Adira Dobias thought she had the perfect life along with a perfect fiancé. When she discovers her supposedly pious parents aren’t the God-fearing people she thought them to be, it sends her running. She arrives in Cardinal, at the home of a childhood friend, in order to figure out where to go next.

When she applies for a job at a strip club, owned by the Death Riders, Ares hires her on the spot. He thinks she is the woman he and Hunter have been searching for. The perfect woman to belong to both of them.

It was only supposed to be fun, but somewhere along the way, Adira’s heart got entangled. When a misunderstanding leads to disaster, the two men have to work fast so they don’t lose the woman they’ve fallen for.

About the author

I began reading my mom’s Harlequin Presents in the fifth grade, and from the first story I knew I wanted to write romance novels.

I like writing about the very ordinary girl thrust into extraordinary circumstances, so my heroines will probably never be lawyers, doctors or corporate high rollers. I try to write characters who aren't cookie cutters and push myself to write complicated situations that I have no idea how to resolve, forcing me to think outside the box. I love writing characters who are real, complex and full of flaws, heroes and heroines who find redemption through love.

I’ve been pretty fortunate in life to experience some amazing things. I’ve lived in France, traveled throughout Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

I am a mom to an amazing boy. I live in Los Angeles, surrounded by friends and family.
I hate washing dishes but I love cooking. I hate washing clothes but I love wearing them.

Writing my bio is difficult because I never know what to say so I hope you like this one. My favorite color is red but I look best in black (it’s slimming). I hate people who don't pick up their dog's crap in public places, people who don’t use turn signals, and I really hate people who are rude and condescending. I especially hate discrimination in all and every form. And although I love holding a book in my hand, I absolutely adore my e-reader, whom I’ve named Ruby. So many books at the touch of a button!

Also, Elizabeth Monvey is my pseudonym for writing steamy MM romance. LOVE is LOVE!

Sin is Book 6 of the Death Riders MC series. It's a steamy, instalove, OTT, opposites-attract, girl gets her two hot bikers romance. Adira was raised in a pious and conservative community. She is set to be married but overhears a conversation between her father and future fiancé and her world comes crashing down. She runs to a friend she met at camp, Livia, and stays with her. Livia's boyfriend is a hunky biker. Adira ends up getting a job at the bar/ strip club owned by the bikers, and Ares, the manager, is instantly in love. He and his buddy Hunter prefer to share a woman, and he thinks Adira is the one meant for them. Adira is on board with all their dirty fun, but of course, real feelings become involved. When Daddy comes to find her, can her men keep her safe? This was one hot ride. The chemistry between this threesome was pure fire. We also got a great HEA after the drama. I loved it!!!.

Adira’s father is the head of the congregation at the church and her mother runs the Sunday school. Her fiancée is Abel and she overhears something that just shatters her world. She questions her mother and it is shattered again. So she goes home and gathers some things and then runs for it, straight to her childhood friend, Livia. Livia lives in Cardinal, Missouri and they reconnect and she stays with Livia. Since Livia is dating one of the Death Seekers, Courtney, and Adira overheard there is an opening at the strip club that one of the DS MC owns, she decides that she is going to try and get a job there. This book had me giggling, very upset with her parents and there are so many reveals and revelations in the story. I loved it. Ares is in charge of the strip club, while his bestie, Hunter runs the red light place next door. I used these terms, because I didn’t want the censors to get me, lol. Adira finds both Hunter and Ares HOT. Ares and Hunter have been searching for a woman like Adira for a long time. I swear this book is beyond steamy. I really enjoyed the book and I was proud of Adira for how she dealt with her problems. She impressed me. However, I have been waiting for Karma to get Lori, one of the women, that hangs at the club since the first book. She is just trouble for trouble’s sake. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Adira learns some truths about her family and can not stay any longer. Leaving behind her fiancée who thought she was a cold fish. Remembering a girl she went to camp with she quickly got money and a folder that had her name on it got an Uber and then left their town.
Arriving in a new town she goes looking for her friend and a job. The strip joint is looking for hostess. Thankfully she found her friend and made plans to get ready for her job interview. This is where she meets Ares. And straight away they have chemistry.
But with Ares comes Hunter both men are members of the MC and run the strip club and the whore house(their words) and they have been looking for a woman to share. Ares knows straight away Adira was the one for them. Where would this lead??
This a sexy read Adira learns quickly that these are the men for her. The passion is off the charts but communication gets everything confused.
A great read it was hot hot hot.

