For a fleeting moment, Lennox Adair knew happiness.
But once again, it was ripped from her grasp in the blink of an eye.
Lennox has never hesitated to sacrifice herself for others. But now, her self-sacrificing nature has landed her in the clutches of the Panateia, the organization that’s been creating the deadly Dhampirs: the organization that aims to rid Lethenia of vampires. To disrupt the very foundation of Lethenia.
Lennox isn’t willing to sacrifice herself anymore. She’s got too much to live for. Too many people she loves are waiting for her. Lennox is determined to make it out of the Panateia’s grasp.
But Adreona, the head of the Panateia, has other plans for Lennox. Adreona will use any means necessary to get Lennox to cooperate, including bringing out a tool she’s been saving for years. It might be the one thing that can force Lennox to crack.
Adreona and the Panateia will learn quickly what everyone else already knows: you don’t mess with Lennox Adair.
Lennox is ready to unleash her fury. She’ll leave destruction in her wake if that’s what it will take to protect those she loves.
To protect the future she never dared to dream about.
Revenge is what Lennox Adair does best after all.
Find out how Lennox and Luka’s story ends in Queen of Stardust Ashes, the epic conclusion to the Queen of Blood and Stardust Series.
Kaitlyn has always loved writing. Writing a book has been a dream of hers forever, she just never imagined that dream would come true in her twenties in the form of a fantasy romance novel. Queen of Blood and Stardust is Kaitlyn's debut novel, a new adult fantasy romance with vampires. fae, witches, and all other kinds of mythical creatures.
When Kaitlyn isn't writing she enjoys relaxing by one of Minnesota's Great Lakes with her golden retriever Leia by her side and Taylor Swift playing in the background.
DEVASTATED THAT THIS SERIES IS OVER 🥲 but what an amazing way to end a beautiful series!!! Kaitlyn wrapped everything up so well and I am so excited to see what she does next!! Team Nico forever 🐺
Thank you SO MUCH to Maribeth and the author for allowing me to read this incredible ARC!! This series blew me away. I fell so in love with all of the main characters and I’m so sad this journey is over.
Book three had so many emotions. There were many times I questioned we (yes, we) were going to get through this. I was glued to every page.
Now Kaitlyn… any chance we can get a book about Luce and Nico next?? I really need to know where that story is headed.
First I would like to thank the wonderful Kaitlyn for letting me be one of her ARC readers for this completed series. It was an absolute privilege!
I had to read the first two books; so I was lucky and read them back to back to back!
With that being said, I loved the magic system, the world building and the politics! When you can get a beautiful romance with plot elements you have me hooked!
So if you love Vampire, Magic, and a BAM female lead character I would highly recommend this series. I didn’t want it to end!
Queen of Stardust Ashes stars right after book two ends, so without spoiling it or the plot of this one, I will try to keep my review vague. After the cliffhanger of Queen of the Crimson Throne, I was admittedly a little worried about how the crew would carry on and the plot could continue further while keeping me engaged. There was SO much that happened in the last book that I wasn't prepared for the twists and turns QOSA had in turn for me.
There was so much content and continued world building for book three that I was honestly a little impressed by. The magic and the evolution of the side characters until the very end really made this book stand out for me. It gave me the same feelings as A Court of Wings and Ruin, which was a good thing.
As for the trilogy as a whole, I am really glad that the tiktok algorithm landed Kaitlyn's videos on my fyp. As a romantasy reader, I really enjoy the inter-species relationships and the complexities they have on their couples. Lennox and Luka's relationship was a rollercoaster but I was always rooting for them together, even when they pissed me off individually at times (to be expected).
There were a few side character storylines that I would've liked to see wrapped up in a more concrete way, but since it didn't, I'm holding out hope for some sort of post-story novella or other follow up because I really need wrapped. No epilogue at all killed me a tiny bit, but I will persevere.
As a champion of this series, I want to thank Kaitlyn Swanson for a spot on her street team and the ability to receive an ARC of this. I will continue to support her and can't wait to see what she does for her continued writing career! This was an amazing first series, and hats off to her.
Thank you to the author for an e-arc of this book!
The final installment of this series and our FMC, traded herself to save her sister. Only after making her friends knock Luka out and promise to take him away, as that is the only way he was leaving her behind.
Now going out of his mind, he’s determined to find and rescue his wife and mate.
Lennox meanwhile, is subject to her captor’s torture. They want something from her and she’s unwilling to give it to them. Vowing that once she escapes them, she will destroy them all.
This last installment is very fast paced, and a lot of things seem to happen in favor of our main characters. Not a bad thing and even though this installment is the longest, there were parts that felt rushed.
