Love this... Great book to help teach children (and adults!) about ANTS! (Automatic Negative Thoughts) and how we can change our thoughts to be positive, so that we can feel good about ourselves, and have healthy, happy lives... The pictures are simple, but easy to understand so that children get a visual understanding of the little "ANTS" that creep in when they are negative.
I found this book very helpful, and the information is priceless!

This is a simple book with excellent advice for dealing with thoughts. It is well written for young chidren, but the advice is very applicable for older kids and adults as well. It sparked a lot of good conversation when we read it as a family. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to help young children develop their skills to deal with negative thoughts.
