The best reference book for newly diagnosed EDSers! Many books about EDS are overwhelmingly long and written by and for healthcare providers, but this book is unique in that it was written from a patient perspective with a lot of input from EDS specialists, patients, and community members who live or treat EDS every day. Recommending to anyone who is new to EDS & related disorders as a gentle but empowering introduction to living well and understanding self-advocacy.
