hands of loved ones.

I received an ARC from the author. My opinions are my own.

Didn't Know I Needed This

***Preacher's daughter escapes her abusive ex and finds her mates in 3 men who run a sex club!***

This book was hard to put down. It was so good! There were tons of spicy scenes, but also enough plot to keep the story moving. Character growth and emotion. It was such a great mix. Love this book. 😀

I cannot describe to you how much I just love the fact that Nic has made betas the stars of the show. When in every other omegaverse novel you read is centered around omegas and alphas.

As always, the MM is *chefs kiss* along with all the other spicy scenes.

The character development was top tier and I loved how it actually dealt with trauma that I feel like a lot of people deal with.

Camila, Sasha, Amir, and Kolsen are top tier for me. The way they took Mila’s list and embodied it and throughly executed it to her satisfaction was swoon worthy. I loved every minute of this book. It flowed perfectly. I hate that her dad was such a jerk and they really showed her jerk of an ex at the end! That was peak moment for me. This whole book was great, and i can’t wait for everyone else’s story in the betaverse!

Ok, I loved these characters! The men were protective but also super considerate with Camila, always checking she was okay and happy. It was adorable!

Camila was continually getting forced into a life she didn't want, with a partner she didn't want, and meeting these men changed it all. She could be herself, and act on her desires, and not be judged.

I liked the other characters, too (apart from the ones we obviously all dislike). They were a fun addition to this story.

I was hooked on this story from the first chapter, and can't wait to go back and read the first in series (each is a standalone story). I'm sure it'll be just as amazing!

I am completely obsessed with this book! For starters N. Slater created something beautiful and new. The entire aspect of this book sets it apart from everything I have ever read. Camila has a dark past with a history of men who want nothing more than to control her and to make her submit. She lives her life by strict rules until one day, a single moment at the County Fair changes everything. Cam and her men are EVERYTHING. With the help of her mates, she finds her place in the world and is finally set free to be herself. This is a spicy why choose that is MMMF. It deals with trauma, desires, and serious character growth. This was a phenomenal read!

I absolutely love the Betaverse series. The focus on the beta as the main character is inspiring. Camila's inner struggles are beautifully portrayed, and the love and care from her pack is heartwarming. The intense romantic scene in chapter 25 made this a fast-paced, steamy story worth reading. I wish there was more backstory on the guys. Fans of RH and omegaverse should definitely check out this series.

Sometimes you pick up an audiobook at get pleasant surprised when its not what you expected… this was one… it quietly sneaks in and steals your heart, makes you get attached to every single character and suddenly you’re ridiculously emotionally gone for it.

Camila was an amazing FMC. She’s spent so much of her life being told who she should be that she’s almost forgotten to ask herself what she actually wanted. Watching her confidence slowly build, seeing her find her voice and finally putting herself first was honestly just so satisfying, just as all the deliciously filthy moments were.

And speaking of filthy… Amiri and Kolsen absolutely awakened something feral in me. Oh man…

Amiri is quiet, thoughtful and incredibly observant, while Kolsen is all scarred confidence, protective dominance and the kind of presence that fills every chapter he’s walks into. Then you throw Sasha into the mix… his unapologetically chaotic, flirty and completely impossible not to adore. I adored the new style of centering on the Beta and not the omega which changed the books whole feel.

Big shoutout to N Slater on how effortlessly this balanced story and emotion with the spice. One minute my heart was breaking for Camila as she untangled years of guilt and expectations and the next I was clutching my headphones wondering if it was ok for how attached i was to the MCs.
Yes, it’s hot (very, very hot) and yes… there are plenty of scenes that had me fanning myself but underneath all of that is a story about healing, acceptance, learning your worth and finding people who love every part of you instead of trying to make you fit inside someone else’s expectations.

As an audiobook with multicast this one completely hit all the right spots. The performances gave every character their own personality and energy, making it so easy to forget I was listening to narrators at all and not the characters!

This cast deserves a standing ovation because they turned an already addictive story into something I genuinely couldn’t stop listening to. Audrey Obeyn, Brent Billings, PG Hammock and Ryan Stone threw themselves into these characters so completely that it stopped feeling like narration and started feeling like eavesdropping. The banter was perfectly and the chemistry… well… let’s just say there were moments where I had to remind myself I was listening to an audiobook and not interrupting someone’s private business. Absolute perfection.

If you love omegaverse but want something centred around Betas instead, mixed with found family, possessive but caring mates, a FMC finally discovering her own strength and enough spice to leave your headphones steaming… Corrupt Me absolutely delivers… go get it as you won’t be disappointed.

