This book is full of so much great information. It talks about social anxiety and shyness along with the differences between the two. It shares methods on how to overcome them as well as the physiological and psychological implications therein.
The book explains and discusses the Ford model and Soften Model, how to communicate in both professional and personal environments, body language, listening, and so much more and how it affects communication. I love that it also goes over Small talk (oh, how I hate it!) and how to depend those conversations. Recommend for anyone seeking to strengthen their communication skills.