Well written, full of love, betrayal, lies, drama, romance, adventure, suspense, bikers and embezzlement. Adira is the daughter of a preacher who had was lying, stealing and affairs. After hearing this between her father and her fiance to cheat on her as he does to her mother. Her fiance calls her a cold fish. She leaves and goes to her old friend's home town hoping to stay with her and find a job. It's there she meets Ares and Hunter, both bikers and looking for a woman to share. They have to protect her from the evil of her father, who's file she takes as it had her name on it. In this file , her father was using her name to steal from the church. Lots of action. Absolutely great read , wish there was more of this story maybe an extended epilogue. Would recommend to others.

Sin is book 6 in the Death Riders MC series and is Adira, Ares and Hunters steamy, fast-paced, quick read. The innocent girl, the Preacher's daughter, the one who makes them weak in their knees. This story is compelling and you would think complicated, especially given Adiras background. But it's anything but complicated. This girl has her mind made up. She knows pretty much what she wants and her two guys are absolutely more than willing to accommodate her and all the "debauchery" she wants. Sin is a great one sitting read that you can easily get lost in and before you know it's the end. Way too fast!

Running From Sin

When Adira finds out that her preacher father, her mother and her fiancé are nothing like what they portray she goes on the run to an old friend. She’s tired of living a “good” life and wants to try out everything around her. She takes a job working as a hostess at a strip club and wows the owner and so much more. Ares has a friend that also runs a business next door and they have been looking for the right person to come into their lives.

This was a hawt MC book that was a one sit read for me. The idea of sheep in wolf’s clothing also plays a big part in this story. I can’t wait for more from this author.

Adira is a dutiful, innocent Preacher's daughter about to get married, when she overhears her father and fiancé talking and realises their perfect life has been a lie, so she leaves, seeking out an old friend for help and wanting to experience all life has to offer. She finds her friend, who is supportive (and in a relationship with an MC club member) a job, and two MC club members who want to show her everything she has missed out on.

Sin was a great read, so well written, I was hooked from the start and I didn't want it to end, it is very steamy, with secrets, betrayal, danger and found family.

Sin is an intense read that keeps you on the edge with the drama as well as melting in your seat with the connection and passion between the characters.

Adira's world crashed down around her when she overheard her father, a pastor of the church, go against everything he preached and all that she believed burned to ash after talking to her mother. Needing to get away, Adira is determined to live the way she wants. Meeting Hunter and Ares gives Adira the confidence to step out and explore.

Great read from start to finish.

When good is bad...
Pretty right lil read I lucked up on. Reaffirms that family doesn't always mean blood.
Devastated by what she heard our girl takes off. Kicks it with a bestie and lands a job that would make a saint blush.
The brother wasted no time at flirting with the fresh face that came looking for a job. Her innocence oozed.
Definitely some heat throughout the just right size story. A lot if personality. Not reading the before books didn't take anything from this story.
When papa comes looking... will it all come to a end. Blood is blood until it's not. Enjoy.

Adira is a good girl, but her heart is broken by her family’s deception and now she’s on a mission to live life to the fullest! Hunter and Ares are more than happy to tempt her, to teach her, and to love her. Beth D Carter packs a ton into a novella and this one is very naughty. I love the guys’ patience, Adira’s enthusiasm, and the intrigue surrounding her father. I really enjoyed watching her interact with her new family!.

