These early reader graphic novels are just wonderful! My 6yr old would loudly proclaim that he HATES books though when I suggested he come and sit because I had a book about sticks - he was there in a flash! For a child who doesn’t enjoy books - for him to sit through these and then ask me to buy the others in the series- that is a BIG win. . Funny, quick, and colourful, they are highly engaging and still have an underlying important message. These really opened up conversations for us about listening to others’ ideas, compromising with friends and enjoying doing activities with others. Mstr 6 says - “these books were so funny. I want to read the other ones”
