So when the semester’s production project is announced and I’m cast as one of the leads, I’m ecstatic. A lot of responsibility, a lot of work, but I’m up for it. Even when I find out what my role is and who my partner is. Amos, the brooding James Dean wannabe, is my on-screen boyfriend. Which is great, except for the fact he hates me.

Method acting is immersive and intense, and it can be confusing if the lines begin to blur. I mean, I’ve dreamed of being with the irritatingly gorgeous and annoyingly popular Chase Soria, and now I have to be his on-screen boyfriend?
I’m a good actor, sure. But how can I be convincing when I’m not sure I can even convince myself?

Method acting is:
- Christian Bale losing 70 pounds, living on apples and coffee, and taking uppers to stay awake for days at a time to play a paranoid schizophrenic in The Machinist
- Heath Ledger isolating himself for weeks in hotel rooms, scribbling on walls, to play the Joker
- Natalie Portman dancing 16 hours a day and barely eating to portray a twisted, obsessive ballet dancer in Black Swan
- Robert De Niro losing 30 plus pounds, obtaining a NYC taxi license, and working 12 hour days as a cab driver for his role in Taxi Driver
- Benicio Del Toro gaining two stones and burning himself with cigarettes to play the infamous drug lord Pablo Escobar
- Chadwick Boseman transforming himself into the powerful Black Panther while dying from colon cancer
Method acting is NOT:
- Playing yourself but with a boyfriend
It's a grave insult to actors everywhere to even pretend that method acting was a thing in this book.
The entire premise was half-baked and contrived, with a clunky, repetitive storyline. The MCs, particularly Chase the Popular who never realized that (spoiler alert!) cuddling is fun, were woefully immature.
I've stayed away from this series for a reason. No more.

Method Acting is book seven in the multi author series, Franklin U2 and is by N.R. Walker. This can be read as a complete stand alone. I chose it because I love this author’s books and also, it has an amazing cover! It turned out to be the sweetest, most fun, most smile inducing book ever. I loved it!
Chase Soria and Amos Beddington are seniors at Franklin University and are both drama majors. In their acting class, they are presented with their semester project which will consist of sixty percent of their grade. They will participate in a two week filming project called method acting. They will be given roles similar to their true selves and they will live those roles twenty four hours a day with cameras following them around. Their particular roles are that they are playing Elijah and Dominic, who have been boyfriends for a year.
Both Chase and Amos dream of Hollywood after graduation. But their personalities couldn’t be more different. Chase is the most Golden Retrieverest of Golden Retrievers ever! He is sunny and positive, silly and childish and has the attention span of a gnat! I loved him so much. Amos is introverted, dresses in dark clothing, can’t stand large crowds for long and is broody. Chase doesn’t do relationships and is known for being quite the player, with both guys and girls. Amos believes in love but hasn’t found it yet. So when the teacher tells them they have to get comfortable with each other to make it seem they’ve been in love for a year, they have a lot of work to do, and Chase takes the job very seriously!
All the touching, the kissing, the hand holding, the cuddling, starts to feel real. And Chase starts to see what he’s been missing. Actually, both of these guys have noticed one another before this project began. Amos never, ever thought Chase would notice him. Now they are together all day every day. Real feelings begin to grow on both their parts. But, are these truly real feelings or just their minds confusing their parts with real life?
I loved this book so much. Chase kept me smiling all the way through. And who couldn’t love broody Amos. This was truly a feel good book that made my heart so happy. I’m so glad I decided to read it.

