Rate this book
A single moment in time can sometimes rewrite your destiny—a fiery, volatile romance between a scarred billionaire and the bold, fearless, woman he loves to hate.

Revenge has a new name, and it is Ananya Mehra or so she thought…
Ananya Mehra has only ever wanted one man—Mihir Oshnov—the man she loved and who she thought had died. She mourned him for years, only to discover he was alive and burning with an unexplainable hatred for her. Desperate to understand what went wrong, she tries to bridge the chasm between them, but her every attempt to talk to him fails. Tired of his hate, and his unwavering contempt, she vows payback, but nothing she does affects Mihir at all.

…because sometimes the person you’re up against is already way ahead in the game.
Cold, dangerous and ruthless—Mihir Oshnov wants nothing to do with Ananya Mehra. Her betrayal nearly cost him his life once. Even after her sisters get involved with his brothers, he continues to avoid her at every turn. But Ananya storms into his life, hellbent on making him react to her, forcing him to see her and to remember what they’d shared once.
The chemistry between them is raw and explosive, and Mihir soon learns that beneath his hate, simmers a raw, undeniable desire for the one woman he hasn’t been able to forget.
Their battle of wills threatens to consume them both, however what Ananya fails to realize is that Mihir’s the one holding all the cards.
Is Mihir’s version of the past same as Ananya’s? Can their fiery animosity melt into a love that heals their deepest scars, or will their war leave them both burned?

I’ve been waiting for this book since the intro of Oshnovs, dying to know what went down between Mihir and Anna. And finally, the curtain lifts and the secrets spill out.

Continuing from the last book, Mihir and Anna get together for a temporary truce for the sake of their siblings. Anna, who’s still clueless about why Mihir hated her, tries everything to get him to talk, to clear the air, but he stays silent, not willing to revisit the pain of her betrayal. Until one day, the truth comes tumbling out, leaving every emotion bare. Will they find their way back to each other, or will pride and hurt drive them further apart? (No more spoilers from me. Nopes)

Ananya is all fire. Smart, sassy, confident, n so in love with Mihir. And him. Powerful, uber-rich, broody, his love for Anna is limitless. True to the title, they are obsessed with each other. They hate each other, but they love each other more, they hurt, they heal. It’s like a constant push and pull. Every scene with these two is electrifying. A sheer battle of wills, warring and sparring with the other to prove a point. The chemistry between them sizzles, be it love or hate.

The past looms heavily between them, and the story switches smoothly between past and present, giving us a glimpse into what happened 7 yrs ago. I love Mihir’s whole Revenge to Redemption track. How the mighty falls. Watching the stoic Mihir go to lengths to beg for her forgiveness and Anna refusing to budge an inch hits different.

Being the last book in the series, there are too many revelations and too many tracks getting their closures. We finally get to meet the long-lost sister, and I can’t wait to know her story.

Sapna, who excels in portraying close-knit friendships, brings together everyone we love. The Oshnovs, the Mehras, the Rajpoots n the Luthras. The banter and the bonds they share is amazing. And can I plz adopt Rajeev? I want a bro like him. His bond with Mihir surprised me, despite him knowing about Mihir and Anna. He is truly the coolest of the lot.

Gosh, I want to write so much but will stop right here lest I spill all the beans. Just go read it. You won’t regret it.

This book is exactly how Mihir puts it - 'Ochen Krasivo' ( Very beautiful)

Just when I feel this is the best I have read, in comes her next book which is better than the best

Mihir and Anna, the most anticipated couple in this series are totally worth the wait. And just like it's title, you get obsessed. Obsessed with them both, their chemistry, their fights, their challenges, their misunderstandings, their love and longing, their family and friends; and their own obsession for each other

As always, I cudn't put the book down once I started it.. especially since the wait was long and the teasers were driving me crazy

My most favorite parts of the book were the one liners between Anna and Mihir. I love the way Sapna expresses their feelings for one another.... what they say... what they don't even say, is so well expressed

