Property of Bigfoot
Kings of Anarchy - New Mexico by Christine Michelle is part of a multi-author, shared, motorcycle club romance world brought to you Glenna Maynard and Morgan Jane Mitchell.
PROPERTY OF BIGFOOT (Book 1)
An age gap, single dad, obsessive/possessive relationship where she rescues him and he falls first!
Sammy
I had to stop and help.
There was no question in my mind that it was the right thing to do, even after I noticed his one percent patch. The Kings of Anarchy MC were notorious in my hometown.
Not only did I turn over the evidence to the club, but I drove to the hospital and stayed to make sure Bigfoot would be okay.
That started his obsession with me.
I wasn’t sure about getting more involved with the club, or a single father who was decade older than me, but there was no denying he was irresistible.
Bigfoot
She took care of me on the side of the road.
She put my club’s interests before her own and before the law.
It took me a while to even learn her name.
Then it took me even longer to convince Sammy to give me the time of day.
She worried about the club life, our age difference, my ex, and my kid. It was up to me to lay all her worries to rest.
There was never a doubt in my mind that my persistence would pay off. Sammy was mine from the moment our eyes first met on the side of that road. She just needed time to wrap her head around it.

Another disappoint in this King's of Anarchy series. There was zero, and I mean ZERO chemistry between the MMCs here. The intimate scenes were the most boring I've read from this author yet. The plot started out ridiculous and completely unbelievable. I was expecting it to be instalust as all these books in this series are from the different authors that are taking part. But I was hoping Christine Michelle would have turned it around. It was almost worse I think. It just feels like this book was thrown together without any rhyme or reason on a weekend. Every character was one dimensional. Couldn't even feel the angst when it was thrown in. The h Sammy just liked killing people and that's about it. The H Bigfoot just wanted to get his dick wet, and that's about it. Such a disappointment. This series continues to be lackluster and almost like the authors really didn't give a shit. I'm not going to give a high rating just because of the authors taking part in this series. And if that makes me a bitch then so be it. That's not fair to other readers unless they're diehard fans and will give a higher review than deserved which I'm seeing to be honest. Most of this series you need to buy on KU. Author's books that were free are not now. I'm confused to be honest and I'll continue to be critical so don't come at me. I'm allowed to be critical considering I bought some of these in advance. Stupid me 🤦. But I had high hopes. 😑

Really cute!

Angst: 😱
Smexy: 🔥1\2
Cute, entertaining read with likable characters and cute banter that will keep you laughing. Very much of a slow burn, I was getting worried there wasn't going to be any there, for a second, lol. This is a new to me author and while I enjoyed it, its likely my last unless she goes to KU.

Meh! No chemistry between the MC's and far too rushed

This book is freaking amazing. I actaully found myself laughing out loud at times. Don't let that put you off it is very much an MC book.
There is plenty of action and plenty of tension with some characters that you are going to love. Lets not forget OWD there is enough of that thrown in to keep you happ.
Sammy is a badass and she gives Bigfoot a run for his money. Bigfoot is really Boyfriends Goals. Frankly wait for book 2.

Loved Sammy's Character she was a bada$$. Bigfoot he knew what he wanted and he was determined to get her no matter what.
only thing I was upset with was what really happened to Sammy's Father did he really take off or did the Cartel or someone else take him?

I finished this 4 days ago and have already forgotten most of it. That will tell you probably more about this book than any review I could give you.
Another, I really liked the FMC. The opening scene shows her to be kick-ass and take-no-shit, when late at night, she helps a motorcyclist who had been driving ahead of her who got creamed by part of a semi's tire. She then immediately assesses the situation and realizes there's more happening than she thought when she spots a gunman on the road about to finish off the motorcyclist (and probably her as well since she stopped help him). Chica immediately takes out her gun and gets him before he can get her (which, okay, seems improbable since this guy had several minutes to set up his shot and she somehow got the drop on him, but I'll just go with it).
The motorcyclist, the titular Bigfoot, takes one concussed look at Sammy and knows she's "It" for him. She calls his club and gets him help. The story was rolling along, but it felt like the author started with one idea, then changed to another. Bigfoot's baby mama seems ripe to start drama, but then suddenly isn't so bad. Sammy's father and stepmother start their own drama, but then that takes a weird turn, only to swerve back later. It just felt like there wasn't much plotting in advance going on, then rather than going back to change the events to fit how the plot changed, the author just retconned it. And yeah, it isn't the first time I've seen this author do that, so it wasn't entirely unexpected, it just seemed a little worse in this book than I remembered it being.
But yeah, the book felt short. Like it was going to go one way, then page count got in the way and suddenly the story swerved to different events. But it also sorta felt like nothing really happened and it was just published to fulfill a contract. There were some potentially meaty plot points to be had, but the author seemed like she let a lot of it go and then the book just sort of ends. In addition, the book clearly expects me to have read other books in order to fully understand certain plot points, but toward the end, stuff just started getting skimmed over because it was happening somewhere else. I seriously hate that authors are starting to do this. If the story can't stand alone, have more than one plot going, or take those threads out of the story for now, but don't leave your reader wondering what the hell "X" conversation was about, or where "Y" character just came from because of an ongoing series.
Loved Sammy, Bigfoot was great, if a little too insta-love (but I get it, since it's hard to make a plot out of their style of meet-cute unless there's some sort of insta-love going on), and there were some really cool seeds that could have been a good story. Then it just sort of went flat on me. I was initially looking forward to Property of Baffle, but now I'm a little hesitant to get to it.