I really LOVED this! I've never read anything like this before and I struggled to put it down to go to sleep - it was 2am when I was about two thirds of the way through and I hadn't even noticed 😂
Chase and Amos are both attracted to each other and have been for a long time, but both thinks the other has never noticed them. For their big project they have to undertake method acting where they become their character and are filmed 24/7 for a few weeks and live streamed, but they get paired together as boyfriends in love, so it's the perfect excuse to be around each other. I've not read anything with method acting in it before, and it's such an integral part of the storyline that you find youself questioning if they're acting or not right along with the MCs. I usually don't like actor characters because they always seem to come across as pretentious, but these two really changed my mind.
I love how Chase just exudes Main Character energy at all times in all areas of his life. Outwardly he's pure energy and sunshine, everyone loves him - except Amos apparently, especially when Chase is being dramatic and OTT. Amos appears to be broody and unapproachable, others call him Emo, and he acts like Chase drives him crazy in a bad way when really it's the complete opposite, but Chase is onto him 😂 When they both get vulnerable with each other it's ridiculously cute.
My favourite thing about this story is the relationship building. They have such a strong connection and the emotions between them build naturally, despite the fact they have no real choice about spending so much time together - nothing feels forced between them even though they are effectively in a forced proximity situation. The sex scenes between them just emphasised their feelings for each other, whether they realised they had those feelings or not at those points, and I really enjoyed that - they didn't feel gratuitous in any way either.
I love reading about connections way more than smut in a romance book and this was almost perfect, but I think that because so much of the book they were unsure whether their feelings were real or just acting with each other that it was hard to get that emotional connection to them. I adored their relationship and loved their journey to get to that point, but because they were characters who were acting as other characters I did feel a bit removed from the emotional side of the story. That's my only complaint though because I absolutely loved everything else!

Ok, I don’t know who I am right now because I totally ate this shit up. I haven’t enjoyed any books in the Franklin U universe and I especially hated book 2 of this series. I don’t know if my love for this is because I went in with the lowest of low expectations or if this is actually a good book. I had just finished a masterpiece and figured anything I picked up wouldn’t wow me and while this didn’t wow me, it did make me smile, laugh, swoon and I had a blast reading it.
I loved broody Amos and popular golden retriever Chase. They are paired up for a school project in acting class and have to pretend to be boyfriends for a 90s Beverly Hills 90210 type reality show. This wouldn’t happen in the real world because lawsuits…😂 but I overlooked it and just had a good time with this book. These two had such good chemistry and I loved the banter between them. They both had crushes on the other but never acted on them and together they just made an adorable couple. I swooned over these bitches and I liked how the author made this a slow burn when it came to actual sex scenes but how it didn’t feel like a slow burn because they had to do intimacy exercises in class to prepare to play this couple that had been together for a year. It just worked for me and I could overlook the few things that didn’t work for me.
I think the two biggest issues for me are the fact this is NOT method acting in any way shape or form and that this felt more like a high school atmosphere than college. However, I still enjoyed the hell out of the audiobook and definitely consider this a guilty pleasure because I’m sure in a few days I’m going to forget both their names and anything else relevant to the plot line but I’m still rating it 4 stars.

I wasn’t originally planning on reading this book because going off of the tropes and the blurb, it’s not really my cup of tea. It is N. R. Walker though, and I had access to the audiobook so figured I’d give it a go. It is definitely still not a book made for me, but not bad or anything. It was well written and entertaining. Nick J. Russo narrating certainly helps.
Although fake dating and college romances isn’t for me, I am a big fan of tactile/cuddly characters, and we’ve got a black cat MC and a golden retriever MC, which definitely creates fun and endearing moments and dynamics. (Oh, and the bigger guy bottoms, which is 👌).
Being boyfriends with Chase was terrible. Even fake boyfriends, whatever. He was irritating, had far too much energy, and most of all, he was clingy. Clingy. So touchy-feely all the time. He had to be touching me. Holding my hand, his arm around my shoulder, his leg over mine. He was like a koala bear with separation anxiety.
The plot definitely feels really far-fetched, but the relationship felt genuine and they had a really cute story and HEA.
I haven’t read any other books in the multi-author series and it wasn’t a problem. I could kinda tell when someone was mentioned from other books, but it did not affect my enjoyment, thankfully.

I loved this adorably cute romance between outgoing Chase and shy reserved Amos. They have such a fun dynamic that I could not get enough of. Chase is always affectionate with others, but he cannot keep his hands to himself with Amos, which is the best counter to reserved and standoffish Amos. Both quickly realize that their "acting" is becoming more and more real, which is both confusing and exhilarating for both of them.
Overall this is a no-angst, hilarious story with a great premise that makes for a wonderful story. It is my favorite in the series and I was so sad when it ended. Chase and Amos have the best banter and some of the hijinks they get into always keep a smile on my face. Their connection is apparent from the moment they catch each other's attention. Both have assumptions about the other, so I enjoyed how they were able to surprise and show they are not always what they present to the world.

