So my Aunt gave me a bunch of books on CD a while back, she knew I like to listen to books during my commute. She also said she did not want any of them back. I now know why.

The Gold Coast was ridiculously stupid, dumb characters and plots.

Spencerville, although better, was ludicrously lame, un-believable characters to ridiculous plot with very uninspired bad guys.

By The Rivers Of Babylon was decent until the ending. Lame excuse for a thriller ending and hero's escape from death. Especially since the main Hero bit it by friendly fire (missiles for one person, really?)

Don't think I will be reading any more Nelson DeMille novels.

I enjoyed these 3 books, as I enjoyed the last 3 audiobooks from DeMille. I think Spencerville was the most memorable for me of these 3, probably because it was about personal relationships more than the others

My first Demille and I was hooked. Terrific story about finding love again and saving the person you love.

Considering where we (USA) are in the world, this story is a really intense thriller about world peace.
