I'm carrying a mafia don's secret baby But no one can ever find out..
I never thought I'd see him again. Nico Mori- devilishly sexy mafia don, convicted felon, and my teenage crush- all in one.
It's been 7 years since I last saw him. 7 years since he was sentenced to rot in prison. But now he’s out, and he wants one thing; me.
Too bad I'm off limits. I'm in an arranged, loveless marriage with a man I hate- But Nico doesn’t care- he is obsessed with me, and says I’m his wife.
Soon, Nico offers me a crazy proposal- Spend one night in his bed, And let him do whatever he wants with me. If I still go through with my political marriage after, he’ll leave me alone—forever.
So I do something I shouldn't, and I spend a night in Nico's bed. He takes my vcard, and in exchange gives me the hottest night of my life. The problem?
Now I’m carrying a big secret and no one can find out.
Because if our family finds out about my secret child, Nico will be killed, And my family will lose everything.
Secret Baby for the Mafia Don is a secret pregnancy romance with a possessive, obsessed, cinnamon roll mafia don and a feisty FMC. Contains mature themes that may be sensitive to some. Intended for a 18+ audience.
Intriguing possessive and everything you’d expect from a mafia romance! I enjoyed and it was a pretty quick read! If you are into mafia romance books then you should pick this one up!
I thoroughly enjoyed this Mafia romance read. An instant attraction between the leads, a lot of action, spice, a heated relationship, a rippling, dangerous, attractive & possessive male lead. A feisty, haunted female lead. Family ties that run deep and not always seeing eye to eye, this book has it all. It was extremely hard to put down- i only did so because i was absolutely exhausted, otherwise i would have pulled an all nighter. Finished it today, had a few tears at one stage!! It’s a sign of a brilliant story. I truely enjoyed every element of this story, including all the characters. ( and I’m so excited to have a new author to add to my favourites!) Thank you so much for allowing to read your book, 5 stars just isn’t enough! Loved it immensely!.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Another fantastic read. This is the story of Ava, which we introduced to in the previous book. She is 22 years old with all her life in front of her with the man she loves. But things turned when her boyfriend was murdered in front of her very eyes. This book starts one year later and she still morning him. One night, in an attempt to placate her family, she goes out to distract herself, and that's when she comes face to face with the last man he expected to ever see again. Nico
“Don’t marry him,” Nico says, in the sudden, cold silence between us. “I don’t care what the fuck they promised you. Don’t marry him. It’s not worth it. Tell me what you want. Whatever it is they said you’d get. I’ll make it happen.”
he BEGS her not to marry another guy!!!!! i love you nico best boy
Not my fav, as I honestly got bored of the actual mafia part of it - just wasn’t as interesting or written to intrigue my interest; I really just wanted to focus on Nadia and Ren and Harper
smut part was well written for sure
the other parts just seemed to be there because they had to be and then when the “drama” aspect of it came about, just was tiring
Only stayed til the end because the author finally had the character acknowledge why Nadia ran off in the first place and Ren explaining what the actual convo was about
Very good book. Oh my, I cried through most of it. Ava deserved a great man after what she went through. Nico deserved love after all he went through. I loved Cecilia. She was a strong hold of the family.
2.5 stars. I enjoyed this book and trope.it was an easy read and the book is enjoyable the begging was good and the middle part and somewhere in the end it felt like they were, dragging the plot.
Excuse me? I feel like a book with a title like this should not make me cry as much as it did. There's just something about a dark, angsty mafia romance that just heals something inside of me.
Ava and Nico were absolutely perfect. Of course, Ava deserved her HEA after she was destroyed in Kidnapped by the Italian Mafia Don. This takes place a year later and it's clear that Ava didn't really heal well from it. She's had very little support, at least in a form that is helpful to her. Then in comes Nico, like a sledgehammer. He didn't give Ava much of a chance to do anything except live and it was so good. He didn't handle her with kid gloves that everyone else seemed to do, and she was the better for it. Their chemistry was just off the charts, both in and out of the bedroom.
I loved this. I wish a certain character got a worse outcome but otherwise, this was a mafia romance masterpiece to me.
Very impressive, fantastic, compelling writing. There's a lot of angst. She really knows how to write dangerous Mafia stories. The tension between the brothers and Ava just gets wound tighter and tighter. (There are BDSM elements, and one rough scene.) Her characters are so real. Nico is a dominant, possessive man and just what Ava's broken heart needs. Her few books have the same title with one word changed; also odd numbering like this one - #24. I will read everything she writes.
So usually baby trope isn’t my thing. I think it’s kinda corny to have MCs bring a baby into their madness. But I ate this book up. Nico is clearly HOH in love with Ava. His possessiveness over her inevitably works in their favor.
It was a quick read, the spice was pretty good. The storyline was good, plot was there.
This was a good read. It had two povs. I liked that very much. I had to read it through it kept me up. Nico’s troubles were weighing on me and at times Ava’s choices made me want to scold her (which I did a lot). Such a good story. Even though all the way to the end I was waiting for a bad ending…
It's not a story I predicted it to be it shocken me everytime with the plot twist. I love it. It wasn't a basic pregnancy trope where it would end in the 20 chapter. It was a very thought through story that I enjoyed reading.
Did I stay up until 2am reading it because I just couldn’t stop? YES. Will this becoming a shelf trophy? YES again. It’s captivity, hooks left right and deliciously delivered. Read it as a stand alone.
I actually really like the book. Mostly the spice. But yeah it’s your regular mafia book, not sexist from what I can remember. The H is always in tune with the h’s feelings and is incredibly respectful of Vinny which won me over.
I needed a palette cleanser after reading fourthwing
Didn’t think I’d vibe with the book at all, especially with that title ~ but surprise, it wasn’t half bad. Had some cool moments, even if a few things made me roll my eyes. Took me a million years to finish it, but hey, worth it… kinda.
Dude's thinking how beautiful the h would look laid out on his torture table, while he makes art with her blood. I like dark but when the H wants to HURT and torture the h that's not for me.
I thought Sal and Tessa story was off the charts. That story has nothing on Ava and nico if am being honest I will give this book a 10. Please, Zari write Marcel.