🎬 Amos and Chase have to act as fake boyfriends... but is it all just pretend? 🎬
This was adorable. I love golden retriever vs black cat couples. The banter between Chase and Amos, the touchy-feely popular guy vs the prickly introvert, the fake boyfriends who can’t seem to actually fake anything was just a great trope mix and so fun and lovely.
They had great chemistry, and the cameras following them for the show was funny and adorable, seeing them slip up and get lost in their own little bubble.
They had me constantly giggling at their antics, gushing over their cuteness.
The spice was hot and steamy, without being too OTT. Just college boys being horny college boys. Loved it.
Watching these two fall for each other was both entertaining and sweet as hell.

I picked this up on a whim because I needed something light to listen to and I found this on Hoopla. The choice paid off because it ended up being exactly the easy breezy listen I had hoped for! I didn't go in with any particular expectations, but I was still pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed this. Nothing groundbreaking happened and I doubt I will remember much of this a week from now, but the vibes were good and I'm glad I gave it a shot 💙
The premise was all kinds of contrived, but I didn't mind because Chase and Amos were so stinking cute together with their grumpy/sunshine energy ☺️ I loved how their relationship evolved and that there was very little drama. I'm not usually a fan of the fake dating trope, but it worked here.

Chase is the most melodramatic bisexual to ever do it💀
Basically the popular guy who found himself obsessively enamored with the emo guy and now he doesn't know how to act.
Forced proximity done right because Chase literally only needed an excuse to be around Amos for like 5 minutes tops and he spiraled from there on out.
If lost in the sauce had a picture next to it, it would be Chase.
Amos was pretty much merely existing, doing his assigned coursework, and Chase was suddenly running around all around him (and over. And under. And between his legs, making him squeeze his moobs).
And yes, 'THEY'RE NOT MOOBS!'
Method acting but where was the acting? 😂
It's a good thing Amos had a thing for Chase from way back when, otherwise the speed at which things progressed for Chase? Whew. Would have lapped him like 6 times before Amos caught up emotionally.
I loveddddddddd that there was no long drawn out hiding of feelings in this.
Well. Amos probably would have. He gives off 'stiff upper lip' 'grin and bear it' vibes. He wouldn't have brought it up. Good thing Chase COULD NOT SHUT UP ABOUT IT.
To anyone, really 😂 and I loved that he had the kind of relationship with his boys where he just kept giving them a running commentary of the progression of his feelings.
And chapter 14? Probably the best chapter ever written. It alone was like a telenovela (and Nick J. Russo narrated the HELL out of it) because the spiral? Whewwwwwww.
As soon as Chase even thought the L word, suddenly anyone who wasn't on the exact wavelength as him (namely Amos) was the enemy.
He basically made the love confession IN HIS HEAD, decided Amos didn't feel the same and immediately went to self-pity and recrimination and 'Feelings are terrible, I never want to feel anything again!' 💀💀💀💀💀
So real for that😂
And I loved how Amos handled it even more. Kept trying to give Chase room to actually say something TO HIM as opposed to having the conversation in his head(but ON camera, because everything Chase does must be extra)
And he was very visibly not holding his frustration in. At. All. 😂Fingers probably twitched the entire time from how badly he wanted to strangle him.

This book is way up there with Red Dirt Heart and The Thomas Elkin series in N. R. Walker books for me. Undoubtedly the most fun I've had in a while.
These two get their happy ending(of course it's pretty much EXACTLY what Chase 'didn't' envision for them, because baby gets what baby wants).
Pray for Amos, though. I get the feeling Chase will drive him mad long before Hollywood can. But he'll enjoy the journey and sanity's probably really overrated anyway❤️.

These two have had eyes for each other for a while but they both think that the other would never look in their direction. Silly boys, you both were always looking. Their class project comes up where they are supposed to do a Reality TV spin, like 90210, where they will "pretend" to be in these scripted relationships and friendships. They will have different names but the character traits are basically themselves, no differences. There is one side character has a real-life girlfriend but he has to "pretend" to be dating one of the girls in his class. There's some drama there, of course, in the book so be prepared for that.

From their first intimacy exercise, they start to grow close and let their attraction take over. They're supposed to be playing their roles for a predetermined period of time and be immersed in it 24/7, while being filmed live for streaming. Being forced together accelerated their getting to know you and made their attraction explode into steamy times and extra cuddles.