Audiobook: 🎧 Multi Cast Duet Narration
Series: Beta Accepted, Book 2 (interconnected standalone)
HEA: Yes

Corrupt Me is the second book in the Beta Accepted series and can be enjoyed as a standalone, although readers familiar with the series will appreciate the interconnected world even more. This is a fast-paced Omegaverse romance that leans heavily into found family, self-discovery, and embracing the freedom to choose your own path.

The romance develops quickly, but it fits the story's fast-burn nature. I enjoyed watching the FMC slowly break away from the expectations placed on her and discover a life where she's valued, accepted, and allowed to make her own choices. The pack dynamic worked well, and the found family aspect added plenty of warmth alongside the romance.

What I Loved

✔️ Unique Betaverse world
✔️ Found family dynamics
✔️ Multiple POVs that deepen the relationships
✔️ Fast-paced and easy to binge
✔️ Great pack chemistry
✔️ Plenty of emotional support alongside the romance

🎧 Narration

Performed in multi-cast duet narration by Audrey Obeyn, Brent Billings, PG Hammock, and Ryan Stone.

The full cast does a great job bringing each member of the pack to life. Having different voices for the multiple POVs makes it easy to distinguish the characters and adds extra personality to every interaction. The performances keep the pacing engaging and make the emotional and lighter moments feel natural throughout the audiobook.

Tropes & Vibes

✔️ Omegaverse / Betaverse
✔️ Why Choose
✔️ Multiple POV
✔️ Fast Burn Romance
✔️ Found Family
✔️ Hurt / Comfort
✔️ Scent Matches
✔️ MM Relationships
✔️ Protective Pack

Final Thoughts

Corrupt Me is a fun, spicy, fast-burn Omegaverse romance with a lovable pack, supportive found family, and a heroine discovering her own independence. While I would have liked a little more relationship development before everything progressed, I still enjoyed the characters, the world, and the overall dynamic between the pack.

If you enjoy Why Choose romance, Omegaverse worlds, found family, multiple POVs, and protective pack dynamics with plenty of spice, this one is definitely worth checking out.

I received the ALC from Adler Audio and the below review is my own.

I have read quite a few omegaverse/wolf shifter books so I know that the spice in these books be spicing and I'm all in on knotting (IYKYK).

What I wasn't prepared for was the performance of these narrators in the multi-cast duet style narration. I am pretty sure my headphones melted. Worse yet was listening while we traveled with friends and trying to maintain a straight face.....But that is what I get for going in blind. 🤣🤣🤣

Audrey Obeyn, Brent Billings, PG Hammock, and Ryan Stone did an amazing job of bringing these characters to life.

What I quickly learned is that this is a paranormal erotica and the spice is definitely greater than the plot. The chili spice is 5+ chilies out of 5!!!

This is book 2 in a series of interconnected standalones. I started here and did not feel lost at all. For those new to the omegaverse you will get quite a bit of information on the dynamics and different aspects of pack life and that will really help.

Camilla is the daughter of a preacher who is outspoken and wants more than what society and her father expects of a female beta. In the process of trying to stand up for herself she finds her mates. All three of them who are already mated to one another. Amir and Kolson are both alphas and Sasha is an Omega. This is a MMFM book. Oh did I mention they own a sex club?

Each of the narrators do an amazing job of bringing their characters to life while also showcasing the unique personalities that N. Slater gave them. You can easily tell who is speaking. I enjoyed how each of the male narrators made me feel how each mate was bringing out Camilla's different characteristics while protecting her and loving her in their own way.

I loved the open communication and consent that was provided as Camilla learned to come out of her shell and enjoy the kinkier side of herself.

Please note if you have not read omegaverse novels before insta lust & love are common tropes that go along with finding your mate.

Even with the spice being greater than the plot, there was still plot and I enjoyed watching Camilla come into her own with the support of her mates.

I am looking forward to reading more in this series.

Format: 🎧 Audiobook 🎧 (ALC)
Performed by: Audrey Obeyn, Brent Billings, PG Hammock and Ryan Stone
Style: multicast duet
Production: Adler Audios
Check CWs before listening

What I absolutely loved about this one is that the story focusses around Camila, the beta of the soon to be formed pack, and how they deserve the spotlight as much as the Alphas or the omegas.

I was also really intrigued by the club that Kolson, Amir and Sasha own, and how that would play into the overall story, as well as the religious background of Camila and her family. The characters were enjoyable, but it got to a point where I wish I knew more about them and their motives and their development as they grew in their new dynamic.

This was a fun, very spicy listen with all the hallmarks of a classic omegaverse - heats, knots, insta-love with finding your mates, all with that BD$M undercurrent. What stood out to me as being unique to this series is that beta's are able to take Alpha's knots without issue - I'm not sure if this is part of Slater's particular universe that I missed jumping into the series with book two. But definitely something I hadn't read before.

