Bring on the holiday novellas, y'all! Especially if they're going to do all the work of this one (and be steamy AF) while they're at it <3
A Wilde Christmas kicks off Tonya Burrows' new Wilde Security Worldwide series, a 30-years-later continuation of her Wilde Security books--and acts as one heck of a teaser for the first book in the new series, Wilde and Deadly , which honestly cannot come out soon enough to suit me.
MARCH. MARCH 18. Practically a *lifetime* away. Sigh...
Since it takes place--wait for it--on Christmas, almost all of the Wildes make an appearance in this novella. We see the couples from the original series and meet all but two of their kids (one is away doing humanitarian aide, the other is deceased)--many of them very, very briefly--but Davey's the main POV character since the first book is his. And did I mention I'm now incredibly anxious for his book to be available?

Well, hey--since we've got months to go, I guess anyone who's not caught up on the OG series has time, at least...

Wow! I absolutely loved this book. Amazing characters and wonderful plot. Very beautifully written and easy to read.
Yay! I’m so glad to see all of the Wilde brothers and the rest of the family. It was a fun and hilarious quick read.
The Wilde brothers are finally ready to retire. And they decided to give Wilde Security Worldwide to Jude’s oldest son, Davey Wilde. He is shocked and is doubtful of himself.
With the recent events the last few years ago he will need to glue the family back together. But first he has his first mission. To find and protect Rowan Bristow.
She is the daughter of Gabe Bristow. Another wonderful character from another series. She is a fiery and hot trouble for Davey. I loved their chemistry and passion. I can’t wait to see their story unfold.
Overall I loved this book very much. If you’re looking for a found family/family, enemies to lovers, romantic suspense then you’re going to love it.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. Well, the next generation of Wilde-universe is about to start as that’s like the prequel to the upcoming series. Though it’s hard to believe 30+ yrs. have past since Greers story, you get right back into the mix. The 5 Wilde brothers are about to retire and are surrounded by their spouses for christmas. Wouldn’t be a Wilde-book if there wasn’t fighting and bickering. It’ll probably take some time to get it straight which child belongs to which brother, but, the crossover to HORNET is the tip of the iceberg which makes it so much more fun (as I would expect in the upcoming series). Though it’s a short story, you get a good glimpse of what might happen in Davey and Rowan’s book which is supposed to be out in early 2025. Can’t wait!

Wow! What a awesome start to a new series! The Wilde family is back!! But now it’s the next generation that will keep us on the edge of our seat!
Davey Wilde is shocked when he is chosen by his dad and uncles to take over Wilde security Worldwide. He wants it but is not sure if he will be up to it. The first thing he wants to do is glue the family back together because there is some friction with his cousin. But the same evening he is told he is in charge he receives his first assignment, protect Rowan Bristow.
The same Rowan he is having a on and of secret thing going on…
I loved this novella right from the start and I can’t wait to read the next book to find out what’s going to happen with Davey and Rowan. It was fun to meet op with the Wilde brothers and their families.

I enjoyed this holiday novella very much, and knowing that it is a prequel, I am looking forward to what is to follow. I appreciated that Ms. Burrows included a family tree right at the beginning to help this memory-challenged reader keep everyone straight. The Wilde family sure knows how to have a fun family party, and this evening's events include some family drama. One more character arrives on the scene when Davey returns to his apartment after the party (a secret lover, and things get really hot!). Yes, it ends in a cliffhanger, but since this is the introduction to a new series about the next generation of Wildes, and it's only a novella, that isn't a surprise. I am looking forward to all that follows this great start!

Wilde Security - The Next Generation!!
I was not reading Ms. Burrows when the original series came out, but I sure did enjoy this retrospective on those characters, and a preview of her upcoming series with the children of the Wilde brothers.
Even though I was not familiar previously, these characters are introduced in an easy-to-understand way, and as we meet that next generation we already see the relationships, conflicts, and what will most likely be the topic of the first full story.
I’m definitely on board for more!.

I feel like I should recommend to not read this book. Because, hello? A novella giving us a tiny glimpse into a whole new book era about the next generation of all the characters we love so much? The excitement and impatience until we get to dive into that new series might just drive us all mad.
BUT of course instead of doing that I'll tell you to one click right now and start reading immediately! Because every little piece of written word Tonya Burrows gifts us with should be consumed immediately.