This was a cute story, but I didn't enjoy it as much as my friends did. For me, it was just okay. Chase and Amos were an adorable couple, and I really enjoyed their banter, but nothing about their relationship makes me believe they'll be together for more than a few years after they graduate, if that. Not that it invalidates their relationship or their feelings for each other now, but that whole 'forever' thing in the epilogue felt completely unbelievable.
Since the story was so straightforward, I didn't need to follow along with the narration. Nick Russo gave an amazing performance, and it was his contribution that allowed me to get through the story as quickly as I did. The lack of drama (haha..) would've caused me to take way more breaks if I were just reading the digital copy. 2.75 stars, rounded up

Completely ridiculous premise but a fun read nonetheless. I needed something light/no angst anyway.
A little golden retriever/black cat dynamic. Sometimes authors overdo it on the black cat characterization but Amos was done just right. Not mean, snarky black cat but a cool, aloof black cat, and now I want to go read a James Dean biography. You’ll see why if you read it.
Note: Side characters had full, burst off the page personalities. (Talking about you, Jimmy and Tate. It’s appreciated)

Chase and Amos are the perfect golden retriever-black cat pairing. Chase is a golden boy, liked by everyone, funny, outgoing and without filters. And Amos is reserved, a bit grumpy and serious. I love his character because he is annoyed by his feelings for Chase and I always find the denial and annoyance funny when it's clear it the total opposite of what he's feeling. They are paired as a couple in one of their classes, in which they'll be method acting for a couple of weeks while being recorded. I love how clear it was from the beginning they truly liked each other, even when they kept on justifying all the cuddles and time spent together as part of the assignment. Their back and forth was hilarious, and their intimacy was perfection. I also appreciated the lack of miscom and their efforts to communicate. I also like there was no third act breakup.

Hm. As much as I feel the couple in this was SO cute, I struggled a lot with the plot. Why would a school EVER come up with this project? How can they have cameras follow them everywhere? Also, why even get "characters" that were nothing new and felt like just a way to ship students together? Plus, I just REALLY struggle to believe people would be soooo interested in these random people to blow up social media about them. It ruined the book for me. If it had literally been any other production it would have been better and made more believable. No, this was sadly a miss for me.

I loved this book! This was right up my alley. Chase and Amos are in college studying acting, they both want to be actors. They haven't really interacted a lot but they've been in each other's periphery as they participate in drama classes and such together. I think they're both in their last year? Chase is a golden retriever carefree fuckboy who doesn't do relationships and everyone on campus knows that, he's bi. Amos is a gay grumpy black cat, friendless because he's antisocial but hot and mysterious. The college is doing a reality TV 90210/Friends story that follows three couples and two friends. It's supposed to be method acting, with their characters being as close to who they are as people as possible. They get paired together as an established relationship, a gay couple who has been together for over a year, so they have to be very comfortable with each other. Chase is very cuddly and inserts himself directly into Amos's space. They develop an intense comfort with each other, they so easily slip into sharing physical space and having deep talks. They constantly get lost in their own little world and are oblivious to people around them watching them, trying to talk to them, or filming.
They had beautiful bickering and bantering. Amos is a grump and Chase just goes to work at battering down any distance between them and worming his way closer and closer to Amos. And Amos bickers back, but secretly he loves every moment. I'd call this relatively slow burn, they don't even talk about doing anything until the 56% mark, first real kiss at 59%. This was a beautiful story, I really loved the humor and the feelings they had. It was hilarious how oblivious the guys were to their surroundings and everyone shipped them and were fascinated by them.
Some notable moments:
The snuggling in this book was top tier!! "I went over and tapped his knee, then sat down right in between his legs leaning back against him. I was beginning to think this could be my new favorite spot. “Are you okay there?” “I am now.” I sighed as I made myself comfortable, which included taking his hand and draping his arm over my chest. “I’m just going to assume that if you need less people time that does not include me. I’ll be quiet, I just don’t want you to be alone.”"
Words cannot describe how much I love this dynamic. I love a clingy grabby touch starved for their person, cuddle monster! And the grump begrudgingly putting up with it but secretly loving it. "Deirdre came over for the iPad. “Well, you two look very relaxed.” I made a point of trying to remove Chase’s arm from my waist and failing. “He’s like those dryer sheets,” I said. “You know the staticky ones that stick to everything. He’s like that.” “He’s called me worse,” Chase mumbled, seemingly undeterred. “Staticky dryer sheet is a compliment coming from him.” I sighed. “It’s not too late for a partner change, right?”"
Their bickering is adorable "“You are insufferable. Has anyone ever told you that?” “You do. A lot,” he said, pouting because I was kind of squishing his cheeks. “But you’re really fucking cute. And you drive me so crazy I could scream.” “In a good way?” “No.” He made a squishy sad face. “Oh.”"