I think what would have made this one a stronger hit for me would be if the story were to take place over a longer period of time - the narrative is complete within a week of Camila first meeting Amir and Kol. The lack of a major issue also kind of made the story just cruise by - the stuff with Matteo and Camila's dad were all so easily resolved, and the story felt just too... easy.

I enjoyed the full cast narration of this one. Obeyn is a narrator I've enjoyed over a few projects now, and I loved her portrayal of Camila. All three of the male narrators (Billings, Hammock and Stone) were new to me, and I'd be curious to listen to more from them all going forward.

Overall, this was a fun listen with a slightly unique take in focusing on the betas of a pack.

Thank you to the author and Adler Audios for the ALC opportunity. These are my honest thoughts that I have provided voluntarily.

I am absolutely addicted to this series already and we are only 2 books in.

Our main characters are Camilla, Sasha, Kolsen and Amiri.

Camilla, I love her, she is the sweetest beta and so deserving of love. She is so kind and so artistic but certain individuals in her life have always bullied her into thinking she is less than.

Sasha, he is our beautiful Omega who doesn't act like your "typical" Omega. He has an edge to him that his alpha's can understand. Amiri, is our quiet yet controlled alpha. He instantly fell for Camilla and has known that they aren't meant to be for some time. Kolsen, I love him, he is a little Chaotic and at times let's his emotions control him. He loves hard but his past has caused some concerns for him especially towards Camilla.

The plot was amazing. We see Camilla being constrained in a sense. She wants to break free but doesn't know how. I loved that her guys gave her the space and confidence to do so because she is so deserving of love and mates. They never pushed her and was so accepting of who she is. It gave Camilla room to breathe and explore herself. This story is about friendship, family, self acceptance, love and so much more.

I highly recommend this series. It's already so amazing 😍😍😍

Thank you so much to N and your amazing team for giving me the chance to be apart of your ARC team. I am forever grateful 🙏 All opinions are honest and my own ❤️

This was the first omegaverse book I read that focused on a beta as the main character, and it won't be the last. I feel like there was this who genre of books that I was missing and I cannot wait to read the rest of the series. There was something so refreshing about this twist, in word of where omegas and alphas are above the ordinary, it was great to see a book that focused on those they are normally a footnote or device to further the plot.
Camila was such a great mix of vulnerability and strength. In a world that was telling her to just accept what was handed to her, she found the courage to not only wish and take that leap of farther for more. And it doesn't hurt that the pack she found, Sasha, Amir, and Kolsen, exceeds all of her wildest expectations. Who wouldn't want a pack that ran a night club that specialized in extra circular activities and were looking forward to checking every items off her wish list.
And the narration of this book was dynamic. I was over the mon that each of the main characters had a different narrator, Audrey Obeyn, Brent Billings, PG Hammock, and Ryan Stone. It really brought to live the chemistry and individual characters. It was so fun experiencing how there was this existing pack chemistry and then seeing how adding Camila in both changed and strengthened existing bonds. Plus is was fin watching the omega dive head first into accepting Camila and ebbing able to explore those more aggressive and assertive dynamics that they don't have with the alphas.
Overall great book and even better listen. Highly recommend.

I should probably start checking how spicy an audiobook is before pressing play in public… but where’s the fun in that? 👀🎧🌶️

🎧 Corrupt Me by N. Slater absolutely had me in a chokehold. A Betaverse story where the Beta is finally the main event? Say less.

Camila’s glow-up from sheltered people-pleaser to a woman who owns her voice, her choices, and her desires was so satisfying. And then there’s the pack… excuse me while I raise my standards. Protective? ✔️ Obsessed with her? ✔️ Walking green flags with filthy mouths? Also ✔️🥵

The chemistry is OFF. THE. CHARTS. The spice had me checking whether my headphones were actually connected because… wow. 😳🔥 But underneath all that heat is a genuinely beautiful story about healing, found family, escaping toxic relationships, and discovering you’re worthy of being loved exactly as you are.

And can we give a standing ovation to Audrey Obeyn, Brent Billings, PG Hammock, and Ryan Stone? The duet narration didn’t just tell the story—it performed it. Every growl, every laugh, every whispered “good girl”… I was unwell. 🫠🎧

⭐️ Final verdict: Came for the spice. Stayed for the characters. Immediately wanted my own protective pack… and possibly a volume warning for chapter 30.🤭🔥

If your favourite trope is “touch her and we’ll ruin your life”… congratulations, you’ve found your next obsession. 😏