My favorite part of this series has and will always be Lennox and Luka’s relationship though. And especially here in book 3, we’re finally past all the bullshit between them and truly get to see their love flourish. Luka is my ultimate cinnamon roll MMC ❤️ And on a personal level, I loved his name so much is inspired my son’s name 😍
Honestly, I craved more from this series in a good way. And I’m just saying, we better be getting a Luciana and Nico book or else! WAY too much unfinished business there! Even if it’s just a single book or novella!
More spice this book too 🌶️😍 yay! Their connection throughout this series has been chef’s kiss!
What an absolutely honor it has been to read this series. Book One, Queen of Blood and Stardust, was the first ARC I ever received and read, and it will forever go down as one of the most monumental reads of my life. Thank you Kaitlyn for giving me the opportunity to read these early. “Love you until the stars turn to dust.”
This series is not only beautiful because of masterpieces that are the world, plot, and characters, but because of the journey and exploration of grief, self doubt, and self discovery that Lennox takes the reader on. It has been truly an enlightening and healing journey.
This book is the perfect culmination of it all as the characters embark on a war to save Lethenia and the vampire species. It is a roller coaster of emotions that will have you feeling all the emotions, but have faith that Kaitlyn will give the characters the ending they deserve. If you love Jennifer L Armentrout, Sarah J Maas, Carissa Broadbent, Lauren Robert’s, Alex Aster, Penn Cole, and Kristen Ciccarello, you will love this series. This series is filled with high stakes, found family, a stabby FMC, a golden retriever MMC who is morally gray just for her, fated mates, arranged marriage, politics, fae, vampires, shifters, witches, and so much more. You are doing yourself a disservice reading this review rather than immediately diving in.
In this final installment, we pick up after the ending of book 2. Lennox is a captive after trading herself for her sister. And everyone is trying to find a way to rescue her.
I was so happy to be back in this world. I hated seeing Lennox being tortured. But I loved seeing her use it to fuel her rage! And Luka being so lost without her was heartbreaking. But I absolutely loved their love become stronger in this book. I absolutely love these two & hate saying goodbye to them.
It was nice seeing more of Nico and finding out more of his back story. I just love him. I desperately need a book of him & Luce next!!
I really like that even though this has a happy ending, it was a struggle for them to get there. They hit roadblocks many times. It wasn't just made easy for them. And I loved having more spice!
This is just such an amazing series with amazing characters & I hate that it's the end.
"Until the stars turn to dust."
Thank you for the gifted e-arc Kaitlyn!

Firstly, thank you Kaitlyn Swanson for sending me an e-arc of the final book of the Queen of Blood and Stardust trilogy.
Instantly thrown into where book 2 ended, Queen of Stardust Ashes with torturing intensity.
So not to spoil anything, I won't go into the plot, but rather how the book concludes what has so far been an addictive trilogy.
Starting strong, I was transported back into this world and following characters that I have come to love. Hopping between multiple POVs enriches the story and really fleshes out the details of the plots events. Surprises are well introduced and really enhanced the novel. But as it came closer to the end, it felt like so many threads were being too neatly tied off. It was like a checklist: here is the answer to this loose end, this thread has been concluded. The story just started feeling more stilted as the end approached.
Additionally, I really began to dislike Lennox. After displaying strength, ferocity, and devotion, I loved her as an FMC, but in her quest to protect her kingdom, she became so jagged that the traits I admired in her vanished. There was one interaction with her cousin, Luciana, where I wanted to yell as Lennox treated her cousin so unfairly, pushing Luciana so much that she was suffering. Yet, no character had an issue with this!
Partially, many side characters that were so impactful on the plot seemed to become tools for Lennox's story. The found unit that had been well developed in the previous books just seemed to dissipate. I was so invested in everyone's role in this close-knit group, each bringing something to the team, but all this just seemed to fall apart so Lennox could be the omnipotent heroine. But for me, she just seemed to use and order those closest to her.
However, as they have throughout the trilogy, the side characters shined. In their own perspectives and scenes, Nico and Luciana were the highlight. I need a story of these two – so much was left unsaid between them. There is also still so much of Declan's character that remains a mystery. I really hope to see these characters again. ________________ Favourite Quotes:
“Haven’t you learned not to underestimate me by now, wolf boy?” I threw her a wide smile. “Goddess, I love it when you call me nicknames.”
Goddess, I loved her. My beautiful, vicious creature.
“It was always supposed to be you, Lennox Adair, Queen of Blood and Stardust. For that, it was written in the stars. You rose from the ashes of destruction, rose from the blood and death that threatened to suffocate you.”
“All of us together, until the stars turn to dust.” ________________ 🌶🌶🌶/5
I would definitely recommend this trilogy, and although the conclusion didn't work for me, it definitely continues with the high stakes that are a prominent feature and a romance that battles every storm together.