This book had almost no romance in it. Since it was a shorter book, I was expecting it to be like insta-love and super obsessed like this synopsis said but it was mostly just motorcycle club stuff. Them dealing with the issues in the club and the romance was like, “Oh I forgot this is supposed to be romance!” and then something small and insignificant happens.
It wasn’t spicy, it was a lead up and end of chapter with the smallest amount of detail. Everything doesn’t get resolved, some things didn’t make sense and the single dad aspect was barely a factor.
I really wish I liked it because this is a multi-author book series. Maybe I’ll try another one in the series by another author.

Sammy sees an accident in the moment and ends up saving the President of the Kings of Anarchy MC life in more than one way. Feeling responsible and connected to Bigfoot, Sammy stays by his side until he is in the clear.
Bigfoot is not happy being a target of another MC. That being said he is not unhappy that it brought Sammy into his life, she is everything he could want in an Old Lady. Even though Sammy is uncertain, Bigfoot is not giving up but will he fix the outside threat before it is too late.
Wonderful read but I have some questions that are left unanswered. Eager to read the next book to see if some of the questions are answered in future books.

Property on Bigfoot
First off I would say I dabble in MC romance. I am by no means an expert. So when this book became available I was a little worried because this MC belongs to the 1% group. I had nothing to worry about. They probably weren’t any worse than most of the politicians in DC, but I digress.
Bigfoot: He is the 34 year old hero and MC President. He has a son, but has never been in an actual relationship(outside of sex) with Melissa, his son’s mom. However, they coparent. He is saved by the heroine Sammy when he is forced off the road and almost died. He is instantly smitten with this kitten, but don’t be fooled this kitten has claws when needed. Bigfoot knows he needs to keep her close, because there are others more than willing to step up and claim her as well.
Samantha(Sammy)- She is 24 years old and works at the family campground, store, and mechanic shop. She was in the army as well. However, she learned her best skills from her Uncle Brady and knows how to use a gun. Brady stepped up when Sammy’s father checked out after her mom passed away. Her brokenhearted father Brian remarried an obvious gold digger. She is the definition of evil stepmom.
Basically, the H’s accident was no accident and now the h has a target on her back as well. The incident throws these two together, but the H was never going to let her go anyway. The h has to warm up to the idea of being a motorcycle O’lady, and possibly a stepmom. There are twists and turns in the story. Some characters are not as bad as first thought, while others are worse. There will be twists and turns, surprises around every bend.
Included in the mix are the following:
🏍️A Mexican Cartel
🏍️A rival MC
🏍️Ex lovers, wannabe o’ladies
🏍️Ex with a child that causes some issues(briefly)
🏍️Suspicious cop
🏍️Stepmom who is even worse than she seems
🏍️A grieving father who gives into wife, and basically abandons his grown daughter(Sammy)
🏍️An innocent child, and half brother to Sammy
🏍️Unaliving those that deserve it
🏍️Supportive Uncle
Overall this is a sweet love story. It has quite a bit of humor to it. Bigfoot and Sammy seem to “get” each other.
The violence was not graphic, so I could handle it just fine. The sexy times are brief. Which again, is fine. I can read lots of sex or no sex if a story is written well, and this was.
I was left wondering a little bit about the h’s dad. He becomes a loose end. I am not sure if we will learn about him more in upcoming books or not. He was a huge disappointment in the book as a father. At least there was Uncle Brady to step up. The story gives us a little prelude to the next story which will be the VP Baffle’s book! It has my interest peaked for sure.

