For four days after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, the US was at war with Japan, but not with Germany. While war raged in Europe, Germany had mostly avoided anything that would bring the US into the war against it. For those four days, it looked as though the US might be going to war solely against Japan. Then, on December 11, 1941, Hitler declared war on the US, bringing the US fully into World War II.
What if Hitler hadn’t declared war? This alternate history book attempts to answer that question, looking in depth at how history might have diverged from reality based on that decision. Fair while this is a fictional scenario, the book is not a work of fiction as fiction is commonly understood. It simply analyzes the most likely course of history given that one changed decision.

A good what if delaying US entry into the ETO. Interesting butterfly effects. No real obvious flaws and enjoyable to read. Not a novel more a series of extrapolation s.
I enjoyed reading this much more than anticipated. Will loom for other books by the same author. Really liked the recommendations at the end were not entirely self promotion.