This was the book I was looking forward to the most in this series! I really liked the whole method acting blending into real life plot, I’ve never read anything with a similar “meet cute” of sorts before so that was exciting to get to experience something new in this genre. Overall, I thought Chase and Amos were cute together, I liked how they sort of had these stereotypes about them where they fit themselves into a very niche box but as they got to know each other more they realized there was more to them than they typically showed people.
Only 4 stars because the emotional tiddies bit was barely funny the first time but it was used like several other times throughout the book and it was just overkill tbh

I don't even know where to start.
"Method Acting" is not good. (Nor is anything in this book actual method acting.) The concept is dumb, and its execution clumsy and annoying.
The worst thing is, I think this could have been a really good book, if N.R. Walker had deigned to do any research at all and spent the time writing a story that actually made sense. The characters, apart from Max and Jenna, were fine. Chase and Amos were both adorable, actually. But man were they lost in a sea of utter garbage plot.

I loved this!! Fantastic relationship building and a slightly slower-burn done right. The premise was absurd and very unrealistic but I didn’t even care because Chase and Amos’ chemistry both romantically and sexually was too damn good.

Chase is so funny and cute, Amos is the exact opposite and the chemistry between them is on fire. They are absolutely the perfect couple.
The only thing missing from this series is the interactions with the other characters it just feels like they are all stand alones.
This was a super slow burn and not too spicy. But the story line is super cute.
I would say this is a must read series!!!

This was so cyuuuute 🥹 Golden retriever x black cat pairing with all the touching and snuggles. These guys never even tried to “fake date”, they were real from the start 😆 This is a feel-good comfort read with low angst/drama and high sexual tension

I absolutely loved every single bit of this story. It has by far become my favourite book in this multi-author series. This story seemed so effortless and didn’t feel forced at all (the author may not agree 🤣). If you only read one book from this series I beg you to read this one. NR Walker is an amazing author and it astounds me how she can write so many stories that are all so different but work so well!!

Aww these two are something special! I loved Amos and Chase’s dynamic. I also loved the confusion they are both wading through as they figure out their real and on screen feelings.
I am a huge fan of all of NR Walker’s work and this was just spectacular- the author makes it feel so real with all these spiralling emotions and as always fantastic chemistry between the two characters. Amos straddles the line perfectly between being annoyed by and lusting after Chase and Chase is a sunshiney goofball discovering dating for the first time who can’t seem to help clinging hard to Amos. I also enjoyed seeing Amos step out, dipping a toe outside his non peopling world because of Chase. I loved the wind up to the end when Amos goes after Chase, Chase being a tad melodramatic but so hugely vulnerable… loved it all.
If you’re looking for a lowish angst, fake dating but real feelings, fantastic banter and scorching hot chemistry, definitely check out this instalment from the Franklin University world.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — I wanted to hug the shit out of this book.
Okay. I need to breathe before I melt into a puddle of sweetness. This book? This was an absolute treat. Like a tub of ice cream you start spooning through on a quiet night, and suddenly your spoon scrapes the bottom of the bowl and you’re like—Wait. Already? That’s exactly how Method Acting felt. Smooth, sweet, gone too soon.
We have Chase and Amos, two students paired together for a reality-style “method acting” class project where they have to act as a couple. The only rule? No one can know it’s pretend. The twist? It stops feeling pretend really fast.
Eight students were chosen for the project — two to play best friends and six to portray three couples. Chase and Amos, of course, are one of those couples. Chase, the serial dater who flirts with everyone, is suddenly cast as someone deeply in love and off the market. Amos is the broody, quiet actor who’s supposed to be the man who finally tamed him. They’re given a few weeks to “prepare,” which really means learn each other until it looks real.
And Chase? He wastes no time. He starts “acting” right away — showing up where Amos works, staring a little too long, making sure people notice. When Amos tells him,
“You’re overkilling it,”
Chase just grins, absolutely shameless:
“No, I’m a good actor. I’m selling it.”
That’s when the fun really begins. The “practice” starts looking suspiciously like comfort. In class, Chase makes himself comfortable by maneuvering between Amos’s legs, taking his hand and holding it against his belly like it’s his favorite way to sit.
“Not that we had to sit like that—no one else was sitting like that—but Chase had maneuvered us and made himself comfortable as the little spoon.”😂😂
Omg the funniest was him showing his chest to Amos,
“Amos half-mortified, half-bewitched, hisses at him to stop,
“Stop it.”
And Chase, with that teasing sparkle, fires right back,
“You’re the one that’s obsessed with them.”
Cue laughter, squirming, and limbs tangling until Chase is practically wrapped around Amos .
“You’re such a koala bear. And you said you weren’t the cuddling type.”
“You’re wrapping me around you. This is all you. Because believe me, this is not my choice.”
“But you could totally throw me down and pin me to the floor if you wanted.”
It’s playful. It’s chaotic. And it’s so them.
Their banter is top-tier, their chemistry electric, and the way the line between acting and feeling slowly disappears is pure magic. What starts as pretending turns into something so real that even Chase stops claiming it’s fake. He embraces it ✨
Watching Amos go from guarded and quiet to this man who can’t stop smiling at Chase was everything. Watching Chase, the boy who never stayed still, find a home in someone’s arms? Perfection.
I’ve realized something about N.R. Walker’s writing — she can be my go-to if all her book are this way . This was my second read by her and I was so much into it.

