Exactly what it says on the tin: an anthology of illustrators specialising in the design and illustration of miniature worlds.
Twenty-six artists are featured, and each has a distinctive, memorable style which keeps the anthology from feeling uniform. The editor provides a short overview on book layout to help readers browse artist/gallery information (dual language: English/Japanese).
I'm a big fan of PIE International publications. Their books are useful and beautiful resources, and this one is no different.