The Wilde family will always be family, but that doesn't mean family christmas isn't explosive with blood shed, crashing christmas trees and too many interfering relatives....exactly what Davey expected. What he didn't expect was the welcome he receives to Wilde Security Worldwide, complete with an unexpected job title. And a first mission that has him tied up for Christmas!
A fantastic read on Kindle Unlimited and the perfect introduction to the Wilde Security Worldwide series, I look forward to book one, due out March 2025.

This is a wonderful introduction to Tonya's spin-off series of the second generation ex-military (mostly) hostage recovery team. We grew to love the original team from Wilde Security and HORNET. This is the next generation continuing the company of elite ops mercenary team's work. In this Christmas novella prequel we meet most of the players that will be operators of Wild Security Worldwide. I loved the family dynamics and all the different personalities that make a close knit family. The main character is Davey Wilde, 33 medically discharged ex Navy SEAL coming home for the family's Christmas celebration. Unbeknownst to him the team is offering him the leadership of the company. They want to retire and enjoy life. Davey is blindsided and finds himself signing on the dotted line in a daze. Oh I can't wait for this series to get going!

4.5 stars for this novella. I loved everything about this sexy prequel to the new Wilde series coming in 2025. I am a huge fan of next gen series about the grown up kids of an amazing group of men, which in this case is Wilde Security Worldwide.
In this novella that introduces us to all the guys’ kids all grown up now, Davey is our main character in this one. He has a Belgian Malinois named Luka who he was able to adopt when he retired. He goes to family Christmas and everyone is acting weird. He is given some news that will change his life forever and his cousin Cade is not exactly happy about it. This next gen is clearly a handful as their fathers were before them.
To make matters worse Davey’s first assignment is his secret lover and wait until you find out who she is and what goes on with them.
Can’t wait for the first book in the series , Wilde & Deadly coming out in 2025. I am already invested!!

(3.5) I love the emotions, feelings and characters you care about in each Tonya Burrows book. The same holds true for this prequel of the second generation Wilde Family. I just wish the prequel (50 pages) had fewer explicit pages of steam . I needed a little more substance. I know she will provide that down the road. Thank you for the advanced copy. This is a short read that is introducing us to the next generation of the Wilde's. Davey is home for the holidays and finds out the brother's want him to take over the business but, Cade is not happy and starts a fight. We are introducing the characters along with emotion, family dynamics and laughter to see how this family truly are during Christmas. Can't wait for Davey's story and his first assignment.

What a fabulous novella which has certainly got me wanting more! I loved Davey and Rowan, their connection was both sizzling and spiky! I’m also looking forward to the dynamic of Davey running the family business.
I loved the previous Wilde books so am so excited for a next generation series. The list of characters look amazing!

The Wilde Security Worldwide series launches with this quick wee read. For a quick read there is a load going on in this novella, passing the torch, family angst and an on/off affair. It does end in a cliff hanger however, that leads you nicely into book one Wilde and Deadly.
I’m not one for quick reads usually but have to say I did enjoy this one.

This novella set to introduce the new characters from the Wilde family, we still see the precedent main characters but all brothers have their own family now and we see the apple did not fall far from the tree.
It's short and funny but i'm not sure yet i will love the new ones as much as their parents...time will tell but it's wonderfully written

A great teaser to the next generation where all the kids are now grown up and are a part of Wilde Security. Introduced to them during Christmas, with fists flying, tree knocked down, humour, steam, a glimpse into each past and present characters and a kick off to Davey and Rowan’s story….both who know each other well and have a hate/love relationship….its going to be a doozy of a ride.

Super quick read that introduces you to all the characters in the Wilde Security world. Lots of family dynamics are at play and ready to be explored. Rowan and Davey are explosive together and I am looking forward to their story!

It's kind of a prequel to the second generation of Wilde security, but it's a cliffhanger as well. If you haven't read the previous series you might get lost in the extended Wilde family. I've read them and I was a little lost.

OMG this new series is going to so much fun and hot. Davey Wilde goes home for Christmas to a crazy wilde family. He been medically discharged out of the Navy. I don't want to say anything else you have to read it to find out more.