This is the first time I have read anything from Beth D. Carter, but it was absolutely great. Adria finds out that her family has been deceiving her and it triggers her to run away. And in doing so, she finally gets to live and experience life for the first time. Drama, yes, steamy scenes, yes, great characters and chemistry, absolutely. Will definitely be adding Beth D. Carter to my to be read authors list.

Adira and Ares and Hunter’s story has the men meeting her when she runs away from her father and fiancé. She finds out some hard truths about them and runs to her friend’s hometown to stay with her and find a job. But she stole a file from her dad’s place due to it having her name on it. What she finds inside shows how evil her dad the preacher really is. But now that she has her men they will stop at nothing to make her theirs.

I love this book. It is spicy and has a great plot. Adria has just discovered everything she believes has been a lie, so she runs from her family to the only friend she ever had, Olivia. Adria gets a job at a bar managed by Area and Hunter. Yes, instant attraction and a polyamorous relationship. Spicy, YES! It is a great book, and I enjoyed it. There is quite a bit of drama, which makes this book excellent.

Adira’s life has just rather drastic
turn after listening to her father and fiancé speaking about her.
She is stunned and heartbroken by what she heard and asks her mother for help.
This does not help at all and she flees her home. Arriving in Cardinal where her childhood friend lives she sets out to rebuild her life and finds much more.
Ares and Hunter show her there is nothing two dynamic men would not do for her.

I am gonna be honest, I was not very taken in initially on Adira's reasoning for leaving her family and fiancé. I mean I get it they tell you one thing and then you find out not only is it a lie but they ain't nowhere near who they portray to be. But her her leaving, gets her in the middle of Ares and Hunter. They show her we all got issues but you can choose another family...Death Riders Family.

S/N: ViVi's and Lincoln's cameo appearance has me rolling I kinda forgot that Vivi was a walking disaster.

Sin is the sixth book in the Death Rider MC series and it is awesome. From the first pages you know something gnarly is about to happen. The storyline and the characters keep the story moving. It is engaging and compelling. Adira, Ares, as Hunter give you alot to keep you drawn to the story with their steamy drama filled romance, all the way to the end. I look forward to more books in this series.

I liked the story, however, a few things kept it from being a 4-star review. When Adira leaves home she takes a folder of incriminating evidence with her. The resolution about that was rushed. It was very anti-climactic. The other is that there was someone with a special gift in all the other books except for this one. Seemed like it was out of place with the other books in the series. Ignoring those things, it was a good story. Adira is ready to break free from the restrictions she grew up with and Hunter and Aries are just the men to help her commit all the sins.

What a ride! This novel took me on such a wild ride. I have read other novels by this author and enjoyed them. This novel did not disappoint. This novel was a quick read for me, but it captured my attention in the first chapter and held on tight. I was on the edge of my seat reading. I didn't want to put this novel down because I needed to know what was coming next. What a crazy ride. I loved Adira, Ares and Hunter's story. Their chemistry was so good! I can't wait to see what this author has coming next.

Adira thought she had the perfect life, but it turns out everything was a lie, both her parents and fiancé. She runs away to a friend's place in Cardinal. There she applies for a job at a strip club that is owned by Hunter and Ares - members of the Death Riders MC - wanting to experience things she hasn't been able to. She is immediately hired as Hunter and Ares believe she is the missing piece they have been looking for. They start a casual relationship but the MMCs want more. Will they be able to continue and further develop their relationship or will trouble come brewing that ruins everything?

This is the first book I’ve read by this author. I was not disappointed. This book has betrayal, angst, exploration, and finding new love. I liked how the FMC took a stand to make decisions for herself. She became a strong woman who went after what she wanted. The two MMCs were there to support and protect her on her journey. I liked how we got to see their relationship develop. I’ll definitely be reading more books from this author.