'She felt a little more his again and he felt a little more whole again' - My most favorite line in the book 🩷

Add to it, the drama, the suspense, the villains, and its a full masala entertainer that takes your emotions on an overdrive

As the book comes to an end, the whatsapp chat amongst the guys make it more exciting, totally entertaining and so memorable ... and you can't decide who you like the most... they are all so 😍

Looking forward to Karina/Sabrina' s book now- Aditya has been sought after for a very long time and can't wait to get back to our dear Sehgals soon

A known but less accepted definition of love is that it's complicated. Yes. Don't you agree? Hurdles, bumps, and potholes are found both on roads(Life) and in Love. Either it's a bumpy start and smooth landing, or a smooth start with a bumpy landing.

Mihir and Anannya are a couple who fall into the second category, A lovely couple who dreamt of a life together but woke up to find each other standing against each other. A broody, dangerous and powerful Mihir Oshnov falls in love with bold, beautiful and Kind Anannya Mehra. The author has kept the readers waiting and salivating for their story, with just this one sentence, a few more tidbits, that would just ignite fire in us. So, this was the most anticipated book of the series; every book was the best in its way, but this... this is something else.

From the beginning of the series, starting from Temptation, through Addiction and Fixation, Sapna has taken her time, crafting this story, and the outcome is this.

Once you begin, it's impossible to put down, and I believe that is the USP of Sapna Bhog's works. The narrative, the storyline, and the interplay between past and present are outstanding. They have been expertly crafted, with a keen attention to every minute detail mentioned in earlier works.

As the plot unfolds, there are times when I feel, "Why is Anna not asking?" I was literally moving my elbow to nudge her and scream, "Talk to him."
Many might think how stupid Anna, the story gets complicated for nothing..., but come on! That is love, and Love makes us do the stupidest things.

So, Sapna, you've rocked this book too!!!

The best of the four-book series! I read the first three in a matter of days and enjoyed them all. But, it was the story of Mihir and Ananya that I was really anticipating. And it was worth the wait! The fire between these two is off the charts. They fight hard and love even harder. Add in the drama surrounding the fool cousin who is so determined to take Mihir down and the search for his missing sister, and you have a book that you won't wanna put down. I read it in 2 days and loved every second.

I enjoyed reading this book. But at times, I found Ananya's decisions to be so dumb and I did not like the way she constantly set herself up to get hurt by going after Mihir and provoking him when he blamed her and did and said things to push her away. He deserved to grovel more than he did in my opinion. Rest everything was good. The side characters were fun and some parts were unpredictable. So I liked this book but some parts could've been executed better.

Just finished Obsession and honestly? I knew Mihir and Ananya’s story would hit different—but this hit hard. The slow burn of unresolved emotions, the weight of pride, and that unmistakable fire between them had me hooked from the start.

Mihir has always been the quiet, intense Oshnov in the background, but here we really get to see the storm beneath his calm. Ananya is no less—strong-willed, independent, yet vulnerable in love. Their journey isn’t smooth at all, and maybe that’s what makes it so gripping. Every glance, every argument, every suppressed feeling—it all built up beautifully. And them being married oh gosh that was a complete shocker. My eyes popped out during that scene 😂🤌.

What I absolutely loved was how the story tied into everything we’ve read before. The callbacks, the layered emotions, even the smallest past moments came full circle. Also, can we talk about the Sehgal-Oshnov gang chat at the end? That group is pure gold. I laughed and melted then and there. And how Aditya Wahi alone is enough to have all the Oshnov's on their toes 😂😂😂... one way or other he was related to their wifes and now sister too 😌😂🤌

There were definitely moments I wanted to shake Ananya and tell her to just say what’s on her mind. But love isn’t always straightforward—and their past made the silence feel real.

With all the drama, twists, and deeply rooted feelings, Obsession is everything I hoped for. Emotional, passionate, and deeply satisfying.

Now that this one’s done, I’m officially restless for Aditya and Sabrina's and and and Shauna and Akash's book.
