Wow, Wow, and WOW!
This book has profoundly deepened my daily walk with the Holy Spirit. I’ve found myself seamlessly incorporating many of the suggested prayers into my everyday routine, and this has brought about a remarkable transformation in my spiritual practice. The way the author articulates their thoughts, supported by illustrative examples and detailed explanations, has given me a deeper understanding of the Holy Spirit’s role in my life.
In fact, I consider this to be the best book I’ve ever encountered on the subject. It has not only inspired me but also equipped me to cultivate a closer and more intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit through the insights shared within its pages.
A pivotal moment for me occurred while reading this book: I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. I can hardly put into words what I experienced. Awakening at 4:00 AM, I felt a compelling urge to rise and engage in prayer. For the first time, I found myself speaking in tongues for an entire hour. It was a transformative experience; I felt incredibly refreshed and revitalized after this deep spiritual connection. Immediately following my prayers, I took communion, which enhanced the sacredness of the moment.
I must say, the Holy Spirit has truly been working in my life throughout my journey with this book. Its insights are nothing short of phenomenal and I believe that every believer in Christ should read it. Thank you for sharing such a powerful resource. Good Book on Holy Spirit
I found how Marshae related the Holy Spirit, how He works, who He is and more to her real life. I don’t have another book to compare with regarding the Holy Spirit because this is my first. I took my time reading this book to let things sink in. It took me 81 days. I don’t think anyone should speed read thru this book.
What I found by reading a little bit at a time and chewing on what I read, my sensitivity towards the Holy Spirit, His promptings, the spirit moving in me thru the Word was much greater over the near 3 months to read it.
Certainly you can read the book in 1-2 days,but will you be able to apply what you read? She recommends a couple other books at the end, which I started reading the one by Roberson a couple days ago.
How I’m reading books like these is a little bit at a time and being a doer, applying biblical principles. Thank you, Marshae, for sacrificing and sharing, being real.

Life-changing and deeply aligned with my season
This book was hands down an amazing read. It met me exactly where I am in this season of my life and spoke directly to my spirit. The way it breaks down the Word and helps you understand the Holy Spirit in a deeper way is truly beautiful.
As I was reading, so much of what was written aligned with what God has been doing in my life, my faith journey, and my personal growth. It brought me peace, clarity, and confirmation in ways that are hard to put into words.
I finished this book feeling beyond grateful, inspired, and spiritually filled. I highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking to grow deeper in their relationship with God and gain a better understanding of the Holy Spirit.

excellent read for anyone who wants to go deeper in understanding who the Holy Spirit really is. This book opened my eyes to the Holy Spirit not simply as a doctrine, but as our Helper, our Comforter, our Teacher, our Guide, and even our prayer partner. It gives you a deeper understanding of the Spirit’s role in our everyday walk with God and challenges you to examine whether you are truly walking in the Spirit or simply trying to live the Christian life in your own strength. This book made me stop and think, search my heart, and look at my relationship with the Holy Spirit in a completely different way. If you desire a deeper, more intimate walk with God and want to understand the Holy Spirit more fully, Dehydrated in the Spirit is definitely worth reading.

Informed but misleading '
Speaking in tongues and interpreting language spoken in tongues are gifts optionally given. Jesus, Moses, Anna, Esther and many more all fasted mightily so that they were endued with power from on high i.e, the Holy Spirit and it never states in Scriptures that speaking in tongues is the prerequisite for receiving and having Holy Spirit. It is written that some demons can't be cast or except by prayer and fasting and it never says praying in tongues exactly. Some have this gift some do not but power from on high comes from fasting drink food and many times dry fasting. .

Didn’t Know I Needed to Know
I've been saved for 40 years- baptized by water and the Holy Spirit- and I wasn’t aware the impact that praying in tongues can have on my Spirit man. When I read this book, it provided a practical explanation to keep the Spirit man strong and active. I told my family and we all have the same response "this just makes sense". Before I finished the book, I put it into practice. I'm on day 3 and can see God already working in the small details. I would recommend for anyone looking to better understand the Holy Spirit and how to operate in Him more effectively.

Kept me intrigued about my Holy Spirit.
I learned a lot from this book. It woke me up to a lot of different things. I’m definitely looking forward to learning how to speak in tongues. I love God with all my heart and soul and want to become as close to him as I possibly can. Thank you, Marshae for helping me see different ways to talk to the Holy Spirit and ask him for help.

Helpful, Bible based and inspiring
This book is well written and organised and is very easy to read. Although due to its simplicity it appears to be directed at new believers, or those less academic, It covers ground using the Bible for reference in a powerful way. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will recommend it to others for sure.

No jargon and plain words
The explanation is thorough and not over-simplified. I wish every believer had as strong a relationship with the Holy Spirit as the author. For her, the key is praying in tongues. The author says near the end that non-Pentecostal believers can have the same spiritual life as hers, which I found refreshing.

This book is packed with scripture references and real world examples of how to apply the action steps. This book answered questions I had about praying in tongues and I have a road map for continued growth.

This book truly blessed my spirit!! It has completely transformed the way that I pray to God, the way I view God, and so much more!! I’ll certainly have to read it again. There’s so much packed in here that I’m sure I didn’t not grasp everything. What a blessing!! I love how she used scripture to back up everything she said.