Loved everything about this book! Bigfoot was such a great overprotective cinnamon roll and Sammy was kick a$$, independent and feisty, with a take no prisoners attitude. The story was exciting, funny, and had some OW drama, although not a ton. Bigfoot didn’t have to grovel, rather he had to convince Sammy to give him a chance. I loved that there was no real drama between the couple and that Sammy wasn’t filled with insecurities. Only thing I wanted more of was Jester and his redrum van. 😂 I’m excited for more of the KOA!

Bigfoot and Sam
OMG this books grabs you from the first paragraph and holds you till the end.
Sam has you laughing so hard you actually could cry or hurt your sides with her non filter tell it like it is mouth.
Bigfoot is all the way an Alpha, falls fast and hard for Sam. He stands by her side and protects her.

Couldn't put this book down. . I enjoyed it so much that the witty one-liners had me laughing out loud .
I loved Sammy she was so sassy , smart , and endearing, and she gave off. Don't give a $$ vibes . She was perfect for BigFoot. A match made in Biker Heaven !.
I'm so looking forward to reading the next book in this amazing series .

Rollercoaster of a ride.
It was a great read. Lots of intriguing twists plots happening in this book. I gave this book a four star due the way some things were described. I think the author could have gone into more details with Sammy’s work with the Army. It seemed to be rushed some areas too. Overall though it was a good read.

This book had a lot of promise. I loved both main characters and the storyline started great but it just didn’t progress enough for me. Barely any spice and no real development into the FMC and MMCs relationship. The banter kept me interested but this just wasn’t it for me.

Sammy is an independent woman who doesn't need a man to save her; she's built to save herself and her man too. She makes Bigfoot work for her attention, and he takes the bait every time. These two have a fun dynamic, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of them in the other books.

Great start to the series
I love this already and can't wait to read more of the series.
But I a getting a little confused we as to which order or books to read as there are a number of authors and series to this series so there is going to be some homework as to this point but I love books like this and with Christine Michelle there is nothing better

This book was a fun read and good start to the series. It had a bit of everything, and kept me wanting to read. Sammy was a trip and had me laughing, Bigfoot fell and fell hard and was the sweetest thing. I liked all the side characters we met and am looking forward to Baffle.

3.5⭐️In my opinion, Bigfoot and Sammy are traumabonded, but that trauma allows him to see her for who she really is. After that, Sammy is the only person for him, but others act to take her out. Check this out to see what happens next. Happy reading! 🙋🏽♀️

I really liked this story a lot but I do feel like we didn’t get enough on page time with the two main characters. Additionally, I feel like the book was left with some plot holes. Maybe they will be answered in the series, but I did feel like things were missing. I am looking forward to book two.

What a waste of my time 🤦🏽♀️ I struggled through it even though it was such a short read.
I felt like I was eating a dish I liked, except that it was bland. ZERO seasoning.

3.75 stars-- PROPERTY OF BIGFOOT is the first instalment in Christine Michelle’s contemporary, adult KINGS OF ANARCHY MC: NEW MEXICO MC romance series, a part of the multi-authored KINGS OF ANARCHY MC. This is New Mexico chapter president , thirty-four year old, Travis ‘Bigfoot’ Cardwell, and Samantha ‘Sammy’ Morton’s story line.
NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Sammy and Bigfoot) PROPERTY OF BIGFOOT follows in the aftermath on the attempted m&rder of New Mexico chapter president Travis ‘Bigfoot’ Cardwell. Having witnessed the ‘accident’ Sammy Morton pulled over, and saved our hero’s life. Refusing to leave his side, Sammy would find herself falling for a man whose past is about to come full circle, as it connects with our story line heroine’s. Hunting down the people responsible, the club would discover both Mojave Devils, and Rivera Cartel are taking aim at the Sammy and her extended family, a threat with too many moving pieces and familiar faces.
The world building follows the search for the truth but the deeper the MC digs, the familiarity of everyone involved takes center stage. Sammy has been targeted, and Bigfoot is determined to become guardian and protector, even if he has to use club members in his need to protect.
The relationship between Sammy and Bigfoot begins as a rescue when Sammy witnesses the attempt of Bigfoot’s life. Determined to claim Sammy as his own, Bigfoot goes in search of the woman with whom he will fall in love, a woman who is able to take charge, even in the face of threats against her life. The $ex scenes are limited but impassioned.
There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters. We re introduced to Bigfoot’s ex Melissa and his son Hawk; Bigfoots parents Tilly and Clutch; club members Baffle, Doc, Knuckles, Dime, Glitch; Sammy’s uncles Josh and Brady , as well as her father Brian, and his wife Colleen; Sheriff Estes, and the Mojave Devils, and Rivera Cartel. The requisite evil has many faces.
PROPERTY OF BIGFOOT is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, power and control, greed and obsession, family and relationships, acceptance and love. The fast paced premise is character driven, dramatic and edgy; the romance is seductive and passionate; the characters are desperate, determined and charismatic