Wow - what a great conclusion to this incredible series! Queen of Stardust Ashes is full of ups and downs, a surprise reunion, a final war, beautiful and supportive friendships, multiple POVs, lots of love AND spice! I really enjoyed getting to be back in this world for one more time, and feeling like I was fighting alongside Lennox. I feel like you really get to see her embracing being a Queen so much in this book and I love seeing her THRIVE with Luka by her side. And we love a supportive King 😘
Ugh - I’m so sad this series is overI have loved Lennox and Luka from the start, and getting to be a part of their world and seeing how much they’ve grown independently and together as a couple has been such a fun ride.
Thank you Kaitlyn and Legends Literary Management for the opportunity to read this ARC.
a shortened blurb: Lennox Adair is done fighting fate. Now, captured by the Panateia, the group creating Dhampirs to destroy vampires, Lennox refuses to be their sacrifice. Adreona, the Panateia’s ruthless leader, will do anything to break her. But she’s about to learn one thing, no one messes with high queen Lennox Adair. Lennox will burn the world down to protect those she loves. After all, revenge is what she does best.
rating: 3.5 rounded up!
I liked this book! I have enjoyed this series and was exciting for the conclusion. It definitely delivered. I loved the plot twists and the suspense and the adventure! However, at times it felt a little rushed and a lottttt happened. I still enjoyed it! I love all the povs and I would love if Luc and Nico's story was explored more !! Chemistry, fighting, success, and just love.
edited to add: this is def a spicy read!
Thank you so much to Kaitlyn Swanson and Legends Literary Management for allowing me to read an eARC of this title!!
This was a nice conclusion to the trilogy. A lot of events were tied up from previous books, but some things were left unanswered.
Luka & Lennox finally got out of their own way & let their relationship flourish.
I felt like a lot of the book was this lead up to this huge war , just for them to decide “it end today” and they were able to quickly get to the enemy & kill them. Felt a little rushed.
Over all I enjoyed the the series and the magic system

I absolutely LOVE this trilogy. It's so well written and the characters are developed in a way that makes you fall in love with them too. I wish I could meet them in real life! I'm pretty sure I read the first two books in under a week just so I could get to this third one. So good! Add to your TBR today!
This series was so good! This last book was a real rollercoaster. Just when you think things are smoothing out, another twist pops up, or an earlier thread that seemed to have been forgotten crops up again. I love that all the loose end details got wrapped up in the end. And this does end in and HEA, for those that need to know. But it definitely looked different than I anticipated.
Honestly sad it’s over. 4.2. I enjoyed this series more than I thought. The ending is set up for a spin off which I do hope. It was easy to read and had a great plot throughout.
Fierce, Emotional, and Unrelenting—A Darkly Empowering Fantasy Sequel
Kaitlyn Swanson’s Queen of Stardust Ashes is an explosive continuation of Lennox Adair’s story, blending vengeance, sacrifice, and survival into a riveting fantasy that refuses to pull its punches. It’s a book that hits hard—both emotionally and thematically—as it explores what happens when a woman who has given everything finally decides to take something back.
When the story opens, Lennox Adair has lost nearly everything—but she’s not done fighting. Captured by the Panateia, a ruthless organization experimenting with the creation of Dhampirs to exterminate vampires, Lennox faces her most personal and harrowing battle yet. The Panateia wants to weaponize her, to turn her power and loyalty into tools for their cause. But Lennox isn’t the same girl who used to bleed for others—she’s a woman who’s learned that sometimes mercy and survival don’t go hand in hand.
Swanson writes with cinematic precision and emotional grit, crafting a heroine who is both broken and unbreakable. Lennox’s evolution from self-sacrificing protector to vengeful queen feels earned, cathartic, and deeply satisfying. Her fury burns hot on the page, balanced by moments of tenderness and reflection that keep her grounded. The dynamic between Lennox and Adreona, the manipulative head of the Panateia, is one of the novel’s most compelling threads—a tense power struggle that mirrors the larger war between humanity and monstrosity.
The worldbuilding continues to shine, deepening the mythology of Lethenia and the terrifying science behind the Dhampirs. Swanson deftly weaves political tension, ethical dilemmas, and supernatural warfare into a world that feels both grand and personal. The stakes are higher than ever, but the narrative’s true strength lies in its emotional core—Lennox’s determination to protect those she loves, even if it means becoming the monster she was taught to fear.
Kaitlyn wrapped this series in the most beautiful way imaginable! The stories were all so well tied up and left me feeling so content. I laughed, I cried, I smiled and just had the very best time! (I am also super interested to see if we will get a spin off series based on one of the story lines that left some questions!) I have loved getting to go on this journey with Lennox, Luka and the gang and am so sad to see it come to an end. This was an absolutely phenomenal debut series and I cannot wait to get my hands on anything else Kaitlyn ever writes!!
Hi, it’s me the author of this book. I put myself and my characters throughhh it with this book 😅 but at the end of the day I’m so proud of it. So yes, I’m giving 5 fucking stars to the final book in my first ever book series
