Donald John Trump is an American politician, media personality, and businessman who currently serves as the President of the United States in his second term.

Trump received a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1968, and his father named him president of his real estate business in 1971. Trump renamed it the Trump Organization and reoriented the company toward building and renovating skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. After a series of business failures in the late twentieth century, he successfully launched side ventures that required little capital, mostly by licensing the Trump name. From 2004 to 2015, he co-produced and hosted the reality television series The Apprentice. He and his businesses have been plaintiff or defendant in more than 4,000 state and federal legal actions, including six business bankruptcies.
Trump won the 2016 presidential election as the Republican Party nominee against Democratic Party nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton while losing the popular vote. During the campaign, his political positions were described as populist, protectionist, isolationist, and nationalist. His election and policies sparked numerous protests. He was the first U.S. president with no prior military or government experience. A special counsel investigation established that Russia had interfered in the 2016 election to favor Trump's campaign. Trump promoted conspiracy theories and made many false and misleading statements during his campaigns and presidency, to a degree unprecedented in American politics. Many of his comments and actions have been characterized as racially charged or racist and many as misogynistic.
As president, Trump ordered a travel ban on citizens from several Muslim-majority countries, diverted military funding toward building a wall on the U.S.–Mexico border, and implemented a policy of family separations for migrants detained at the U.S. border. He weakened environmental protections, rolling back more than 100 environmental policies and regulations. He signed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, which cut taxes for individuals and businesses and rescinded the individual health insurance mandate penalty of the Affordable Care Act. He appointed Neil Gorsuch, Brett M. Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court. He reacted slowly to the COVID-19 pandemic, ignored or contradicted many recommendations from health officials, used political pressure to interfere with testing efforts, and spread misinformation about unproven treatments. Trump initiated a trade war with China and withdrew the U.S. from the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement, the Paris Agreement on climate change, and the Iran nuclear deal. He met with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un three times but made no progress on denuclearization.
Trump refused to concede after losing the 2020 presidential election to Joe Biden, falsely claiming widespread electoral fraud, and attempted to overturn the results by pressuring government officials, mounting scores of unsuccessful legal challenges, and obstructing the presidential transition. On January 6, 2021, he urged his supporters to march to the U.S. Capitol, which many of them then attacked, resulting in multiple deaths and interrupting the electoral vote count.

Trump is the only American president to have been impeached twice. After he tried to pressure Ukraine in 2019 to investigate Biden, he was impeached by the House of Representatives for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. He was acquitted by the Senate in February 2020. The House impeached him again in January 2021 for incitement of insurrection. The Senate acquitted him in February. Scholars and historians rank Trump as one of the worst presidents in American history.

Reflecting on the glory of his new photobook, Donald Trump writes, “No other book compares to ‘Save America,’” which is an extraordinary claim from a man who just a few months ago was hawking copies of the Bible.

But “Save America” is, indeed, a singular production — literally a steal at $99 (plus $11 for shipping). Many of the hundreds of photos were drawn from the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library, a federally funded oxymoron.

Part retrospection, part revenge, part fantasy, “Save America” was released Tuesday by Winning Team, a right-wing publishing house founded by Sergio Gor and Donald Trump Jr. to promote books by Trump and other literary luminaries like Kari Lake and Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Arriving just two months before the presidential election, “Save America” would seem well-positioned to serve as a visual campaign biography. But rather than argue for returning Trump to the White House, the book’s captions — written in Trump’s enthusiastic style of capitalization, like a fascist Emily Dickinson — suggest that he never really left. Indeed, this is a volume too pure to be sullied by campaign details. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are barely mentioned. I only spotted JD Vance once and without identification or comment. Hannibal Lecter gets more ink.

Oh yes, there are passing references to a strong military; the need to stop illegal immigration, which is “WRONG”; the importance of domestic manufacturing; and a fanciful reference to America’s oil and gas lasting into the future for “HUNDREDS OF YEARS.” But the overwhelming visual evidence of the book implies that what will really save America is Donald Trump in a blue suit.

Over more than 350 lavish pages, Trump presents a breathless gallery of himself during and after his reign as the 45th president. There are many, many smiling images of Trump; there are Dirty Harry images of Trump; there are photos of Trump surrounded by adoring fans, conferring with heads of state and gazing over fields of worshipful supporters; and there are innumerable shots of Trump making....

Save America, Donald Trump’s new book is selling on for $90. What a joke! He boasts about putting America first, however, what we fail to recognize is that it should be that we should be putting Americans first. The race to be number one as a country is only an effort to further stroke this mentally unstable narcissist’s ego for his own personal gain. He couldn’t care less about the American. That’s why his book is selling for, $90+ dollars; ridiculous! He further boasts about creating unprecedented economic growth, job creation, soaring wages, and booming incomes. As the annual economic growth table attached shows, there is nothing unprecedented here. https://www.investopedia.com/gdp-grow...

He further boasts about the median income being the highest level ever on record (at the time of his presidency), while Obama could stake the same claim. As the table below shows, under the Obama presidency, the median income was the highest level ever on record when he left office. The increased momentum in the following years was a direct result of the economic policies implemented during the Obama presidency.

Trump’s statement of “Middle-class family incomes increased more than five times from the last administration,“ is a flat out lie. https://www.statista.com/statistics/2...

