The highly attractive Zia is the perfect distraction from Kennedy’s disappointment. Along with Kennedy’s school girl crush, Zia must deal with Dionne’s delusions of grandeur, Nae’s quick temper, and Kimball’s shady business dealings. Excellent!

I bought this book thinking that it would be another run-of-the-mill lesbian romance story. I was so incredibly wrong! This book is excellent with many layers and surprising twists. I can’t wait to read the second book in the series!

Entertaining but WAAYYYY extra!!!

“How could she cut off someone who made her feel like she was the only one in the world who mattered? How could she love someone, who made her feel like gum stuck on the heel of someone’s shoe?”

I think this book was great. I felt so real and I could relate to them. It was just enough of everything in it.