Summary:

Soon as he is able to he claims her as the woman who will become his old lady. However, there is other woman drama and a rival gang is trying to take over the MMCs territory. Secrets are revealed and you come to find out who is behind all the trouble.
Review:
I have read books by this author before. You either love her or hate her. I have been on both sides depending on the book. This book I loved. It is a palette cleanser for those who are wanting a mc romance that draws you in but does not go the traditional route. The MMC knows who he is and who he wants. He does not play games and makes it plan that he is coming for her. The FMC although younger, is a strong woman and stands her ground. The two of them together will have you chuckling and rooting for them to come together.
Well done Christine Michelle.

DNF Started off well but rapidly became boring. There’s no romance, no chemistry, and no explanation about Sammy’s army career.
I’m going to assume that it’ll end on a cliff hanger and continue in the next book, but I’ve lost interest. I’m at 83% and I’m bored. Nothing is happening after a good beginning to the book. Sammy in the first two chapters kills two men and doesn’t blink at it, yet insists that she ‘packed parachutes in the army’. No she didn’t, she’s far too aware and trained to have done that. There’s zero chemistry between her and Bigfoot, and it felt weird. Bigfoot has a weird relationship with the mother of his son, and lets her get away with a lot. Sammy’s family are weird to say the least. It never mentions the second uncle till near the end. I didn’t even realise she had another uncle.
Sammy is 24 and driving home when she sees Bigfoot on his motorbike in front of her crash. She soon realises that it was a trap to kill him and saves his life. For some bizarre reason she goes to the hospital with him and his club, and sits next to bed for the next THREE DAYS! Remember that this a stranger and he has his club brothers there for him so he’s not on his own. When the mother of his son warns her away, Bigfoot is determined that she’ll be his.
There’s a lot of different plots going on and to be honest I didn’t care in the end. There’s evil mc’s that are targeting Sammy, and drug cartels that are targeting everyone, why, I don’t really care. The sex scenes are rubbish with NO FOR*PLAY for Sammy at all, of course it’s amazing. 🥱
Sorry but it’s not good.

Property of Bigfoot (Kings of Anarchy MC: New Mexico, Book 1) by Christine Michelle
⭐⭐⭐⭐🌶️🌶️🌶️
Interconnected Standalone * Contemporary Romance * He Falls First * Bikers * MC * Age Gap * Single Dad * Obsessive/Possessive Relationship * Shooting * Car/Bike Accident * Crime * Military Vet FMC
📖 207 pages * 🎧4h51
🎙️ Narrated by Andi Eloise & Scott Rose (Dual Audio)
This is book 1 of an interconnected series that’s part of a multi-author shared MC world, which I always find really fun, each author brings their own spin to the romances while still keeping that connected universe feel.
I really enjoyed the characters in this one. Our FMC is incredibly badass and strong, even though she’s thrown into a world she never expected. She’s not some sweet, naive girl falling for the big, scary biker… she’s fully capable, independent, and has a solid head on her shoulders. Can she handle everything? No, she’s not a superhero, but she’s definitely not weak in any sense.
And can we talk about the fact that she saves him?? YES. She. Saves. The. MC. President.
Bigfoot (his club name, not the cryptid unfortunately 😂) falls hard and fast for her, and I do love a “he falls first” moment. Their dynamic had a lot of potential, especially with her strength balancing his intensity.
I was surprised when it ended and realized it was only about 200 pages, I definitely would’ve loved more character development and deeper chemistry between them though. Especially once the intimacy kicked in, things felt a bit rushed toward the end. With such a strong FMC, I just wanted a little more time with their story.

I just love this book. It bodes well for the New Mexico chapter of the Kings of Anarchy. KoAMC was started after a carp ton of drama with the Royal Bastards MC. Former RBMC writers and others joined forces to bring about KoAMC, and I wish them good success. As I wish good success to RBMC writers. A n y w a y…
This book has great characters. Sammy saves Bigfoot, club president, from a sniper after a tire from an 18-wheeler took him down on his bike. She proves again and again that she’s good under pressure and loyal af. Bigfoot claims her, as soon as he regains consciousness. It just takes Sammy a hot minute to get with the program.
The story is exciting, with lots of betrayal and action. And a teensy bit of other woman drama. Which isn’t bad because there’s no cheating (yay!). There’s also no SA (yay!), so I consider this book to be SAFE.
It does end with some unresolved issues, but I’m sure they will be part of an overarching storyline. And there’s a major teaser for the next book. But it’s an HEA for Sammy and Bigfoot, and it left me smiling as I closed the book. At 4am. Jeez, I am not 20 anymore, so this is gonna hurttomorrow later today.
Heat is explicit, but not extended.
Triggers are violence and language.
Tropes are Rival MC, Baby You Can Drive My Cartel, Dysfunctional Family FTW, Instalove, Rescuing Angel, Former Military, Dude in Distress, and Safe Stalking.