And he makes yet another misleading claim that “unemployment reached its lowest rate in half a century” As the attached graph shows the downward trend year over year from the previous administration; the highest rate of unemployment since the 08 recession during the Trump administration; the current Biden administration can also make the claim of having lowest rate in half a century. https://www.statista.com/statistics/1...

He continues to lie when making the claim after implementing “American Energy“ we, the United States, became the world’s largest oil and natural gas producer. We claimed that title for leading natural gas in 2011 and already on trend from previous administration for becoming the world’s top oil producer in 2018. https://www.eia.gov/todayinenergy/det...

Trump claims that under his presidency, we led the world in reducing carbon emissions. Another lie. Reductions during the Trump administration are attributed to mild weather conditions, and less activity due to pandemic. We have never led the world in reducing carbon emissions. Just the opposite, we are right behind China in leading the world with having the largest carbon footprint. https://www.greenmatch.co.uk/blog/cou...

Trump boasts about signing the greatest piece of legislation for our national parks since Teddy Roosevelt, but fails to mention this legislation was originally proposed by a democrat and in response to Trump ordering an EPA blackout along with suspension of the agencies grants in 2017 when he first took office. Since taking office, the Trump administration had undermined public land protection more than any in my lifetime. On December 04, 2017 Trump signed Proclamations to erase and gut protections at Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments. The President’s FY2018 budget recommends a 13 percent cut to the National Park Service. The President’s FY2019 budget proposal calls for cuts to the National Park Service’s budget and eliminating critical environmental protections for parks in an effort to address the agency’s $11.6 billion repair backlog. Furthermore, in July 2019, Trump diverted nearly $2.5 million in national park fee revenue to pay for President Trump’s Independence Day spectacle on the National Mall. The money, collected from park visitor fees, is a significant funding source for national park maintenance and service projects. President Trump’s FY2020 budget plan proposes serious cuts to the NPS operating budget and key programs, as well as a 31 percent cut to EPA. In May 20 20, Trump signs Executive Order 13924 which directs federal agencies to sidestep critical environmental and public health protections, prioritizing polluters over parks and people. Then in June 2020, he signs Executive Order 13927 directing federal agencies to waive environmental laws including the National Environmental Policy Act and Endangered Species Act to speed up federal approval for infrastructure projects, undermining laws that help protect marginalized communities and national parks. At that same time, Trump removes protections for Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine National Monument to allow commercial fishing. And yet again, the Trump Administration releases budget plan for 2021, which proposes serious cuts to the National Park Service and other federal agencies that if enacted, would jeopardize the protection, maintenance and operation of our more than 400 national parks across the country. The only reason he signed GAOA is because of the upcoming election (which he lost) that was on the line and he needed to garner favor with the Colorado senator and the Montana governor. Given that President Trump vehemently opposed previous efforts to fund LWCS, the voters were not swayed by his feeble attempt at support and he ultimately lost the election. Trump‘s support for GAOA was only a last ditch effort signed by him in August just a couple months prior to election.

I could really keep going but simply put, this a book of lies. I hope that its readers are critical thinkers like myself and can come to understand that Donald Trump is a farce.

America First

This is a lavish, full color photo book with hundreds of images from Trump’s 2016 presidency, and the 2024 campaign trail. The images have no textual descriptions, but they speak for themselves. This book illustrates the success of his 2016 presidency, and how his 2024 campaign faced enormous odds created by the fake news media, democrats, progressives, the Leftists, socialists, feminists, LGBTQ, Antifa, Black activists, and Muslims. The cover and multiple spreads feature the dramatic photo of Trump after surviving a July 13, 2024, assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, fist raised and bloodied nose projects the president with resilience. He recalls, “When I rose, at first the crowd was confused because they thought that I was dead. And there was a great sorrow on their faces and then I raised my right arm, looked at the crowd and started shouting FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT.” He asks his voters to “Never give up and never surrender” a value highly cherished in winning of the 2024 presidential campaign in a landslide.

This book underscores 2016 Trump administration’s achievements: low unemployment, stock market highs, energy independence, trade deals, military strengthening, border control, and conservative judicial appointments. He emphasizes unprecedented engagements with world leaders reminding us of his foreign policy expertise. This is not a conventional memoir, but an opulent factual narrative of Trump's legacy while strengthening the stage for the 2024 campaign and proving himself as one of the best presidents of our times. This is an appealing book to the loyal Trump supporters and MAGA followers. This is a visual tribute to the “America First” presidency and its iconic moments.

I enjoyed this beautifully done colorful pictorial of the Trump years and look forward to the next 4 years, very powerful not just in world leaders but I enjoyed the American Patriots who supported the MAGA movement! The need to really investigate J6; and I am praying that all political prisoners are pardon on day 1. The Biden/Harris' justice system is truly a travesty. The 2020 election with the cover of COVID, (plandemic) needs to be exposed, Trump won and Biden/Harris knew they were not legitimate.

I read this mainly picture book in about 10 minutes. I think it was very nice that he I’m assuming let five year olds add captions to the pictures in this book. My favorite was the longest paragraph in the book about how he thinks Justin Trudeau is Fidel Castros son bc he has nice hair. No notes.

I bought this for a relative. I was able to read it very quickly, even though it is thick. I realized that this book was made perfectly for his base. Lots of pictures and few words.
