Rate this book
What a lovely lot of creatures there are - down in Wingy Wood.
This is about two of them; young Pond Frogs they are, called Peter and Herb.
They go on their first big adventure; which means leaving Wingy Wood far behind, to seek out the Great Eel.
To complete their journey they have to cross the Vast Plain, where the Roaring Monsters travel.
When they eventually meet the Great Eel, he's going to trick them into becoming Eel food. . .