4.75 rounded up I’m deducting .25 for lack of spice.
This book was really good, not over the top like I have some of her prior books to be. I loved the h and she is honestly one of favourite all time characters. She was strong, independent, capable, and took no shit. I loved that the H did understand that and did not try to change her.
She saves his life after a motorcycle accident where someone attempted to kill him. A bit of instant love on H’s side but the h does not give in right away and makes him work for it. I did not like he already had a son but it was not a huge deal. The baby mamma tried to cause trouble but not because she wanted the H. There was a brief scene from a women’s who he had slept with before but she is handled swiftly and harshly right away. No other sex with others he is all in from the start. There is some mystery and drama from h’s step mother but the h saves herself in another scene that the step helped someone trying to get to her.
I would have liked more sexual attraction build up. More internal thoughts and the sex scene felt a bit cold and was faded to black not long after starting. I loved the side characters of the club brothers and will read the next one. This was really well done with an actual kick ass strong h and a H who loved that about her.

I think the biggest issue with this book was the lack of romance. Maybe that’s why I never felt any chemistry between the characters.
The hero literally admits that he wouldn’t have given the heroine a second glance if she hadn’t saved his life. His words, not mine. Not once did I get the feeling that he wanted her because he was drawn to her, fascinated by her, or felt some undeniable pull between them. No. He wanted her because she was loyal. Which is kind of sad if you ask me.
The book promises a possessive stalker hero, but I honestly didn’t see much evidence of either. It felt like the author forgot to deliver on one of the biggest selling points of the story.
The plot itself was actually pretty good. There was always something happening, and the story moved fast. Unfortunately, it moved a little too fast. Events were happening one after another with barely any breathing room, and because of that, the romance felt underdeveloped.
Even the intimate scenes felt oddly clinical. They were there, but I didn’t feel the passion, tension, or emotional connection behind them.
The one thing I really enjoyed was the heroine. She was a total badass and easily the strongest part of the book. She was capable, loyal, and someone I could actually root for.
Overall, this wasn’t a bad story, but it felt like the romance got lost somewhere between all the action and plot twists.

Property of Bigfoot was the most entertaining and probably the funiest story I've read this year.
There is almost no angst, no real OW drama I like/love to read in this author's books... so why did I continue reading?
Because, in my opinion, the author manage to make two completely likable, great main characters. I couldn't put this book down, cause I wanted to know what will Sammy (the h) do or say next. Sammy has no filter at all, she has a quirky humor and is loyal through the bone. Her reaction to some situation were unexpected (positively) for me, I felt like I am watching some Tarantino's movie (the last scene in the book). I mean, our heroine killed first man to protect Bigfoot and second to protect herself and her reaction was almost like: "yay murder van" or " there will be a stain on the floor". Bigfoot - the hero, became one of the top five book boyfriends for me. He is protective, possessive and loyal. What I like the most when I am reading Christine's books is that I can actually very vividly imagine all the characters and events. I recommend this book with all my heart... thank you Christine

This book had everything I crave—intensity, heart, and two powerful characters who match each other in every way. From the moment she saves his life after a brutal accident, you know this isn’t going to be a typical love story. It’s raw, fierce, and unforgettable.
He falls first, and he falls hard. Bigfoot is everything you'd want in a biker—tough, tattooed, fiercely loyal, and so possessive in the best way. The moment he lays eyes on her, she becomes his world, and he doesn't hold back. His need to protect her is primal, and yet he respects her strength every step of the way.
And Sammy? She's a force. Strong, fearless, and protective, she doesn’t flinch at his darkness—she meets it with her own fire. I loved that she wasn’t a damsel in distress but a true warrior in her own right. She saved his life, yes, but in so many ways, they saved each other.
Their chemistry is explosive, the emotional connection is deep, and the story kept me completely invested from start to finish. If you love a romance with a gritty edge, a possessive hero who wears his heart on his sleeve for her, and a heroine who doesn’t need saving—but chooses love anyway—this one is for you.