This was way too funny
I know it's really mean to compare books but hear me out, this is Brax and Ty times 10. They are very much different books and the situations are very different but imagine Ty being a squirrel on speed and Brax being more of a recluse than he already is. That's literally Chase and Amos, and they're perfect.
I laughed way too hard at this. Some of the jokes won't even that funny but because they were coming from Chase (who is adorable btws) I was rolling. The whole concept (and therefore plot) was pretty ridiculous and seemed a little nonsensical for a senior project but I went to community college so what do I know. Point is it worked. Amos and Chase worked. Also, the fact that they both liked each other from the beginning but thought the other would never like them back, adorable!
I don't have a lot of notes. I never do when I like a book. I do think N R is better at writing establish adult characters but I'm never going to complain about a book that forces the characters communicate and not act like idiots in love because as cute as that is, it gets tiring. Is this a perfect five star, not really. But it was cute, with no angst and banter for days so I'm rounding up. Also really how smut but no surprise there.

I enjoyed the set up of this one, although it’s pretty outlandish. It was definitely something new and different than I’ve ever read before.
Chase is so. damn. dramatic. I mean, he literally was like a golden retriever puppy, and if he wasn’t getting positive reinforcement in the form of Amos’ attention 😩 boy was going to lose it 🤣 but I couldn’t get enough of his humor and banter with Amos. He did a pretty fast 180 on his no dating rule, but idk it just worked for him. You could feel how much he was falling for his broody, grumpy Amos.
I’m not sure I ever felt like Amos ever actually liked Chase though. I looooove a grump who is only soft for their person. But uh, Amos throughout the entire book only ever seemed annoyed with Chase. I wish we could have had a few moments sprinkled in of him being soft and sweet with Chase, and this would have been a perfect, lighthearted read.
I really appreciated how mature Amos was, and how he was patient (really, really patient) with Chase when he was being very OTT. He really emphasized that in order for them to work, there would have to be strong communication between them.
This was a fun read, and I definitely need to check out more books from this author.

I liked this story very much, Amos and Chase were so different and yet so perfect for each other.
Amos loves to be left alone,he's broody and not social at all; Chase is the life of the party, easygoing and friendly, a little bit dramatic too.
Their roles in the next drama project make them act like longtime boyfriends but soon all the lines are blurred and they're not able to understand if their feelings are their own or their characters'.
Chase is the type of guy who doesn't do commitments and yet he enjoys being Amos' boyfriend so much that he starts questioning if he should try to date for real. Amos,who's never appreciated being touched and cuddled, finds himself physically surrounded by Chase who's literally attached to him 24/7.
Their biggest challenge is sorting out their own feelings and deciding if a real relationship is worth exploring.
I loved the physical side of their relationship because it was never just sex for them, but so much more. And all the cuddles made their story very romantic.
I also liked the side characters: the other guys in the reality show and Chase's (idiot) friends.
What prevented me from giving a higher rate:
Besides the mention of Professor Brooke's drama, this book seems a little disconnected from the other in the series.
Franklin U series 2 is almost over and I’m not ready to let all these characters go.
