i think that, like, this is an *important* book in the sense that it actually sort of captures a very particular moment in *sexual history* or somesuch even if it is dated and its methodology is *interesting* to say that least. Like, if you are interested in gay (male) sexuality in the AIDS era and specifically the consumption of pornography its pretty much worth reading and won't take up a lot of your time and has some pretty interesting sections even if it won't like, *completely change the way you look at the world* or something?
